I highly recommend. If you need to upgrade youll get an in detail explanation of what going on. Wouldnt try any other carrier. As a person who needs to keep in contact with family even in Californias death valley hardly a tower around you can still keep in touch with your loved ones.
Went in to trade in my older phone for a new one. I walked in and out in less than an hour! Staff was so nice and knowledgeable.
The most helpful Verizon store in town, Adrian the store manager. He help me tremendously no words to explain. Short story short. I went to a Verizon store got the new Samsung ultra phone ordered. Waited for 2 weeks and still didn’t get my phone. Lucky I called Adrians store which was a different Verizon store and he had mine phone in stock and was able to get me access to the phone I wanted and have been waiting for. Adrian was funny, nice, and knew all his information about cellular, and one special thing about him that me and my spouse like about him is how he was so energetic, helpful, and is so patient.I will be coming back to this location again for all my needs. Thank you Adrian for the best customer service.

Adrian is very professional, he is knowledgeable about the products and services and most importantly; he is patient and takes the time needed to handle any concerns and/or issues.I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service without any resolution to my issues. We drove over to the store and met with Adrian and he handed everything.Adrian is an asset to Verizon and I hope Verizon knows that as dealing with him was the only good experience with a Verizon employee since I became a Verizon customer about a year ago.

Not sure how they are with sales, but they were the only store in the metro that let me pay my prepaid wireless bill since the 41st St location was closed from the tornado. Neither the app nor the phone system would let me pay, but this store fixed it up. Clarence was expedient and friendly.One thing I will say is that since this is not a corporate store they were not pushy like VZW corporate stores. That was refreshing.

I bought my new phone online. I always dread having to go through a long wait and process in store, which i understand why it takes a while but it was so fast. A guy named Ramsey helped me and recommended a screen protector and new case and I love them both! Best experience Ive had at one of the stores yet.

Came in with a Samsung Galaxy note S20 that Id just gotten 5 months ago that suddenly went black screened and the manager just plugged it in to a charger and when that didnt work (Id already told him Id tried everything I found via google) he told me there was nothing he could do and Id have to call customer support... From my phone that was inoperable. Wouldnt even call customer support for me while I was there with a broken brand new phone (and on my lunch break, in my scrubs so it was obvious) and I had to go back to work and use a coworkers phone to get ahold of customer service while my coworkers took my patients for the next 2 hours, only to have them send me legitimately across the street from this Verizon store I started at. Completely asinine.

I needed to speak with someone regarding my google storage. The clerk was very knowledgeable and knew how to search my issue. Unfortunately it required me buying more space for my photos. Kind of sucks but what can you do. Anyway my issue was resolved and she was very pleasant.

I have always dreaded the inevitable trip to any wireless retailer. My cadre and I now have a new GO TO for any and everything cellular. I was greeted by Zach (District Manager) at the door and he was more than eager to help and listen to my needs. Updated: January 27, 2020I received a call from the district manager. His attempt to make things right was impressive. Infact, he called a few times to help. Because of his customer service I am changing my original score of one star to 4.My hope is that all employees discuss with customers the return policy and the fact that they sell Verizon products but are not an official store. Open communications and transportation =return customers.January 2020Do not go. Its a scam. They wont tell you this but you dont get to make returns. It almost seems like a business practice to sell you the wrong thing and then not give you your money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop at all costs. If I could give it a zero-star I would.One final note if the package is in green and not in red they are not a legitimate Verizon store. Dont be fooled.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon here and everything went super smooth! The service is so much better as well. I was paying probably more for my AT&T service and I get better signal with Verizon AND a cheaper bill. Definitely recommend you check out this place and see what they can do for you.

