I just have to brag about Johnny Braggs! He is the best salesman that we have definitely dealt with! We were interested in a 2022 Tucson that is a beautiful intense blue! He showed us the vehicle and told us everything we needed to know when we looked at it!We purchased it on a Monday and he offered to drive to us which is an hour away to get the application filled out. But we decided to do it over the phone. Had us approved in very little time and he helped us with delivery of the vehicle and was very thorough! When we left, I felt like he is a member of the family! He even stayed longer after work to just take care of us! Hyundai of Tulsa this guy is awesome!!
My recent experience at the dealership was very satisfactory; although there was a moment of misunderstanding. The person assigned to my vehicle along with the Managers input resulted in a great experience for me and I was very pleased with the decision that was made.I would give them 5 star rating, Hyundai Bixby
A lot of basic services werent done at purchase. This dealership is not transparent and definitely doesnt deserve my business. I truly believe dealerships like this will get left behind. However, the financial advisor here was super helpful and gave me a lot of knowledge. Thats the only reason why this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star.
We just had our Ionic serviced and had a wonderful experience. Arlee Gore was our service writer and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. I dropped off the vehicle and Arlee was so communicative with me. She answered all of my questions and gave us several detailed options to choose from via text message. She even personally went out of her way to deliver my car to me at my work on her way home. I was blown away honestly with her customer service. Thank you again Arlee for making this service visit so smooth.
Fantastic experience first same-day oil change I had ever experienced with this dealership and I will be coming back and referring others!
We bought our Hyundai at another dealership, and got our first service there. We were not very pleased with the quality of our service. We decided to try Tulsa Hyundai. Lets just say its miles above the competition in professionalism, facility appearance and comfort, also quality of the services performed. We will only use them from now on. And would recommend them highly. Stacy, our service advisor was great.
Best dealership experience Ive ever had. Fast friendly and actually treated me right. They had 2 separate waiting areas the atmosphere was very inviting. I will definitely continue to give them my business. They exceeded expectations.
Would recommend this dealership to everyone. We were looking for our daughter who was a first time buyer. They didnt try to make her feel inferior because of her inexperience. Just the opposite. MJ did an incredible job explaining to her what she needed to know about the cars she was looking at. I also bought a car from MJ. This was the best experience and they take care of their customers! Go see MJ if you are looking!
Andrew in sales was very helpful. Great experience.
No one does car repair and maintenance, better then Tulsa Hyundai, NO ONE!! Fast and reliable with the most comfortable wait room.
My husband and I researched cars for over a year, and finally, during the past month, we decided on the Palisade. I contacted Boyd who gave me the space I needed to make my final decision, as well as supported me through email and text to answer all of my questions. When my husband went to make the official purchase, they treated him well and made the process very easy. We are so pleased with the great care shown. No pressure, just providing us with a great buying experience overall. Surprising to get that at a car dealership, but very happy this was the case!
They always do a great job servicing my vehicle at Tulsa Hyundai. They tell me the things that need immediate attention & the things that can wait for another time. I’ve never had anyone else do any service on my vehicle. I bought my Elantra new in 2013. I haven’t had any problems with it. I believe due in part for the quality of service that I’ve received there. I would like to say that I misunderstood the multipoint inspection. I was expecting the boxes to be checked. Hyundai uses a color code instead of check marks. They did everything the right way. The mistake was mine
We had a great experience. Our sales consultant Mataya was great and so helpful. Highly recommend!
Good service. Wait time could be a little less tho.
Experience, friendly staff. My car was in and out on time as was told at the time I made the appointment . Used the shuttle service, both drivers were very nice polite.
So in the past couple of months I have been in and out of here with various issues.. incl. 3 tires having to be replaced (no fault of TH). The first time I had two tires replaced and tires rotated.. and 3 of my Hyundai monogrammed valve stems were replaced with standard ones.. (I just let this go as I was sick and tired of having to go in and out of the place). The next time (8/4/2021) I got 1 tire replaced (nail) - left the lot and was hearing weird noises... checked the pressure... and the tire they had just changed was at 58 psi ! (recommended pressure is 35 psi) - So i get out to release pressure - and see that there isnt even a stem valve cover. Attention to detail is seriously lacking at this place.
Better than most dealers, specifically the salesman was not pushy to get a sale. Respectable and honest salesman.
From my experience its lovely, They have a movie room, free water, popcorn and coffee, Nothing wrong with the car servicing here to my knowledge, A surprising amount of sonatas outside I noticed.Have not bought a car here yet (because this is a 13 year old writing this) but overall great service in my eyes.
