I have the water dispenser and get delivery every other week to my home. Its nice to have hot/cold clean good tasting water at home. The delivery driver is top notch in customer service. Highly Recommend!

Just got this service got my first delivery then never got my second but I sure got charged for it! Their andlswering service is trash, it talks about how they have great customer service and thats a flat out lie. Do your job incompetent children

This service cannot follow simple delivery instructions and when you call you will probably be on hold for 20+ min before speaking to someone. I could have ran to the store and just got my own with time we have spent fixing issues. I guess they got us because we continued to give them a chance but they just cannot get it together. Recommend finding a different service if you need water delivered during your business hours, they have failed to accommodate more than a few times.Again, there is also a 20+ wait time just to maybe get your issues dealt with. If you have to call back your up to 40+ min. Absolutely ridiculous. If you stopped screwing up service maybe your customer service lines wouldnt be tied up. Just a friendly thought.

Charges are excessive and the invoice difficult to understand. I’ve been on hold with the company for over an hour twice and both times lost connection due to so called technical difficulties? I’m trying to close my account.

Dennis Christmas is my delivery man at our office and he is the reason we decided not to cancel with your company. We had very spotty service before getting him we never knew when someone would be coming and had to go and get our own water refills several times as we had completely run out. Since he became our delivery man I have not had to do this one time. He always shows up on time and is so friendly. I really appreciate the service he gives us!

We use Sparkletts for our business and their customer service is out of this world! We have only had once issue with our water machine and Dennis Christmas (exceptional customer service from this guy!) offered us his personal number, and brought a replacement the next morning! We receive replacement bottles on time, each time and they keep us stocked with our preferred amount of bottles. A couple of my coworkers and I are now looking into getting a system for our homes.

The customer service is a joke. I subscribed to their service on a whim. I got a top loading cooler and 3 bottles, 1 month went by and no refills, no contact of any kind. I called to cancel the service and schedule a time for them to pick up their equipment. 2 months later, they have not been by to pick there equipment up. Every week its the same ol song and dance. They try and tell me that it was scheduled for next week. Im like no it wasnt. Worst service ever!

If I could give this company zero stars I would! This is the worst company ever! They changed my delivery schedule without even telling me they changed it. Then they said that they made a delivery and charged me for said delivery when in fact they did no such thing. The schedule that they show online under my customer profile does not match what they show in their system so the delivery schedules never match. I skipped a delivery one time and always get deliveries on Fridays. Well they just randomly delivered the following Monday of all days. I never get deliveries on Mondays! I am so sick of this company. I was supposed to have them come and pick up their equipment yesterday and of course no one showed up to get the equipment. I am still waiting! When I called to cancel the service the representative asked if I wanted to transfer this service to someone else. Heck no! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that I know! When I call customer service they always tell me that they are going to reach out to the local branch and have them call me and I never get a call or anything from them.

This company is an absolute joke, and at the level of sub-par service they offer they should have decided to go out of business a long time ago. They charge us over $60/month to rent a Keurig machine that no longer works, we started calling and complaining three weeks ago and still no one has come out to fix or replace it. They have told us they will pick it up three separate times and missed three dates.

Can I give a negative star reveiw? The Customer service is bad. The people you talk to you the phone are rude. We havent had a delivery for water at our place of work in about 2 months. We call 6 times and always an excuse. Then when we want to cancel they are out here in 24 hours to pick up their equipment.

They get one star for the simple fact that it is required to post a review. We are severely disappointed in the service received from Sparkletts and after our delivery tomorrow, if it actually shows up, will be canceling our services completely. We called Friday requesting water be delivered- mind you we have been with this company for years- and they told us we could have 6 bottles delivered Monday. Monday came and we waited all day and they never showed up. Tuesday morning we called back and they inform us we were rescheduled to Wednesday and they do not know why and inform us they cannot get out same day to bring us water and we will have to wait. Wednesday came and we still received no delivery. We called again and they said it showed us scheduled for Friday and for only two bottles when we requested 6! It is the hottest week of the summer and they have brushed us off an entire week and we have not one drop of water left since Friday when I called.I had to go buy cases of water for my employees. I asked to talk to a manager and they refused to give me a managers name or contact information and said they could only pass my info along and someone would reach out in 72 hours but told me I could make a complaint on their website!! ha. The owner of our company has instructed me to find another business to work with and cut ties completely with Sparkletts. 10/10 would NEVER recommend this company. In case they even work on quality control Friday we spoke with Essence, Tuesday we spoke with Janet, Wednesday we spoke with Kaniesha, and today I was transferred to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor named Robert who was the least help of all. I logged into our online account to find that even after speaking to and confirming 6 bottles with 4 different employees we still only were listed to receive 2! I had to manually change it for them. I left a complaint on their website since that is the only thing I can do and I hope they have an actual manager reach out to me over this experience so that I may chat with them.

Another UPDATE: So I contacted the BBB and did get a response from the corporate office, apologizing, money returned. But locally, a Sparkletts delivery person attempted to deliver 3 bottles of water to our clinic despite staff insisting we did not have a dispenser and cancelled the service. He seemed to struggle understanding that. Plus I get emails about getting in to my account with Sparkletts despite no longer having an account. I have to create my email account in order to update my account to STOP getting emails!!! LOL. NOTE: COSTCO contracts with Sparkletts to provide the service. So dont choose COSTCOs water delivery. ------ UPDATE! Four times I called to say our cooler was not working as per the contract. Four times they said they would come to our clinic to switch it out. Four times they did not show or even call. - Cancelling the service!! I wonder how quickly the will be to pick up the defective cooler and left over water bottles..... not holding my breath. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ------ We received the top loading cooler with both cold and hot water for our new clinic location the beginning of Oct. 2019. But the hot water feature did not work. Sparklett’s was called and a new cooler was scheduled to be delivered. It wasn’t. I called again. Another date was given to me, but again no delivery and no phone call to update us. Scheduled a THIRD time. Another no show and no call. Today it is scheduled again. 4th time. No phone calls from Sparklett to keep us informed. Last chance! I’m not hopeful.... I’m not recommending this service.

I have never worked with a service provider with worse customer service and delivery. I have been overcharged repeatedly, never received credit for returned bottles, missed deliveries, no response to changes in orders, etc.
