This company does not care about the disabled. They allow Disabled people in power wheelchairs to be assaulted by their customers. they dont know how to properly post signs for disabled parking. I have reported them to the A.D.A. Representative Doug MacMillan in Oklahoma City and he has sent them a letter telling them what the requirements are legally for handicapped parking spots. Im not able to post a copy of the letter due to it being so long but I will post it in Assist Wireless Facebook page. So keep an eye out for it.My boyfriend was trespassed out of their store for no reason at all. He never entered the store. All he did was sit outside on a public parking lot announcing how Assist Wireless dont care about disabled people. The manager of the store at 6530 E 21st St in Tulsa Oklahoma parks where the handicapped spot should be intentionally because its not properly marked for the handicapped. You can see a faded blue wheelchair emblem on the ground next to the yellow striped lines which is meant for handicapped Vans to let out their passengers.

I just want to say that your store clerk, Waylon, was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate people like him. It doesnt happen a lot now a days. He is a great employee in my eyes. He works at the 21st and Sheridan area. A big thanks to Waylon.

I was given great service from the employee (Mary) on Sept 27. She went above and beyond for not only me, but the other 5 or 6 customers who were there during my visit.

Im going to be straight up,. There were complications with getting me the phone and it took 3 separate visit to obtain my phone. The impressive part was the young beautiful lady working there she remained working on it and she was well mannered and sincere through it all and was also focused on other customers with the same character traits .. that lady is by far my greatest experience for she is great with the people.even when the costumer is angry she was patient and has a way to bring them to a calming state mind..

I use to use Assist Wureless and they were all very nice and the service was good I fo think they over charge for theyrephones, especially the used ones!

I also have no service and 41st store, the lady smelled drunk and was 0 help, she just wanted to prove me wrong.

Not helpful called about getting new device was told to call consumer service. Brush off to the extreme.

It was cool with me guy behind counter was helpful i have no complaints

Assist Wireless is a great service! Good phones with great reception and deals for anyone needing a cell phone that cant afford a commercial plan - You can get a free phone with limited data FREE and they have super cheap upgrades for only a couple dollars as well as 5gb of data for only $5 a month!

They approved me so thats great. I had to come back to the store after waisting my gas leaving the store. She forgot to turn something on or just didnt do it. I asked for zero dollars talk text and 4 gigs of data she put me for a plan thats a dollar. Which is not a high price you just got to do what people ask of you, please. I sometimes dont have any money in the bank and to be stuck to pay with out a working phone it not good. Still to this moment I dont know if I am switched to zero plan or not.

They provide a very important service with lifeline but all of their phones models are at least several years old. I have even tried buying several new phones over the years and same prob, outdated equipt far below the norm for quality in communication

Go on in and let Kyle hook you up. Hes the manager and is a genuinely good dude who is more than willing to help and explain their plans and which one will benefit you most. Hes not out to just sell you the most expensive service plans (although theyre all cheap). I highly recommend this place.

Lady that works in this office would not help me with what I was needed for my. Phone and the problems I was having with my phone. I ended up going to somewhere else for better customer service and phone service.

No phone selection, no knowledgeable help. You can start service and get a phone that is unusable and that is about it. The phone will not even update the apps that come with the phone. They have 2 phones you could buy, that was it and their price was twice what you could them for somewhere else. Very disappointing, had the service for many months and have yet to be able to use it.

The lady is rude and sold me a phone after I asked for a SIM card. Called corporate they had to get her to refund me my money then sell me just the card. She wouldnt even do that without her boss saying okay.
