My dad has been with US Cellular for more than 30years and the lack of customer service and the willingness to help has been so horrible. My dad is not technology savvy like most older people and they never took the time to look at the problem. I fix my dad phone easily under 10 min. A simple issue they could have took the time to look at and explain but they instantly said they couldnt help. They are always charging him for ever service only to not get the help thats needed. They seriously need better representation.
Everyone in this store has helped me, taught me and went out of their way to be helpful. Can’t brag about this store enough. I have great respect for the knowledge and kindness.😊
