Affordable prices with great workmanship, I was never into bringing my vehicle to Walmart for maintenance. But one day I came because it was very cold outside and they were open on a Sunday. I was very impressed with the service, they could work on the timing and customer service. But wherever you go to get your vehicle serviced you will have to wait, so I didn’t hold that against them in this review. I still like servicing my vehicles on my own, but this is defiantly a good alternative. Highly recommend.

I went at 12:12 but got out at 1:59 because of the amount of service they did. I would suggest finding the opening time on Google Maps and going then. Here is a list of things they checked for the $50 oil change.

When I need a good oil change or flush, they are auto to go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Would have been better if there would have been prper place to wait while car was serviced.

They told me it would be 2hours for an oil change. Crazy when I was there n others were put ahead of me

The staff at the 81st/Lewis Ave. Walmart are excellent! Im always treated well and they always look for the most cost-efficient manner in which take care of what I need.

In town for a ladies weekend and my battery died. I dropped my friends at a restaurant to eat and ran to Walmart, the wait was going to be 2 hours and I couldnt wait that long. I went in and purchased the battery, thinking I could do itmyself, and the WONDERFUL lady at the counter walked out with me and helped me. I greatly appreciate the help and was able to be back with my friends in 15 minutes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The Walmart Auto Care Center is a great place for the usual car maintenance items, like batteries and tires. They are actually pretty efficient, so that they can complete your car needs while you shop. Since they are all over the country, the warranties are easy to manage.

Could have been better. Bought a battery at one location and was brushed off. Went to two other locations with the second location being my second trip in three days.Initially I was told it would be two hours to change out the battery so I could get my core charge back, but the tech named Deve went and grabbed his tools, changed my battery out while I stepped inside to get my refund.He was done by the time I came back. I realize the auto services are not the top of the industry but being a retail manager myself it is about service. I could have changed the battery myself, but was more than willing to have the techs do it in return for the core charge. Considering the effort spent at two other locations I will not return to the Broken Arrow not 71st and memorial locations. I will shop again at the 81st location.

Bad customer service! Had to wait forever for a manager cause guy had no numbers for register then they served an employee before me told me to calm down she works here! When I walked away he tried to say have a good day! Really? Dont even deserve 1 star!

Great customer service from all of the technicians. Pit Stop oil change is exactly what I need at the right price. Wide selection of tires available online at great prices, plus Walmart service anywhere if you have a problem.

Im giving them a 2 because eventually I got my tires put on, and they replaced a missing lug nut(After a 4 hour wait and being the 2nd in line when they opened) the gentleman that was supposed to be next after me, kept getting pushed to the back of the line. Having to get politely aggressive with them did they get to his car.

I arrived at the time they opened on a sat and had full set of tires mounted and balanced and out the door was quick and smooth no hassle

Once again Im not sure which location this is about. Admiral Memorial great Auto Center great people . Memorial and and 111 in Bixby. Kinda lazy

Friendly helpful staff. Great range. Allowed us to park our RV overnight, so we stocked up our pantry ready for our trip. Thank you Tulsa Wal-Mart.

They always do a good job on what I ask for and beyond and Tire fees are state law when buying tires .👍

The girl that waited on my sucked. Everyone else was fine. Amazing how one person can affect a score. Ill use Wal-Mart again, but not this one.

Went just for a battery and it took a while but there was a line so I expected that. The employees were rockstars they were kind and answered every question I had and even joked around and had a conversation with me which is excellent customer service and I appreciated that

This is a good place for an oil change. The prices are fair and they dont try little games like Jffy L. to get you to buy an air filter too. However it can take them a long time on Saturdays so dont go then unless you want to do a lot of shopping. .

So I get there at 614am. I know early. But they were supposed to be open at 7...7came..710...717so I call the front. Cause nobody came out. I saw a man go in at 639. Lady tells me she doesnt know why its not open but shell let me know. Puts me on hold. Says she is still trying get info and did I wanna wait. I said no. Ill be back here waiting. 725another customer came. 727lady from front walked to the back and told us she was told it takes two ppl to work back there. She was asked when does the other person come. She said 11am. How do you open at 7but dont have two ppl. Other lady asked her to call for a manager. By 8am when I left no manager ever came. This is the second time this location has not been opened on time but this second one was the longest. The point ppl attempt to do by arriving early is to get in and out. That man that worked there could have said on his way in they wont open at 7or he could have came out when. He saw he was gonna be the only one. So I sent emails to Corp. Unprofessional. Never again. Ever

Was in a hurry with a family emergency. They helped me get my dead battery changed out quickly so I could get on the road

Not satisfied at all. On the list that they gave me, the washer tank was checked as it was filled, while it was still all empty. Vaccume cleaning was checked done, but it was not even touched. I can not trust their service anymore.

If you use your debt or credit cards here watch your statements. Ive had my cards flagged and information stolen 3 times here less than 2 year time span.

They are quick if need a tire fixed.
