Dylan was great! He installed cameras and was very helpful when teaching me how to use my new alarm. Dylan was professional, kind efficient and knowledgeable.

The alarm system works perfectly. It is everything I need for a home security system. I would highly recommend this company to meet your home security needs.

Joel came out and was great. He reconnected the cameras after we got a new wifi router and made sure the system was in working order. My only issue is we pay for the monthly monitoring and I feel like reconnecting the cameras should be included with that but this was an additional service charge.

Associate was very friendly very efficient, explained all up dates. Reviewed features about the system I had forgotten. Even put a new battery in my key fob. He gets an A+ from me.

Imo, there is always room for improvement but overall Im pleased with the phone service & tech service. I wish my siren was louder but you get what you get...

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He kept us informed of what he was doing and why during the whole process. It would have been five stars but I feel like Alert 360 was at fault for this failure. The system has never worked as well as it does now after replacing the motherboard that should have been installed in day one.

We’ve used their monitoring for years but after some recently vandalism at our office, Alert 360 was able to quickly set us up with cameras to make us feel extra safe! The man that came out to help was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us options and worked within our budget for the additional monitoring. Tech and service have been great for last 3 years.We had to use them at least once for fire.They would get 4 stars if the 360 lite app actually worked. (You have to pay more monthly to use regular app)Would recommend them. 👌

Experience was great other than the products I was offered was not able to work for our home. Beside not being able to get the cameras but then the fire alarm didn’t connect with system and was offer to buy more. And where I wanted key pad they was unable to do that as well!

Install was awesome. Unlike other major installers, these guys showed up ON time, and did a fantastic job, asked many questions about how we would like the install completed and did exactly what was asked. They informed us of all the details with the new system and happened to be polite and courteous the entire time. We have dogs and the installers worked with them extremely well. I will recommend 5 stars all around. Due to other companies I assumed they would be the same, and by far past my expectations. And use my husbands name (Joshua Morton) and we’ll both get a credit ;)

Very quick response by Alert 360 and covered by our warranty. The Technician Jacob C. was great he fixed the issues and we spoke about a Co2 detectors which saves lives every year. He went and got the equipment and within 30 min it was connected. Thank you all at Alert 360 you all are great.

It was very hard to get I touch with an actual service tech. When I would call they would keep me on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes just to get my information and tell me someone would get back with me to set up a time to come out. I had one guy come out to prepare our system for our move and never heard back from him. Ever since A&H Security sold to them it’s gone down hill. I feel that we are just a number now instead of a valued customer.

First I would like to say, I had a wonderful experience with 360 alert/ Central security system. And you can not find a better value package deal with the latest technology equipment, installation and excellent customer service in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am one satisfied customer. Called before arrival, arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job!Had to have service work done on alarm one week after upgrade, loose wires on one zone and siren not connected. Issue was found quickly but had to take off work as it wasnt done right the first time. Real rating should be three stars due to this issue.

Both our installer and our sales rep were great. We spoke to both at length about the features and benefits of our system and accessories over other systems. They were corpus and kind and helped with everything e we needed. Excellent customer service.

We sold my mothers house in July but we still keep getting bills with late fees from alert 360-I have spoken to them several times about stopping her acct and James said he would send me a cancellation notice-never did. Wasted a lot of time for something very simple-not impressed with their customer service.

Alert 360 does a excellent job of monitoring our home. Any time we accidentally set off our alarm they call within seconds to make sure it’s one of us that set the alarm off. If I’ve had a question or problem with the alarm, one of the service reps has tried to walk me through the alarm system. If I cannot fix the problem they are quick to send a service rep to our home. I would recommend Alert 360 to anyone needing a security system for their home.

We called in our issue and were told by the customer service agent that it would be over a week before they could come out. However, they offered to send an email to our local branch and move us up if they had any cancellations. We received a call in less than 48 hours. The agents were very responsive and came 30 minutes after the call. We had 2 issues, each agent worked on an issue and had both resolved in 30 minutes. The agents were very helpful and courteous! Very pleased!
