Absolutely terrible service.Culligan bought out the company which had previously provided my water delivery. Instead of sending me a notice telling me ownership had changed and asking me to re-enroll in autopay, they sent me a bill with late fees.When I paid the bill and re-enrolled in autopay, they flagged the account with autopay as inactive, and created a second account in my name to bill me MORE late fees.I would give zero stars if that was an option.Never using Culligan ever again.

You owe it to yourself to get your water checked, it’s free! I knew it was going to be gross but seeing the amount of grime leftover after washing was the eye opener. Everyone should have a water softener in their home, your skin will thank you! While you’re at it, purchase a reverse osmosis system too! I can’t thank Joanne enough for spending the time with us to explain everything from start to finish, she made the process super easy!

Our experience with everyone was great. If we had a question it was answered. All appointments made were on time and Joann the saleswoman was great. The installer was on time, friendly and when he finished the area was cleaner then when he came.

First week at my new house that I built in Tulsa and I am so glad that I made the decision to go with Culligan HE water softener to treat the whole home and Aqua Cleer Reverse Osmosis drinking system.It feels so good knowing my kids and grandkids are drinking safe, clean water. I had no idea how much better water could taste! They were able to hook it up to my refrigerator water dispenser and it’s completely hidden.I wasn’t sure about needing Culligan HE water softener for my whole home but the first time I washed my hair I felt like I had been to the salon my hair was so soft. I really struggle from dry, brittle hair and it felt amazing! My skin and hair felt totally different. I can only imagine the difference it’s going to make in my laundry.If you’re struggling to make a decision I would say it is a must have addition to your home. The Culligan of Tulsa staff is professional and knowledgeable. When I called complaining of chlorine in my city water, they knew just what to do. They outlined the options available to me, as well as the cost, and the pros and cons to each system. They even recommended a great electrician when I needed additional outlets put in for the system. I felt certain I had made the right choice when they put it in. My water tastes amazing now and theres not a hint of chlorine. I cant describe how much of a relief that is to myself and my wife. We recently had Culligan of Tulsa install a High Efficiency water softener that replaced a 30 plus year old Culligan unit. We met with a well informed and courteous sales manager, Cory Trammell, to discuss updating our old Culligan system. After learning about our water supply (well water with household sediment filter) and requirements (quality drinking and medical devices), Cory recommended a High Efficiency unit and an under the sink RO system to remove unwanted sodium and improve flavor. In addition, a UV light filter was placed between the RO system and water outlet to kill microorganisms—resulting in the exceptional water quality. The new softener was professionally installed by Chris who answered all our questions and was a delight to visit with. The first pot of coffee was brewed following the installation of the Culligan system. The flavor of the brewed coffee matched that of a professional coffee house located in the Rocky Mountains—smooth and not bitter—without the high prices and crowded spaces. This is probably the worst company I know. you people need to do youre homework they charge you way more for the product they sale you than other companies plus all the equipment they sale you you can buy on amazon or ebay & it is cheaper & so easy to install a 13yr old can install it if you can read instructions you can install a reverse osmosis or water softener plus you can get bottle water from a hole in the wall grocery stores & buy youre cooler from ebay.

Culligan not only offers great drinking water, but having the softener makes a huge difference for my skin and hair. Weve had Culligan systems in our last two homes and wouldnt be without it!

WARNING.... people do youre homework this place charge you way to much. for the equipment they sale you & you can buy a water softener & reverse osmosis on ebay, amazon, if you can read you can install if not you can call radiant water & pumps in tulsa. they are way cheaper or you can call a plumber they can install the equipment you have been warned.

One could say that I might be a little OCD when it comes to high quality drinking water. I would have to agree with that statement. Therefore I do strive to obtain high quality drinking water for myself and my family. This usually means sacrificing costs for this quality. I can safely say that Culligan’s water is in this echelon of water distributors. I always test the water I buy and drink and Culligan’s tests right at 0.00. This is as good as it gets folks. Is it as cheap as what you buy in a grocery store? No. But you can’t compare the water taste and quality! That’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make any day. But that’s just me. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I called and asked them about doing a free water test for me and was told that if I brought it in today that I would have the results back tomorrow. So far, everyone that I spoken with seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful, I will update this review once I find out more tomorrow.