Love my 2019 Genesis G70. Andrew Leighton our sales rep did a good job. We had a few bumps in the road the next day about which car we actually purchased. But they corrected everything and all seems to be good.
My husband and I just purchased the Palisade Calligraphy. I had a very specific one in mind and Reggie has been an AMAZING help! It did take a bit for the vehicle to arrive to the dealership, but again, I was picky! Reggie kept us updated throughout the entire wait. He is friendly, funny, and he knows what he is selling. What impresses me the most though, is his integrity. Thank you, Reggie!
They treated me great it was like I was there prodigal son.
I went to this dealership to look at 2 cars that was advertised on their website and when I got there, I was told they were not available. The sales person took my name and number and said they would contact me if they get a vehicle in that fits my criteria. I noticed a couple of days later these cars were still on their website and I inquired through their site. A day later, I got a call from an internet sales rep who got me with a different salesman and he told me the vehicles were available and even sent me pics. I asked a few more questions about the vehicles and asked for a couple more pics for clarification and haven’t received them. I was willing to make a 3 hour drive to do business with them, but now I am taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent service, everyone was so nice and helpful. They also completed my service in less time than expected!
Great fast service every time. Staff is fantastic.
Update. Since having my recall for a fuse completed in the last week sand a half my tail light and both my headlights have stopped working. Tried to call and was told to just bring it in a manager couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone. Also they askFor these reviews but never follow up. What a joke.I wasn’t going to leave a review but after giving them a second chance it seems appropriate. I scheduled a recall Item to be fixed 6 weeks ago. I came in to have it fixed. I waited 2 hours which is how long the repair was quoted to take. They had plenty of time to tell me that my car needed a whole list or repairs. But what the didn’t do was the repair. Apparently they needed to order the part because lots of cars are coming in for This recall. It took them two hours to inform me of that? What a waste of time. I was told to call them in a month and see if the part was in yet.Flash forward til today. I had an appointment for noon. Here it is 3:30 and the repair is still not done. I was told that they were working on it. The lady (Shelly) in the service department is very nice and I don’t intend this to refer to her as she seems to be doing her best but now I’m up to almost 6 hours for what was quoted to be a 2 hour job. It’s obvious that my time isn’t valued at all. There are 2 other customers in the lobby having this issue it appears as well. Two times is enough to know that I won’t be back. I came on a referral from a client and it’s unfortunate I’ll have to tell her that her experience seems to be unique. Also I did mention these issues when I was sent a survey based on my first experience and no one ever responded or followed up.
Everyone there was very helpful. Great experience.
July 1st update. After talking with the service manager, I took the car back in.This time I got a new loaner vehicle. It took two days to fix my car and on both days I got a call from the service manager (Kevin) to update me on the progress.I picked the car this morning and it looks like everything works properly. They even put about $10 of gas in it, which was nice, and washed it again.Apparently they had to unplug my battery again, because the clock wasnt reset. Not a big deal.If this wasnt my 3rd visit to resolve the issue it would have been a 5 star experience. Im updating the rating from 1 star to 4 stars, because I believe that they really did their best to resolve the issue.Original review:I came to get rid of an engine rattle and do oil change and tire rotation..They told me it was AC compressor. It wasnt in stock, so they said they would order it and call me when they get it. It didnt happen. I had to call in and find out by myself. I went back in. They replaced it and said that the rattle was still there. So, they thought it was alternator. Of course, not in stock. I told them to keep the car till they fix it. They replaced the alternator and said it was fixed.Nope, worse than before. When I got home I popped the hood only to find out that there was oil spilled all over engine cover and the main alternator bolt was loose! Not even finger tight. Also the AC now barely blows cool. So, now I have to take a 3rd trip to that service that is 45 minutes from my house. They never offered a loaner vehicle. As a courtesy they washed my car. In the process they removed my car antenna and forgot to put it back. I found it next to my windshield wipers on the front windshield. Its a miracle it didnt fly off on the highway. Also, they didnt reset my service reminder or the clock (they unplugged the battery to replace the alternator).Im wondering what else they forgot!2017 Tucson. 39K miles
Service Advisor, Stacy Mitchell, is awesome. I greatly appreciate her caring customer service. She made sure I was aware of the order of the service needed.
Hailey was really great in helping me choose my car, the financial department excellent in working with me on my payments for my budget and what I can afford. However very disappointed in the maintenance. Was quoted 1 to 1.5 hours, and after 2 when I asked what was causing the delay was met with a tone and attitude by the lead service technician.Account for DOUBLE the time they quote you for services since they dont seem to know how long their tasks will take. Sad to rate them a 3 after previously having great experiences. My total service time today was 3 hours. Although they did fill my vehicle up with gas an apology, I had to cancel another meeting I had today because of the length of this visit.A small annoyance was also that everything in my vehicle had been adjusted; seat, mirrors, steering wheel all moved.
