If youre a truck driver my suggestion is to call first because they do not have a dock. There is a convenience store to the rght of Fizz O water company that what you will want to do is pull through their parking lot across the street into your delivery. Pull out on Lewis and back into the doorway. They do not have a dock. Super fast unload. Really nice guys. Overall and easy delivery other than the fact that I drove past the place because I didnt know where to go hope this helps

Product is fine but customer service is terrible. Every employee I have dealt with (which is probably everyone) is grumpy every single time Ive been.

I am not yet a customer but my cousin is and I’ve tried their water and it’s great. Also she says the service is spot on almost every time. The only time it may get confusing is around holidays and that may be able to be better managed. But I may have to sign up just for the very strong attractive young man they have delivering to her lol. Great water and good service 10/10 recommend.

This is a great place to get water. I especially like getting Mountain Valley in 5 Gallon glass jars.

They dont know how they alkalize the water they supply. They only take their bottles for refilling so its a 6$ charge per bottle, even if you already own your own bottles. The lady upfront was not clear about how the process goes. I feel like she didnt really understand the service she offered. She seemed annoyed that i needed to know how to get the water bottles filled. It was a Very odd water store. Not accomodating be honest, or very friendly more like i was just annoying for asking how it worked when most water stores across the nation have a similar process that they do not have. I just moved here, I know its a small town, but the water store only sells one product! It seems a little complicated for something so simple. The name also Reminds me an old school commercial plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is... or soda pop and I really want healthy water which the name does not remind me of nore does the knowledge of their own product reflect healthy or proffesional and most importantly I want friendly, good customer service. Wont be back. Ill buy an R.O. system online tonight and install it this week than be stuck with this water company as it seems like the only one in town. I would have been a guaranteed 10-15 5gallon jugs a week to start with, not a huge customer, but not small either.**********response to the owners response. It was more than just not having knowledge of the ONE product you sell, it was the whole situation. I specifically mentioned your staff not being friendly. I dont want you to have to wash my bottles, i trust my wash job more. i dont want to have to buy YOUR bottles when I have already bought more than I can deal with now as I have a huge family. I wash them before I bring them in, like every water company has had me do and I get them refilled like normal, which is why they sell 5 gallon water jugs everywhere....to get them refilled!Again, your company lost a good customer. I was a minimal 10 - 5 gallons a week. I came in for 8 5 gallons on my first day of trying to support a local company.Thats great you have multiple types of water and brands, but if your employees have no clue what there selling, and are not accomodating or friendly what does it even matter? How hard could it be for you to train your employee for 30 minutes about the only product you sell and tell them to be friendly and helpful to the people supporting you?It is not a complicated thing in my opinion to make sure the employee has all the tools they need to succeed.Left a bad taste in my mouth and I already bought two R.O. systems for my home. Ill have them installed this week. Just so I dont ever have to come into YOUR STORE. Thats how uncomfortable I felt yesterday just trying to get water. I spent 600$ just on the systems. Not the install yet.. Thats how much I dont want to come into your store.

Excellent water from an excellent company. Lonny, the one that delivers my water, is very courteous, the customer service is great, and I always get what I ask for...sometimes more. I highly recommend Fizz-O Water, and I am also glad that deal with Mountain Valley.

Looking for bottled water service and picked Fizz-O water because of good ratings. Their website claims to serve a 100 mile radius of Tulsa, including cities close to us, but tell me that they dont service my area. (49.2 miles)

Great service for a good price. A delivery driver named Barry even went out of his way to bring our office dog a bone!

I tried this company out for a few months. The water was great. You cant mess that up. Lol But you mess up all the rest of it. 2 out of 3 deliveries were missed. Then the ppl answering the phones are not thorough enough to put you on a schedule after they get their money. I dont file my card for protection. I pay as I get placed on the list to deliver. They seem to be so clueless when it comes to pay as you go residential service. I plan to bring my bottles back and get back to a gallon at a time off the store shelf. Because it makes my life more simple rather than to babysit a service provider. Best of luck training that staff.**The response of the owner on these comments...Eyebrows Raised Shaking My Head...

Once again this place is great, They have awesome customer service and delicious water. Will always recommend to family and friends. Much better service than culligan and tastes 100% better than sparklett and culligans water.

Great service, great product, great company. Nothing but good things to say.

This is the worst company with the worst customer service that I have dealt with. Half of the time the calls arent answered and the voicemails arent returned. When we signed our business up I was told water would be delivered every 3 weeks (6-8 3 gallon jugs) and we have only seen them 1 time in 2 months. Also, one of two brand new water coolers we ordered didnt work for a whole week before they would do anything. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