Buyer beware.This is not a corporate Verizon store, it is a Mobile Destination.They sold us a phone with promise of their 3rd party promotion . It was NOT a valid promo. And it has been a major headache to try to straighten things out.Adrian, is the one who helped me spend my money, and claimed to be storge manager.Do yourself a favor and drive the 2 more miles to a different store.
Not helpful at all. I called to get the pin to my account because I forgot it and they told me they couldn’t help me?? They said to call customer service and so I did and the first thing they ask is for the pin so that’s as far as I could get. Thanks for nothing????And yes, I do understand that is a must. But your store was unable to help me find a solution to the problem I had. You could have said “you have to come into the store to reset/recover your pin.” But that’s not what happened. You gave me a number to customer service who requires a PIN number. I’m sure you can see why there is frustration on my part.
It takes time and patience to solve software issues on a phone. Verizon provided that today and it is appreciated.

This store is an absolute scam. They will take advantage of you. Look at the # of 1 star reviews and get an idea of how many dissatisfied customers they have.We went in expecting to use a promotion, money to switch to Verizon.This store charged us an activation fee that we expected Verizon to charge us.However the company Verizon charged the same exact fee and when we contacted the company, they say this store shouldnt have ever charged us this fee.This store will scam you out of extra fees. Do not go unless you are comfortable being ripped off.We have been unable to recoup these fees due to the company disputing the store and the store disputing the company. Youd think theyd be on the same page.In the end however, we paid twice the fees when the store (according to the company) should never have charged the fees that they did.
Customer Service was not lost on this young man who went over and above to help me today.I arrived at the store and waited in the parking lot for about 15 minutes before someone showed up.Riley the store manager arrived at 9:45. I did not realize how early I was and he was extremely gracious when I came through the doors and asked for help.Riley open the store 15 minutes early willingly just to help me. Riley made me feel as though I were the only customer in the entire store and set up phones for myself and my two teenage daughters.As other customers came in while I was there, I could see he has a knack for connecting with his customers and taking good care of them as he took care of me also.He has well-established us to be Verizon customers from now until the end of time.When someone needs phone service, I will quickly and happily tell them about Riley located on 71st and Memorial who will go over and above what is necessary to take care of his customers.He is an ASSET not only to his store but Verizon Company!Efficient customer service is indeed alive & well in his store:)Blessings,Lisa

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. I never write reviews but I was so furious with how this store operates it made me sick. Sales guys get paid on commission and try to sell you things saying there’s a promotion going on then charge you activation fees and lock you into a contract you were never told about. It’s not even an authorized store and now I understand why. Do not go here!!! You will get scammed too.

One of the best stores I have ever been to when it comes to customer service and making sure you are happy with the products you have purchased. they will stop at nothing to make sure you have gotten everything that you wanted and the way you wanted it to be. they even stayed way past closing to help me one time and did it without any attitudes!And thats a rare thing these days in the customer service world. No one cares about anything but themselves, especially not some stranger thats in your store shopping. But the people at this particular store prove that wrong everyday! They are just great in all aspects.So if your looking for the best phone service and you want the best people helping you get it all set up. This is the place to go! Friendly but seemed a bit dim as far as store lighting goes. We was there during normal hours but employe had to lock the door to let us in and out. This did not give an appearance of a safe place. One note it would be nice if Verizon customers that have paid their bills on time for several phones for many years were not treated as just another number. 50 for an upgrade fee is horrendous.
Zack has been very helpful in setting up our account as well as taking care of later issues with our account. Customer service was 10/10. Probably the best experience Ive had with any provider
Very misleading. This is not a Verizon store. Its an authorized retailer, but they dont put that in the title like every other Verizon Authorized Retailer does. They just sell Verizon products. 🙄🙄

I went to a different Verizon store earlier with an antenna problem and they sent me straight to Apple, who gave me the run around and said they wouldn’t replace it. So I then went to this Verizon location to get it figured out. My experience here was very different than any other Verizon store. The employee working, Riley, took his time and truly cared to try to fix my phone first, which he did until the antenna failed after another half hour. He was helping me sufficiently while help two other groups, one being an elderly couple!! After I had left and seen that the antenna would continue to go in and out, I knew I needed to do my Asurion claim. He happily helped me through that, again while helping two other groups out successfully at the same time! I can’t tell you how awesome Riley is, he made my experience a lot easier and smoother. I will be ONLY shopping at this Verizon location to shop with Riley!