As always amazing service because everything was explained as to what my car needed. I got an oil cange plus an air filter change.
Friendly helpful courteous. Helpful with hard to finance customers.
Professional service, courteous and friendly staff, clean and welcoming facilities. Custom coffee on tap and fresh popcorn while you wait. Highly recommended business establishment.
Tulsa Hyundai is the best place to go if your looking for a used car 🚗 Jerry Byrd helped me out he was super cool and showed me all the things a first time buyer should look at. I was new to it and didn’t know what to look for haha so he helped me out a lot on that one. Also he filled up my gas right before I got the car Very very nice people all around and work really well for first time buyers love love love this place would recommend to anyone ask for Jerry Byrd if you go here!!!
They got the job done. Also, helped with my questions as well as changed the battery in my key fab that Ive been struggling with for months. The carwash after service was more of just a quick hose down though.
Worst experience ever. Lies and no call back. Extend warranty they sold me doesnt cover anything. Will never buy here again. Even our sales person Haley didnt even know who we was. Greg and Brian in service wouldnt return any of my call. Wouldnt recommend this dealer ship to anyone
I visited Tulsa Hyundai 3 times. The first time it was a casual look at 2018 genesis and at the time we decided to think about it more prior to getting this car. That afternoon someone from the dealership reached out to me. She advised that I could take the car for a day and if I love it I could do the paper work next day. Go to the dealership Boyd help and said no we can do that, and said only in new cars. if you want it you have to buy now. Plus are dealer fee are a 1000. So we left because of misleading information. The I decided that I will get a new Hyundai when back he sad the increase the price 3k to 5k for the Msrp. I ask about the 24hr test drive again he said the can do that. And when I said I need to go get my toddler something to it he threw and tantrum. I gave them 3 chance to earn my business and then I went to Tulsa Hyundai.
Stacy is the best ever!!! Thank you so much
Very poorly run dealership. Came here to look at cars 3 times. Usually I don’t like when salesmen show up next to my car door as I’m stepping out, but it’s at least nice for someone to ask if you need help, etc. it wasn’t until the 3rd time I came here that I had to go inside and literally hunt for a salesman to see if we could test drive. The car we really were interested in is still on their website as I’m typing this, but they have been unable to tell me where the car is and when it will be available for me to even see. Internet department keeps bugging me asking if I need any help with anything and I’m like yes I’d like to see the car I’d be willing to buy. Then they tell me it’s available and on the lot (it is not). All in all, just go to Regional Hyundai in BA and save your self the wasted time and hassle of trying to get someone to help you.
Worst customer service!!! We have been trying to get a warranty issue handled for 6 weeks and we can not get anyone on the phone and no one will return our messages! I do not recommend anyone using this dealership!
Purchased a new Elantra with them about a month ago. The windshield was cracked but we made an agreement that they would get it fixed. Took a little over a month to get the windshield replaced and there were a few hiccups along the way. At the end of the day, they took care of me phenomenally and coordinated everything to my convenience. Amazing people to do business and my biggest compliment to them is they keep their word! A big thank you to Nicholas in service department.
Yesterday I had the BEST sales man help me get a car! Andrew Leighton not only showed me many cars but he got me what I wanted. Excellent customer service experience! You need a car, new or used go see him. They will do you right! I give them 5 stars!!!
Tulsa Hyundai offered me significantly more than any dealer Id talked to. Jerry Byrd was my salesman, and he was great! Showed me two cars that were perfect for my needs. I ended up trading my one car for both of the two he showed me.
We scheduled an appointment through an employee at this dealership to see a vehicle listed on their website. She assured us the vehicle was there and available, so we drove over 2 hours to meet with a sales consultant the next day regarding said vehicle. We even checked in with her just hours before driving all that way to make sure we weren’t traveling in vain to see a vehicle that had sold or wasn’t available. We were assured it was there, and we should head that way. When we arrived, we were told that the car had a “knock” and a leak, and we could not see it. There was no other explanation, and the sales rep told me simply-Well, I did not talk to you. When I called to speak to a manager, the receptionist took my name and assured me that one would call me soon. I have yet to be contacted. It sounds to me like there may be a breakdown in communication somewhere here. Bottom line-I am sure they’re fine if you are just shopping around, but I would be cautious of what they say they have in stock on their website. Find it elsewhere and don’t waste your time.
