I dropped my phone and the screen shattered to the point of not being able to light up or answer calls.I could still receive text messages and phone calls (I heard the notification sound coming from my phone). I took my phone to this location and they returned it as good as new within 24 hours. The price was about 25% of the total price to purchase the phone in new condition. Highly recommend this service.

Good customer service. Went in for a camera replacement on my Note 8. They broke the phone, it wouldnt turn back on no matter what they did: I lost ALL of my data; But they replaced my phone eventually. It took a week to get the new phone delivered and that was a super inconvenience.

These guys at this store are hands down the best customer service I have seen in a log time. They are not here to get one over on you they take the time to explain what is going on and they do not make a fix they are not 100% sure that will fix the issue you are having. I brought in my working touch screen functional Samsung smartwatch and asked if they could handle a repair/replacement of the cracked back glass casing, there were no problems with the main screen itself. Shop said yes, then when the repair was complete the device lost all touch screen functionality. The device has now been rendered completely useless. Would not recommend, will never return.

Had company visiting from out of town and one of their cell phones would not turn on. Found Cellular Repair nearby on the internet. Expecting at least a $50 repair it turned out to be a small issue from a recent battery replacement. Phone was ready to pick up within 30 minutes. Was told it was something simple and there was no charge. Great to find good service and good ethics at the same place. I would highly recommend these folks for cell phone repair.

Found them by googling top 10 cellphone repair shops in Tulsa. Got prices from all 10 and they were $55.00 less than the highest quote. On the phone he said it would take 30 minutes. He was finished in under 10. Replaced the glass in my IPhone and put a screen protector on it. I’m the height of picky and I have never seen a screen protector installed better! Great customer service! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

***very sneaky business practice**gets upset when confronted about the damage**tells me its cosmetic**tells me my screen is bent**tells me they can bend the screen but it may break it***sent it home twice broken hoping we wouldnt notice*****My Full Review****we took our Ipad mini in two weeks ago week, they had to order the part a new LCD screen, They replaced it and we paid for it, It was still broken when we got it home, I called them back and I advise them the screen has what looks like a smudge mark trapped in between the glass and the LCD..****They were Friendly and great and said bring it back and they would fix it we did, They claimed to have fixed it sent it home and good God same problem I called back and told them its still broken,******this time he told me that is cosmetic damage, but offered to repair it a 3rd time by breaking the frame, I declined because twice they let a damaged Ipad leave there place of business both time claiming to have fixed it,when they didnt,.*********I know they changed the LCD because the original problem was it had lines running through it, but when we got it back the 1st time and it had these inside smudge marks that grew on the screen and makes everything foggy like a fuzzy picture, (They sent it home like this)the 2nd time they said they fixed it and sent it home, it had the same smudge marks *********there will be no 3rd time, he told me the LCD doesnt always fit and my screen was bent, My screen was never bent before, it has a cover that it goes in,the cover folds it up and it make the Ipad Mini look like a book,*****My only recourse is to try another place and have them fix it,I told the rude guy I talk to the 2nd time, They should have told me they couldnt repair it and that the damage almost looks like water damaged that when he got rude telling me its only cosmetic not water damaged, he told me the Ipad Mini still works, I wish they would have said we cant fix it, anyways if another repair place tells me its a damaged LCD, I am taking them to small claims court for the cost to fix it at the other store, the money I spent with them and time, because this isnt right.****my frustration comes from twice they sent this home to us and twice it was broken and they knew it***PS BEFORE I TOOK MY IPAD THERE I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND FELT SAFE..this is my experience,I wish if someone else had this experience they would have left it, So I could have made a better decision on taking my Ipad there or knew ok, the LCDs they order may not fit, or they could have at least told us that when it left the store the 1st time they couldnt repair it 100%, They could have explained the LCD doesnt fit, we tried to repair it but are unable to get the smudge marks off the screen,it may cause some blurring given us a discount because they did repair the LCD, the problem is between the LCD and the actual touch screen he said he added tape to fix it and cant add more tape.I did talk to Apple who offered to replace it at an out of warranty replacement,But I am going to take it to another repair place will update and tell you what they said

So last year when our tablet screen broke the guys did a really good job fixing it and taking the air bubble out of the screen. Recently I broke my phone screen and the repair was really cheap and they also replaced the stylus for my phone. Only problem im having is that ever since my phone was fixed the camera wont work. Idk if its on their half but it worked before I had it repaired and now it wont work at all. Thats my only issue but otherwise they do a really great job on repairs at a fair price :)Edit: These guys absolutey are dedicated to their job! After my screen was replaced the front camera didnt work and I took it in. They replaced both cameras but then both cameras didnt work. They replaced the screen again and now my phone works perfectly! Definitely check these guys out if you ever need a repair on your phone or tablet :)
