I had out door cameras installed and they were too sensitive. Tony the sales man was so kind and patient checking up on me to make sure I was satisfied l. Kevin (I think please forgive me) the technician Tony sent out worked with me until I was happy and felt secure with the system. Also both were very tolerant and kind with my fur children. Lastly, the technician went above and beyond why he was here and check all my smoke alarms to make sure we were safe and secure.

I have an account with Alert 360. We cannot afford to pay for our service anymore as things have come up and we have had our service for well over a year. They are saying they we have a 5 year contract which we DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT! They are saying there is no way to break our contract at all and cancel our service. The alarm will not stop beeping and nothing is being done. Im about to tare it out of my wall and throw it out of front door. We do not want the system and do not want to pay for it anymore. We never received a contract from them the whole time we have had the stupid system. I JUST WANT MY SERVICE CANCELED.

The Tech who fixed our issues was great. Very polite and knowledgeable plus worked smoothly and neatly. I believe he said his name was John. He explained what had to be done and after the work was done did a very good job demonstrating what the new parts and changes differences worked. I would ask for him for any work to be done. His work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations....

From the intial call getting information about the various options. Patrick was very friendly, he even said I sound like his auntie. He scheduled my consultation very quickly. In a few days the consultant came out, which was Sean Davis (provided his badge and all). He was one of a kind, very thorough when providing options and pricing. He made the experience very comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be referring Sean and Alert 360 to my friends and family. When the technician came out ON TIME by the way (kudos), he confirmed the location of everything and got to work. Once it was completed, he explained how everything worked in home and on our phones. I had a great experience and again.. I will be referring your company. Great Job!!!

We’ve been with them since they were Central Security. Terrible at repairs. Our alarm would not stop going off. It didn’t notify them. They waited 3 weeks to get back with us. They can’t upgrade it so they just canceled us because now we are out of their range. Left us high and dry with no notice. It’s no fun trying to reach them either.

It was great service by Charlie. He is very knowledgeable about all of Alert360 products. Easy peasy for Charlie. In addition he is a very nice man. I would highly recommend Alert360 (formally Guardian). I’ve used them for years. Charlie is a good ambassador for Alert360!

The technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He entered our home with a mask on, took his shoes off at the door, was friendly, looked very professional with his 360 uniform. He was efficient and made sure that our panel was working properly before he left. We received top notch service.

I called Alert 360 to talk to their technical support about adding a monitor for viewing cameras on the system. I was transferred 5 times and was told I had to talk to a sales representative. Unfortunately, I had to set up an appointment to meet with a sales representative, I could not talk to someone while I was on the phone. I do not want to buy new equipment, I just wanted to talk to them about the options I had for using a web or app interface to view the cameras. All the representatives I spoke with failed to understand what I was asking, it seemed that they had no idea of the situation and just wanted to transfer me to someone else, hoping they could answer my question. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. We use both Alert 360 and ADT at different locations. If this had been ADT, they would have bent over backwards to help me with my issue. Some of the representatives were very unprofessional. They would interrupt me constantly while I was talking. VERY POOR SERVICE! Save yourself the headaches and go with someone else.

Incredibly late for appointment. 8-12 window became a 12:30 show and 2:00 leave. Everything works and the system is easy to manage.

The tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quickly. He advised me what the repair entailed as well as the time needed to complete the job. He then completed the job and restored my system back to proper operation as advised.

I dont normally write reviews, because you cant please everyone......BUT THIS I HAVE TO WRITE. As you know (if you are a 360 member) you need them to come over and upgrade your modem to 4g. Well weve called them twice and got stood up twice! The first time the technician called us at 8pm excusing himself.....bla bla bla. We rescheduled......today the technician was suppose to come between 8am and 12pm..NOBODY CAME....at 2pm we called wanting to speak to a supervisor, again they said a supervisor will call us back (we should have asked what year) its now 5pm, I called and spoke to a supervisor (David) why the hell cant I get a technician over here??? He apologized left and right,( its not his fault,) he said he doesnt know why the San Diego office didnt call us back, he said he would e-mail the supervisor....but this time SOMEONE will call us back. WAITING......my patience is wearing thin people.......very tempted to pull the plug

Worst company ever. They have you sign a contract because the know their service is horrible! I had the whole package; cameras and alarm system. The cameras always loose connection. They installed a WiFi extender, and it still doesn’t work. The service contract is through Manteck. Who arrived without the proper equipment, and asked me what work/service was to be performed. I replied, do you have a work order? My intercom and video bell doesn’t work. Then explained alert360 has to send them the new equipment. So you came unprepared for the job. The service company license had expired while i was waiting for them to receive the new equipment. I called and asked could another company do the work. I was advised that they are the only company that can service the system. I waited over a month, and it still doesn’t work. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

I purchased a complete alarm system from Garner Jackson and Dylan as my installer. Garner has gone above and beyond customer service. I have been very pleased with his services. Dylan installed my alarm. Again, very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him in our home. The system is easy to learn and user friendly. I highly recommend these guys!

I strongly recommend that you do not use this service. I sold my house and told them I could no longer use their service, because I was moving into an apartment that would not let me install alarm equipment. They stated that I would need to pay $950 for the cancellation or get the person who bought my house to sign up for their service. Im not going to pay almost a thousand dollars for them to not provide monitoring, and Im really not sure how I can make anyone else use their service. I obviously didnt know I would be selling when I signed up with them, but life happens. $950 for providing no monitoring is worth more to them than someone who might use their service again at some point in the future.
