If I have to check myself out then the prices are too high. Plus you should be paying me for being a cashier. Place is usually dirty and the transients are a big turn off. There should be more up keep outside. Trash is everywhere. Also need a more visible security and protection outside. Never go after dark without someone else

I needed tires after being on a road trip and not having completed it. The auto center did a good job of quickly doing the job. The keys were to be left with the customer service department Because their department closed at 6. I got there roughly Aron 628pm. I left at 8 because no one in the whole store could figure out where my keys were. Three stars is being very very nice about it.

I needed a ride around card the guest grader got me my card for me and asked if there was anything else she could do for us Walmart was nice and clean when we went to go check out theres only one person in front of us. Besides the constant one item per bag problem I have with this store… it would be nice if people were happier their job was easy as pulling a wagon and putting groceries in a trunk with the added skill of knowing how to not smush bread. It’s isn’t hard. I did this as a summer job as a teenager… so please do better!

My wife & I have been to Kilkennys twice before our most recent trip there with friends. I enjoyed the food both times (my spouse did not), and we both thought the place was beautiful. Previously the tables were so jammed together that you had climb over chairs; now, you can walk there without squishing past chairs.The best part of all was the food! We both had plain ol fish & chips and they were a large serving, the fish was perfect and if it had been served in newsprint paper I would have thought I was back in Ellesmere Port!We highly advise you to go here for a touch of the old sod.

I realize it probably because of the pandemic, but it seems lately many items I usually buy at this Walmart seems they are always out of. I know retailers are having difficulty these days keeping their supplies stocked. Other than always being out of some basic items, its been fine. I do not know if Walmart is just unable to get basic everyday supplies, or if the purchasing agents are just not ordering them!?!

Absolutely no shipping carts at either entrance. Had to go back outside and grab a few myself. Only 2 actual cashiers midday on a Sunday and both were working at a short station so by the time I finished unloading my basket 4 items at a time, the cashier had bagged and just stacked my bags together in a big pile. I didnt make it home with two bags full of items.

Great store they do there best to keep it clean but they are still lacking training on customers with service animals and what can and cant be asked about a service animal

Lines moved swiftly lol although I went through self check out. I did see some discounted tomatoes 👀 that had a soft black spot on there. But other then that please at visit.

Stopped by the jewelry counter to get a ring size (not the reason I was at Walmart.) I asked the employee if she had a ring sizer. She looked at me suspiciously and proceeded to ask me what I wanted it for (WHAAAAT?) I was given another suspicious look. Offering an obvious reply, to get my ring size...she reluctantly (and why was that again) opened the drawer to retrieve the ring sizer with keeping her eyes on me. Once my size was confirmed she wanted me to know they had no rings in my size. WOW. My purpose was to merely get a ring size. Nothing more. Nothing less. Tacky.Other than that it was chaotic. Empty shelves everywhere. Did not have what I went for. Pretty unpleasant experience...but what trip to Walmart isnt. Sure miss the 24 HR days!

Call this one the ghetto-mart for 20 plus years. They have secret shoppers that are actually employees looking for thieves. I was trailed by one that almost became a serious problem for his health. Its always crammed packed with people and the lines are always long and then you have to deal with getting your receipt looked at after you made your purchases before you get out of the door. It takes patience to go to this one and watch out for the Wal-Martians. Theyre everywhere at this location.

Went in for change money center wasn’t opened went to ask customer service if they can give change was told no so I asked if she knew anywhere close by. the old lady at the customer service desk answered me rudely “the bank when it opens “ (like I didn’t know the bank gives change) I needed change prior to 9am and is why I stopped instead of going to my bank every experience I have had at this Walmart has always been bad customer service people always have an attitude if they don’t like their job find a new one

Went there to get an air compressor found one online that would work. When I scanned it it was $4 more than advertised online. When asked an associate about the difference she said that they dont do online price match. When did Walmart stop doing this? Last I checked any Walmart will price match their online price.

The Wal-Mart on Admiral and Memorial is and always have been the most convenient places to shop with everything you need in a one stop shop! Prices too are unbeatable!

Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to where I live so I have to go here often. This store is always filthy, when I walk in its like I can feel the filth. 50/50 on employees being nice and rude. I know this Walmart is in an area considered to be bad part of Tulsa but I have seen plenty of walmarts that are nice and clean. Just because it is in the area of bad tulsa doesnt mean it should lower its standard and be dirty all the time. Customers deserve a nice and clean place to shop with working shopping carts. Literally 95% of the shopping carts here are broken (wheels) and need to be thrown away. PLEASE get new carts!

Buy tires online from Walmart and they dont want to install the tires bad service

Awesomeness I found everything I needed and it turned out to be a pretty good day. I got all my stuff out of my cheating ex boy friends house and now life is peaceful and great again.

In and out easy to find what I needed. Had trouble at self checkout but staff was quick to help sort out my problem.

The shopping experience was great but the check out was a joke, out of more than a dozen registers only one would take cash and to top it off while waiting for a ride a manager told me that my Medical service dog was not allowed 2 wait inside out of the +90°Heat

Placed order online. It was ready in less than an hour. I was able to park and have my order brought out to me .

Very few of the registered accept cash and the staff is just standing around. I think they should pay people to actually work.

