I’ve been in 3 different times and the last two times I had two forms of payment which according to Greg and I quote “You can’t do this to me” he was very bothered over having to do cash plus the final amount on card. They didn’t have to do any selling I just walk in cause I know what I want and I’m done. Tim & Sly (I don’t know his real name) were and have always been exceptional!!! But this Greg Gamble needs to understand money is money and yes sometimes you have to take two forms, if that’s the roughest thing he’s got to deal with then by golly shut up and take the freaking money. If it weren’t for Tim & Sly I’d have done a 1 star

My husband and I purchased a 12 x 14 piece of carpet to be bound as an area rug. The end of the roll of carpet was creased about 18 away from the edge so you could see pattern and color instead of the woven back. We were told by our salesman, Greg, that he would make sure the crease was cut off because it would never come out. Picked up the rug and the crease was there at approximately the same distance from the bound edge. Called to complain and was told that wasnt the original crease, that it was the result of something I dont even remember because I was a little stunned. I was told to vacuum it or steam it. Seriously. If it were possible to remove, why didnt you do either of those things?What are the odds anything could have happened to the carpet in the exact spot? And if your customer was concerned about the crease before the rug was bound, why would you not contact them and let them know there was a problem before you went any further? It would have been obvious when the cut was made. We were lied to, plain and simple, and because their sign says no refunds etc., Im stuck with it. Buyer beware. We would NOT recommend this place.

Bought our new floor from Mill Creek Outlet from Greg Gamble. He was awesome to work with and he knows his floors. He also recommended a father and son team to install and they were awesome as well. Everyone looking at buying new flooring shop around then come to Mill Creek and I truly believe Mill Creek will beat everyones prices. Ask for Greg and also after buying and need install ask Greg for the father and son team to come out and do the install. You will not be sorry and they will probably save you a lot of money.

Poor service. Acted like they couldnt help with anything after explaining what I needed. Was bother that I brought my children with me and acted like my children should have not been in the store. We have been there before and had ok service. I just couldnt believe the amount of disrespect I felt as a costumer.

Customer service was not pleasant. The people working there acted as if they didnt want to help. Seemed to be too preoccupied with themselves. Wasnt pleased or impressed with this place
