Super friendly folks, especially Roux - instead of trying to hard-sell me a phone repair, she helped me understand why my phone was actually unrepairable. I asked about a replacement phone I could purchase, and although they did not have the models in stock I was looking for, Roux provided several suggestions which would be a more cost-effective avenue than buying a new phone from my carrier. Appreciate your honesty and help!

Go see Roux at Phone Doctors in Tulsa! She cleaned the ear piece on my iPhone and checked for correct settings. I can now hear better! Roux was very nice.

The prices and the phones are priced about what you would expect to pay. However, my experience was overall negative because I purchased an iPhone that was told would work on my network, only to find out that it didnt. I was given a full refund, which went smoothly. However, I dont know if I will get another device because I cant trust that itll work.

Went to the store at 45th and Peoria because I thought I needed a new port. She said the problem might be that dirt had gotten in the port. She cleaned it out. It works! Didnt charge anything. I have found a new place to go for phone repair!

Brought in my OnePlus 7 Pro to be repaired, and the man there was quick with the process and even reshaped a busted corner of my phone to make the back glass flush. My phone looks as good as the day I bought it. Would definitely recommend.

Took my mothers IPhone to have the battery replaced today. First stop at the Apple repair shop was a waste of time. They said I needed an appointment but had to do it online through apple support and could I not make an appointment in person because their system wouldnt allow it...So then I found Phone Doctors. I walked in and ask if they could fix the battery and the very nice employee said of course and would only take 30 minutes. He got it done in 15 minutes.If you need a iphone repair or any for that matter go to Phone Doctors dont waste your time going to other places just go to Phone Doctors.

Fast and affordable replacement. Having young children and not keeping my phone in a safe place, I have now cracked my screen twice in the past 18 months... the first time I went somewhere else, it took twice as long and cost twice as much. Cameron at 45th and Peoria was friendly and efficient.

THese guys are awesome. I had 3 Iphone 7s that each had issues. They honestly evaluated the 2 I brought in. They were able to repair the speaker and mouthpiece on one and get it working like new, and explained why the other was not worth repairing after it had been sat upon. Great people, great prices. I went in for a replacement iPhone battery. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The price was good & the fast service was great!

The audio IC inside of my iPhone 7 stopped working (i couldnt hear anyone during a call/i couldnt plug in headphones to hear music). I took it to PhoneDoctors and they said it would be $190 to fix it + 10 days. I took it to Kyle and he had it done in 2 hours and it was $55 dollars cheaper! My phone works perfectly now. Kyle was super nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