The service department could not properly explain the reasons behind the proposed charges and only with significant pressure were willing or able to produce any evidence of their findings from testing the air conditioning system. Upper level management did not call back when promised and they then delayed return of the vehicle unnecessarily.
Really pressured to buy a car even after we told them our maximum monthly payment. They came back with good news...the offer was almost $100 over what we told them. They continued to pressure by bringing the sales manager in. This was my sons first time to buy a car. He bought the next day at the perfect price and perfect car. At another dealership.
They baited us. We drove well over 2 hrs for a vehicle that they assured me was there. Only to tell me that the GM must be driving it. So I told them we drove two hours and would like for the GM to bring it back. They fumbled around and lied saying they tried to get a hold of me. Not true because I had been in constant contact. They then tell me that they will get more if I wanted to put down a $1000 deposit. No thanks. I will not encourage such bad business practices.
Had my Tucson serviced here a couple weeks ago and staff was very friendly and professional. I like that they give you a phone # that can be texted with any questions throughout the time of your service. Didn’t have to wait very long which was awesome. Will be coming back here for my regular maintenance.
The lady who took care of me was awesome!! 5 🌟
I was told by the finance manager I had to buy a warranty to get a lower interest rate and that was a lie! If you get told the same call and cancel it cause it’s a scam! Be careful when buying from this dealership.
I bought the car I went to go see, they charged me over $1k of what was priced online plus the $500 processing fee. I have been trying to get ahold of them to fix the chip in the windshield that was there before I bought the car for almost 3 weeks now. At first they said they’d service my car at my home and fix the chip, then they told me after I bought the vehicle that they would fix it only at the dealership which is 120 miles away. I told them I would be returning to work soon which is over 300 miles away and they said they would try to work with me but so far nothing. Every time I try to talk to them they tell me “oh they’ll call you today to set up an appointment” but I haven’t heard back from them for over a week now. I really am beyond frustrated and I’m a pretty patient person. It honestly feels they got my money and just don’t care about upholding what they say. This is the first and last time I’ll go to a dealership, especially this one.
Talked to Boyd about a 2021 Palisade listed online for $36,845 with $900 in Hyundai Offers. What I learned is Tulsa Hyundai will also add a $5,500 addendum putting the sale price over $42,000. Why wasnt this listed online?I asked what the extra $5,500 gets me, and his response was things like tint-for-life, free nitrogen for life. When I questioned the value, he ended up admitting they are inflating the price due to the market, but their inflated price is better than other dealers because some add up to a $10,000 addendum.Edmunds states a new car loses about 11% of its value the moment you leave the lot. Now, we can add an extra $5,500 - $10,000 to the loss. All that said, Ive decided to rate you based on my 2018 new car purchase from you, when there was no absurd markups. I cant fault you for trying to make up for lost income due to todays inventory shortage. I imagine your bills havent changed.Question to dealer: The Palisade mentioned had a 15% markup. In this market, how much more are you offering for trade-in than what is listed on the NADA or Edmunds - What percentage?
Good place to have the car serviced, fast scheduling times and good results. Comfortable waiting areas and friendly staff.
I promised the Service Manager that I would leave a review on 5/24/21. I did not want to disappoint him so here it is. I am not usually a negative person because it takes so much energy to be that way but in this case I just could not help myself. On 5/24/21 I had to take my business to Regional Hyundai, a place I had never been, a place that is not quite as nice but I had to give it a try. The people were really helpful and I did not hesitate to buy a Battery and have an oil change for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT with only 25,000 miles on her.The problem was that this car had a promise of Tires and Batteries for the life of ownership when purchased from Don Carlton. If Tulsa Hyundai was not going to honor this deal when they purchased the dealership they should have notified every customer that had purchased a car from Don Carlton. The Service Manager told me that Don Carlton had money set aside for this offer but when he sold the dealership he took all of the money out of the fund and left it empty. Don Carlton did you really loot the fund that you set aside for your customers who purchased cars in good faith? He then told me that Tulsa Hyundai had given the offer to many customers who had come in to claim the offer. He also read me a script and told me that I had not kept up my end of the deal by not having my car serviced enough with them which was not the truth. He also told me to have my car brought in and he would look at it and decide. My car was at their dealership from 5/20/21 to 5/24/21. I got a text from Logan telling me it needed a battery and he was looking for some kind of warranty - what warranty????? No one else called or said anything.I went and picked it up on 5/24/21 - the Service Manager said he told me what he could do for the car. This man had not told me anything. I told him I was going to Regional to buy a battery. He then offered to sell me one - Yea right and absolutely not.Long story short, got my car and left. Another note the guy and he will know who he is who drove the car up had the worst breath. What ever he ate for lunch lingered in the car for several minutes after I drove away with all of the windows down. This was the last time for me and Tulsa Hyundai. By the way I called Don Carlton and spoke to someone who denied taking money from a customer fund. Hated to give one star but I guess these things dont post without one. This is actually a no star review.