I love using Culligan at work! There is always hot water and ice cold water, even right after changing a jug. The drivers are very courteous and automatic payments are wonderful.

Culligan is a great way to get our family to drink water instead of sugary drinks! Our grandchildren very seldom drink anything else, now, even when eating out! I love the online access that helps me keep up with delivery dates and payments.

Culligan was very professional installing our reverse osmosis. The water quality is exceptional and we now have no need for bottled water anymore. It has the most pure taste and is better for cooking, coffee pots and tea makers and just overall drinking. It’s a very noticible difference in water quality. The installer was great - we divided to change the faucet and they came back in a timely manner to do so. Anything we addressed was handled quickly and professionally and would use again.

The water tastes great and is so healthy. I gave this to my dog who had a heart problem and it helped him a lot. Cant drink other water after having this. Would highly recommend.

During the kitchen remodel, I had disconnected the under sink water filter system, making an appointment for reconnecting it later. Irregardless of my disappointment with the office people miscommunicated the correct appointment time, and knowing it wasnt the techs fault, Skip our technician showed up late, and made the best of it. He thoroughly went over the system meticulously replacing tubes, o-rings, fittings, and filters, and reduced the tangled mess below our new sink. He discussed several good recommendations with us from his experience that we took advantage of saving some money in the process. He left his business card so we could call anytime we had questions . This guy definitely knows his business !

When I needed an older water softener repaired, and was up against a deadline due to moving out, Culligan was able to quote & repair the system the same day. The repair tech that was dispatched was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the level of customer service.

Skip came and did my filter change. Friendly and always does a great job. I’ve had my filter for many years. It’s nice to not have to worry about whatever is in the water!

My Culligan man is Skip and I have had him service my R/O filter for the last few years. I completely trust his judgement in servicing my system. He is very knowledgeable and I prefer him to service my system.

If our office is running low on water, it just takes a quick phone call to get a delivery the next day even it is not on our delivery schedule. Our Culligan Man, Joe Jones, is always friendly and professional.

I used to be extremely happy with the Culligan of Tulsa, but I have had some recent issues lately. I sent numerous e-mails which all got answered, but the problem never got relayed to the service manager until today, when I called and asked for him personally. The jury is out on how this will be handled, and if it is handled satisfactorily, I will come back and change my rating.

The water always, always tastes great. Service is always excellent. I very much appreciate the reminder the night before a water run, too.

Great service im not sure who the gentlemans name is. I believe his name was Michael if you have a Michael that does our DI tanks. He is very professional about his job. I didnt care for the other service tech but Michael is really cool guy I wished I had him working for me keep up the good work culligan.

Great tasting water and with no fluoride and no chlorine. I would recommend them for drinking water service. Best bet is to buy you own cooler because we had several issues with the rental units.

For the most part they come right on schedule. The only issue I have is when they run out of salt they have not informed the customers and just do not show up. Does not happen often though.

One thing after another. We’ve been using Culligan since December. It’s been awful. From being over charged on invoices and missed deliveries. First time they charged me 2 deposits instead of one. Second time Called to make payment over the phone and I guess whoever took my call forgot to run my card so I was charged a late fee on the next invoice? Whoever is working the phones needs to go. Awful experiences for 2 months of service. If it had been just one of these things I wouldn’t leave this review but it’s just been a nightmare.

Water is great as well as service

Words can’t explain how much I love my Culligan water, not only for the water but the wonderful service. When I got pregnant I craved filtered water and my worked used Culligan. I called and talked to Kristeen and she was so nice and very helpful. Through our conversation she found out I was pregnant and I told her that I will be doing formula bottles so she recommended that I do the one with both hot and cold. Let me tell you those late nights of getting up and making a bottle were so much easier having the hot filtered water. When my son was few months old Broken Arrow had issues with the water and we were on a boil order. I had comfort in knowing I had safe water for my family. Also let’s not forget Zach the delivery guy. I was always forgetting to set my jugs out to be picked up. Now he calls me the day before to remind me that he will be by and Kirsteen sent me out a calendar of my delivery times so I always know. Take it from me use this company for filtered water you won’t regret it!!!!