Its usually busy with no available check out employees, and barely a self checkout lane available (you should be able to get a discount for self checkout in my opinion even a 5% mark off would suffice). But other than that its a good store with most of my shopping fulfilled and no need to stop for items at other locations.

Worst cash service team Ive had the misfortune of dealing with. No attempt to move with purpose when theres 7 in line, averaging 15 mins just to cash a check. It was only desperation that brought me back and only regret for doing so

Walmart has gotten to were they make their own rules. I just purchased notebook that morning and tried to return it that same after noon coming to find outthat the manager told the associates that people who shop at this Walmart cant bring the school supplies back and if they do you have to do an exchange. Pretty much wasted 19.00 dollars that I could have put back into my bank. I had to get some pens that I didnt need. This was the Walmart I. Admiral and Memorial.

I purchased and paid for 15 bags of mulch in lawn and garden. I told the cashier I was going to get a basket and load them up. As I am putting them in my car a Tulsa Police officer is sent out by Walmart management to look at my receipt. I politely showed it to him and proved that I payed. When I went back inside the store and talked to the cashier again she told me that management and the officer had already verified the purchase with her before coming out to my vehicle. So why would they harass a customer after they already know I paid? We decided to start shopping at the Catoosa store.

I just noticed that there was no cashiers. And all there was that I saw was 2 very young kids. Maybe 18 years old helping, watching and looking good out for people that needed help. And maybe10 other people stocking the store.. I remember the old people greeting you as you come in the store and giving you a shipping cart. Those old people was retired and needed extra money to make it through the month. Because there retirement was not enough to make ends meet. The reason I know all this is because my dear gone that past away a few months ago was one of those old people. And there is a audio message saying our store hours have been adjusted to clean and sanitize the store. The store closed at 11:00 and by 12:00 last night every employee was gone. No security in the parking lot. Only 4 cars and not box truck. 2 trailers with flashing light was there. Almost like what we saw as kids in sci=fi movies. You the people acting strangely because the robots are watching to see if are not complying to the order of no talking no socialization no touching nothing like being a human. More like being a robot

I had the worst experience ever in a wal mart i didnt make it to the car with my purchase so i drove back there and was told to go to 4 different places to talk to another person that finally got to speak to i guess what would be the night mgr. I dont know or sure because she didnt introduce herself I was then told that i would have to return the next day before 10pm otherwise they close at 10

I love that there are so many self checkouts. In theory this should make the entire experience of going to the most dreaded place on Earth far nicer. Unfortunately that is not the case. They are constantly having issues at all of them and they dont have enough employees scheduled in that specific department to make up for the demand. Yet they have multiple employees standing around doing literally nothing in other departments (not the stockers, they work their butts off).

High level of security here. My sis went in to get french kiss nail tips and they needed to be unlocked and were kept in a plastic security box. They close the pharmacy side at 9:00pm. The money center closes at 8:00pm. Very busy. Very diverse culture. This location has a small gas station.

Ok, we always go to walmart and pretty much love it. Must of the time we dont deal with employees, we use the self check out service, we use the app to check prices and the aisle where the item we look for is, and we pay with the app. For us is the practical thing about walmart. We go in and out quickly. Saves time.Its another story when you have to deal with employees. We went 2 days ago and saw a printer advertised 49 dollars on the shelf. We thought it was a good idea to buy it, it was a good deal. We needed for our home office, so we got it. This time the employee that was answering our questions about the ink the printer would need, and about all the accessories, offered to charge the items we were buying, the printer, a head set and a bag of dog food. We paid with the debit card.The printer didnt work, so we went back yesterday to exchange it. While the guys in the electronic department check the box and the bar code on the printer we were exchanging, we realized the guy that charged for the printer when we bought it charged 59 dollars for the printer instead of 49. The supervisor in the electronics dept. told us to explain the person in services about the extra 10 dollars theyve charge, and she or he will reimburse the money. That probably was the person who stocked the printer and put the price on the shelf, since he had it price 59 dollars on their system.Well, they didnt reimburse the money, we asked to speak with a supervisor, he had the same answer, we cant give you back that money, my husband asked to speak with somebody that can help us...They didnt reimburse anything, we ended up leaving, they started to tell us to move, because they had a long line of people waiting... Walmart people, you can check my account, we literally buy everything from there, you can use some money to train the employee for customer service, theyre really rude, not because of the money, we could just leave the printer and ask for the total amount. If they would it treat us with more respect, a no with a smile and better manners instead, they felt offended because we caught them on a mistake theyve made, not us. Minus a star...

With one register open and near a dozen yellow vest managers around why make one person have one register open i wait in line for 15 min watching the yellow vested managers mostly chop it up laughing....Maybe you have to be a really bad manager to work in this location

This place is awesome for either pickup or delivery. Every order is exact and they will even pick something else for you if a wanted item isnt available! They couldnt make shopping any easier!!

Apparently now that there is no state or city mandate for masks this Walmart wants to push the mask mandate! Tried to go inside today never have I ever had a problem with not having a mask on before this and the girl tells my husband and I we cant shop without having a mask on! So we go to leave and then she says she can provide one but by then I was done giving them any of my business! Since she was so rude about it! If I could give less than half a star I would! She was so rude!