Im always satisfied.
Purchased a new 2022 Tucson today. Yousef my salesman was awesome, beyond helpful and made sure I knew everything there was to know about the vehicle, sales staff was great and the whole process was easy
Actually its ZERO stars. This place false advertises. My daughter went in for a specific advertised car for a specific advertised price and they told her they would need to add an additional $2,000 to the price due to extra fees. Most dealerships drop the price during negotiation not the opposite. What a joke! Reporting them to BBB for false advertising.
First couple times visiting the service center for an oil change was great, and fast when you had an appointment. About my last 3 visits theyve had me sitting here for about 45 minutes longer for a simple oil change with appointment, not sure if they are shorthanded. The people working the front desk have been consistently nonchalant on caring for their customers, today the lady seemed more concerned with her phone while I was standing there at the front desk. Dont like to be petty but theres definitely been a downscale of customer service here.
Just bought a 2021 Tuscon out of state. While I was home in Oklahoma called this dealer to get a quote to compare. I would have probably bought local had the service and price been right. Salesman was not interested in my business. He did not want to give.me a quote and told me that they didnt have what i wanted in stock. The out of state dealer did not have the exact vehicle I wanted either.but found.one in a neighboring state and had it shipped to me. Excellent customer service! I will NEVER deal with this.dealer again and because.of my personal experience with a lazy salesman neither will my company.
After 3 days and countless hours with sales associates, searchingfor a dealership that actually honored their online advertised price without increasing it significantly with hidden fees right when it came to sign on the dotted line, I gave up looking in my area and found Tulsa Hyundai. Jerry Byrd was true to his word and I paid exactly the price initially quoted. Jerry set me up with a brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra (11miles on the car) for $2000 less than the 2019 (39,000 miles) that I walked away from in my local area. Truly customer focused service! I highly recommend Tulsa Hyundai!
Because I hear they have a young lady up there now doing amazing things. Go Jennifer!!!
During a previous visit for an oil change and tire rotationall my Santa Fe settings inside the SUV were changed. During my visit on 6/4/2021 I specifically asked for my Santa Fe settings inside the SUV to NOT get changed, whatsoever. The service technician kindly apologized and assured me that the issue would not occur again. Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem for the technicians to leave my settings alone and stop switching my SUV settings around. Youre just supposed to change the oil and rotate the tires, NOT set every vent pointed towards the driver on the coldest temperature possible and mess with my radio! If this persists I will find another place to spend my money and Ill let my family and friends know about what piss poor service Tulsa Hyundai service techs have! 🖖🏽
The staff was very professional & informative
I wanted a Hyundai Elantra on lease. There was no stock available and nobody bothers to call you. Keep on saying about chip shortage.
ONCE THE SALE PAPERWORK IS SIGNED, THEY DO NOT CARE OR WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING!! I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle May 31st. It is now July 26th. We still have not received our payoff or title. In June, we Contacted the dealership multiple times, with no answer or call back. Finally after daily phone calls, I get ahold of someone. They want us to come sign new paperwork. We live over an hour away. They fedex the paperwork for us to sign on June 28th. Send them back. The month of July is the same thing all over again. Called multiple times with no answer or return phone call. I even took off work to go to the dealership to see what was going on. Got the run around there to and received NO ANSWERS TO THE ISSUE!! Tried Calling today and got hung up on 3 times after being put into generic voicemail twice! My tag expires on Wednesday! And cannot get anyone to help us with this situation!!
I took my car here almost 7 weeks ago now after being involved in an accident. It was the closest place to me to have it towed. Looking back I should have had it towed elsewhere. As it was 6:30 when the car was finally towed there no one was in the service department to speak to. I called the next morning and left voicemails for two different people and no one called back. Called a third time and they asked “well what do you want us to do with it?” After waiting two weeks they told me they had to send it to their recommended body shop for all the work but would still be ordering the parts. Well of course the parts were on back order. Apparently because it is such a new car. So this whole time my car has been sitting there waiting on parts. I asked several times through this whole experience for a loaner car but was blown off every time. I even contacted Hyundai Customer Service/corporate who said they’ve tried to reach out to this dealership for me to no avail. Every time I call this place no one answers. I leave a voicemail and either hear nothing back or get a voicemail back a week later. This has been nothing but a headache for me and I will NEVER take my car back here again.
Omar and Julio the Salesman and Manager were great they deserve 5 stars. The sales and Management are great but Service department is far from what it should be. Bought a 2021 Elantra last month and needed to get warranty work done since Hyundai advertises such great warranty. Greg the Service Advisor gave me a run around and a not my job attitude. Was told hes never replaced my warranty item within the 30 years hes worked and it was a 1500 dollar part. Took my car to Regional Hyundai for a second opinion and to double check. They had my warranty claim filed within 5 minutes and took my information. Pretty sad I have to go to competitor dealership for service and maintenance on my vehicle now cause this dealerships service is just not up to par.
I went there looking for a used car, and the experience was amazing!!!! The salesman Jose Marquez was very helpful, patient, good listener. Also he speaks SPANISH, so that helped out a lot!! If you are looking for a car look for him and he will help without being pushy!! He is awesome and will do the best for you! I do my oil change and all services as well and they are GREAT, It doesn’t take that long and have a nice coffee machine!
I found a car I liked unfortunately I got a stereotype used car salesman that was fast talking and half truthful. Getting the business part taken care of was very stressful and complicated and I had to make multiple trips
Prices shown in the lot arent real prices. Personal bad experience with general manager. Walked in to buy a different vehicle, but I saw this listed for that price and I walked inside and said I want that car for the listed price. His answer, we so sorry that vehicle cost 38K, my $5 dollar sticker is wrong. We made.a mistake. He actually questioned me have you ever made a mistake in your life. That is not the point. If you listed a price you have to honor it. I think they have plenty time walking around in Circles for someone to catch that mistake.
Went back twice to get service done and their alignment machine was still down they provided no advance notice that they would be unable to provide the service that was scheduled.
Gregory Stutzman in the service department is terrible! First I called trying to get a quote on how much it would cost to get a diagnosis for anthing that could be wrong with my car. I was put on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up and drove to the dealership to find out in person. Then I get there and speak with Gregory Stutzman about one issue my car was experiencing, the throttle, and asked how much to diagnosis anything else that could be wrong with my car. I bought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson a year ago and want to stay on top of routine maintenance. He looked and me and said I couldnt afford it. I firmly asked how much and he said $150 for this test and $150 for that test etc. and he needed more specifics to figure out whats wrong. I let him know when I bought my 2012 Honda Odyssey van last year South Pointe Honda had no problem running diagnostics on my van and gave me a list of everything I needed to fix and by when. Not only were they more professional but they charged me $100 and didnt assume what I could and could not afford. I get services can cost money however a better approach would have been well maam the test we run range $150 and up based off of what you need done. Gregory Stutzman dont look a a person and tell them what they cam and cannot afford. You have no place judging anyone. Ill never go back there again!!! Funny thing is I was also there to have the compressor for my AC replaced, that was under warranty, which is about a $2500 service that was guaranteed money. Lastly, I hope you werent judging me just because I am a black woman raising white children. That would be a shame to be a biased, rude and sexist person in this day and age. Ill just keep my business with Hibdon Tires Plus in Tulsa Hills.
I have received exceptional service everything I visit.
My car buying experience could not have gone any better. The staff was amazing and I am blown away by the value of my 21 Sonota. I would recommend checking out dealership 100% if your looking for a new vehicle.
3 months ago I would have given them 5 stars. I didn’t purchase my vehicle there but when my dealership didn’t take my service concerns seriously I went to this location and my concerns were taken seriously and my vehicle was repaired. Now my vehicle started having the same problems. I brought my vehicle back and was told the engine needed replaced. As this is my only vehicle I asked for a loaner and was told none were available. I asked if my rental cost would be reimbursed and was also told no. I asked to be put on the loaner waiting list and left. Now I’m being told new information that even if a loaner became available, it wouldn’t matter because of a new process where Hyundai must approve this repair before they can give me a loaner. No ETA on how long this process takes.I’ve tried reaching out to service management and have been met with voicemails and no returned calls.I would take my vehicle back, but was told that if something happened to it while I had it, that the repair wouldn’t be covered. So now I’m stuck without a vehicle.
BEST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN,ALL THE SALES STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH,GO TO TULSA HYUNDAI THEY WILL TAKE THE BEST CARE OF YOU!!
Pretty sure $39 then $58 and now $78 for a oil change when you have the same thing done everytime is just a little excessive but at least the service advisor offered to rotate staggered wheels (OEM) and pretty sure they sabotaged my oil pan gasket! I mean it doesnt just start leaking severely this time.. its a 2015 with aero panels underneath the whole car...2/2/21 new service staff is on point! thank god someone finally cleaned house way to go
Called to see if they had cars in our price range. They said they had quite a bit, but once we got there they said they only had one available. My girlfriend and I liked the car they showed us, but we needed help to add up all the insurance and fees with the car, so we were a little hesitant and needed advice from family. We waited on our family member to show, but in the process of waiting they were trying to rush us to buy the car and was asking personal questions about the person coming to help us.One of their employees told us to have our things together next time, so their time wouldnt be waisted. We ended up telling them we couldnt afford the car they offered us, and asked them multiple times if there was another car we could look at but they said that was the only one in our price range, so we walked out. While making other phone calls to other dealerships, they came back and told us they have another car to offer. We ended up getting the car we wanted, but we were not satisfied with the help of the employees there.
I have never purchased a vehicle on my own and I never felt pressured or any issues working with Tulsa Hyundai. Omar was the best sales person ever. I can’t recommend this experience enough for buying a new vehicle
If I could give 0 stars I would. I traveled in from out of town 2 hrs one way and called before I headed that way and was informed that the vehicle I was looking at was still there. When I arrived they informed me that it had been sold the day before. Unprofessional staff. Dishonest staff. Its sad that I wasted time and money for this company.
I ❤️ Tulsa Hyundai!!! Best service!
I went to get a diagnosis of a TPMS light. It should have been a simple 5 minute procedure using a TPMS diagnostic tool on each tire. 30 minutes after dropping my car off at service, they find me and tell me that it will be $150 to get it checked out and any additional charges to fix it. I took my keys and went directly to Discount Tire where the manager diagnosed my car having a faulty sensor in my front right tire in minutes, FOR FREE.I will never come here service. What a waste of time.
They are selling used demo/loaner vehicles as new cars. The car I called to look at had over 7k miles on it, another similar car had over 3k miles. Website does not show mileage on these new/used cars. Our salesman was nice, but the other salesmen on the floor were standing around joking and setting off the car alarm on one of the cars we looked at inside the showroom with us standing next to it. Not a professional dealer attitude.
I came in with my little sister to look at a used Hyundai Santa Fe for her and ended up putting cash down on a very clean 2018 Hyundai Tucson for myself! Devon and Jose worked with me together and they’re both super sweet, charming angels! They made my sister and me feel super at ease without being overbearing or putting a ton of pressure on us. They’re both natural salesmen and I had a great time choosing a car with them. Their manager was Ryan Cochran and at this point I’ve worked with him just as much as either of the salesmen and really felt like I could trust him. I’m a bartender, almost all the money I make is cash, but even with this issue Ryan and the finance manager Baker Mitwalli were both supremely diligent in making sure the car I wanted stayed within the budget I could afford. I had to sign paperwork multiple times and they even filled my tank again for free. Overall my experience there was a pleasure and I would describe the staff there as driven, friendly, and very amenable to people’s needs.
We were on a search for a specific used car. Found one here. We made a cash offer of $750 less than their asking price and they came back with $500 less than listed price, but were told this made the GM quite angry to agree upon. We agreed, contingent upon test test drive of course. We arranged time to arrive on a Saturday evening as we live 2 hours away. We arrived right on time, and drove the car. It drove fine, but was very dirty, not detailed or cleaned and on empty. We needed this vehicle for my husband on Monday and decided to purchase as we are not above cleaning a car. When working up paperwork apparently it offends a dealership that you pay cash not finance, and when my husband asked about the empty gas tank the salesman whispers oh no the GM was already so mad about us getting the car he wouldnt dare add gas to the car. We are aware of the games and the back and forth that they do. We dont play games. The car is fine and now well cleaned. HOWEVER, their customer service is terrible and I would not be a return customer. Apparently handing them a check for thousands of dollars is so offensive to them they do not appreciate a sale.
Bought a Tucson here yesterday and I LOVE IT!!!! Everyone was amazing and so helpful!!!!! Haily was such a great help and found me exactly what I wanted and needed!!!! Thanks to baker too for helping me get financed and on my way. The last time I bought a car I felt like they were rushing me through it and just to get a sale and get me out the door and I walked away feeling bamboozled, but I walked away feeling confident that I had found the right car for the right price and I am so happy with my purchase!!!! Thank you!!!!
Came here with my son to find him a new car. Kenny was his salesman, he was very nice, went above and beyond, got my son in a nicer car than he came to look at for about the same price range, and he made sure we were taken care of, very explanatory, made sure we had no questions, he listened to my sons needs and all around an amazing salesman. If more car dealers had people like him working, they would sell more cars and have happier, returning customers. He made it about my son, his wants and needs and didnt try to push him into something just to make a sell. Very pleased. If you go here, ask for Kenny, you wont be sorry. #2020AccentforJustice
They are Crooks oh, they blew out the airbags on my suspension by not properly shutting off the system before lifting the vehicle, causing her $5,000 damage to the vehicle, when confronted they refuse to fix it.
Reggie is the best salesman ever. Im a senior and been to many lots in my lifetime .thank you sir. Now julio your alot different your very misleading dishonest and only there for that commission not really caring what you say. Truthful or not. Shame on you.
Unfortunately, my last two experiences at Tulsa Hyundai have been poor. My last oil change in July started off by waiting roughly 30 minutes to be greeted and checked in, followed by another 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting to get my oil changed. Today, I took my car in for a warranty repair and was told it would be about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After waiting for 4 hours I decided that I had enough and told them I had to leave. Nothing is fixed. To be fair my previous experiences have been good, but the past two have not been satisfactory in my opinion.
My experience is less than 1. I bought my 2017 Elantra there 4 years ago. Not a great experience but got the car I wanted. Went back for service and did not have a good experience. Only an oil change so no big deal. Today took it in for service on the driver side window which went nuts and started going up and down on its on. I had made an appointment. Got there early and they drove me home as it was going to be several hours. Long story short. Very bad experience. Did not fix the issue as they had to order a part. They sent a little snot to pick me up and take me to pick it up. He did not wear a mask and when asked about it blew it off. Mind you this dealership is 25 minutes from my home. He was driving a small car so I was trapped in there. Im over 65 and did not appreciate this at all. He said we can roll the windows down, but it was pouring rain. I love my car but will be getting rid of it as soon as possible and will not ever buy a Hyundai again. BTW This is the 2nd one Ive owned. But if they cant provide decent service and comply with the city mandate (law) to wear a mask, Im done. No respect for their customers.
My husband and I went to a BA Hyundai dealership before arriving here. The ba dealership was awful. The guy was aggressive and rude. So we decided to come to Tulsa Hyundai because my in-laws bought a Palisade here and love it. The staff was amazing. They worked with us without all the back and forth. It was done with kindness and care. After the horrible previous experience, it was such a relief to have a wonderful time. Thank you!
Its rare you can get a 20 mile ride home and pick up service when your car is in shop. Also i like they review your history and give recommendations of needed service.
Tried to buy a used car from them. I am over 250 miles away so I tried contacting Internet sales, as instructed on the site the first day in the early evening. I did receive an email, and text which I responded to immediately the next day. I asked for interior photos, and did not hear back for 4 hours. I called in and spoke to Megan (Internet sales) and was told she was trying to see what lot the car was on and she would let me know. I called back 4 hours later (she was getting ready to leave) and offered to have her call me back in the morning. Third day, again no response so I called and the sales manager answered her phone saying she was off work that day (which was a huge surprise to me) and said she would get me the info. 10 minutes later a different sales person picked up the phone, said she was busy, and could she call me back with the info. She calls back later today saying that the car had been sold, but that is OK, what else can we look at. No thanks, I have seen how you treat your potential customers. They do not respect the customer. They do not tell you if they are not scheduled to work when they state they will return your call. They then try and up-sell you to a new car when the used one you are interested in is sold while you patiently wait for them to communicate.
Hyundai service was absolutely extraordinary! I am impressed! Hyundais service was amazing! My car is driving smoothly again! They are honest people who truly have your best interest at heart and are not out to get you for money! Thank you Hyundai for everything you do on a daily basis for your customers!
Fast and friendly service
Awesome staff!
Buying the car there was fine... its the warranty. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY! Its a scam. Weve never been able to use it. Its hell getting someone to even talk to you about the warranty. Weve called dozens of times multiple time to try to get help and have NEVER been helped. I would opt out of the warranty part all together.
Unfortunate endingEdit: I didnt want to do this because I thought these guys were a good dealership. We bought this car on Oct 24; but its now been a month and a half. My trade-in still hasnt been paid off. My deal has now been changed and the payment increased because they took to long on the first deal. I still have a paper tag thats probably not right due to the facts Ive spent more time at a dealership in 2020 than I have in my entire life. They said they were going to have the gm send the pay off on Nov 24 after signed the deal. Then the deal change again on Dec 5 I still have no tag paperwork or payoff and this deal stinks of a repo scam. Come Monday will be ten days from the last time we signed the deal at this point no one should buy a car from them.Original postIts a dealership but its got an amazing sales team with Haily and their Fi guy Caleb. We went in for a used Denali but didnt like the way the deal was going. Haily worked with us and was patient enough to help us get into a Explorer that was the better of the two vehicles. So if you go there ask for her she will make you feel no pressure and if you dont like the deal she will help you find something better.
