Going to the mall and noticing half the stores are closed is depressing, but smelling the lush store all the way down the mall just makes everyone happy. I was greeted by Katie with a friendly welcome and let me tell you, I consider her my friend now. Katie was the sweetest LUSH employee I ever met. She had all the LUSH knowledge and was just so sweet and fun. She showed me new products and even gave me a sample of a new soap. We did chat about old products and it felt like hanging out with a friend. Thank you Katie for making me feel as a welcomed customer and showing me that you cared for me being there. The store itself was perfect. Fully stocked and beautifully arranged. I can’t wait to go back and I hope my new friend Katie is working that day.

I wish I had taken a picture because the products inside of this little mall store were so beautiful. They had so many different types of soap one could choose from, I imagine youd be hard pressed to visit and not find at least one thing you liked. Their soap lasts a long time and makes your skin very happy! My children chose a bath bomb for their mother and it was a special moment for them to bring it home to her. Treat yourself to something nice and pop in next time you visit the mall.

The place is full of great stuff, but its the staff there that makes it worth walking into. Everyone was very friendly and engaging and just fun to be around. Great atmosphere and the employees make you feel welcome.

This place has some amazing products

Very impressed. The first time Ive been to theirs store, but my daughter wanted to go. It was a busy Saturday at the mall. There was a line limiting the number of customers in the store. (This was appropriate.) Staff was excellent. They were helping customers who need to pickup items quickly. The smaller number of customers allowed the staff to be available and answer customer questions, but they werent pushy. Very impressed.Covid precautions: All staff masked. All customers masked. All customers required to use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon entering the store. Limited number of customers allowed at one time. 👍👍👍

Love the product, hate the shopping experience1. Hand sanitizer at the door smells terrible and makes it when you try to smell the product -all you smell is the sanitizer2. Rudely approached when pulling down mask just below nose to smell a new bath bomb.If the CDC doesn’t recommend masks for vaccinated ppl, why are they required in your store. Especially a store that the “scent” is the best part.On a brighter note I love the galaxy bath bomb!

Lets just say that I dont think I would like to go back. My favorite place to get bath bombs and such..... This trip I didnt even spend a whole minute shopping or looking. This nonsense of saying, Hey friend, Okay friend, That all friend is just a bit much. The last employees that were there were far better at customer service and having an inviting attitude about them. I made no eye contact nor did I speak. Just literally disliked the whole interaction. Im not your friend, dont know you, and wont be shopping in person. I feel the need for a bath bomb I guess its time to start learning to make my own. Totally disappointed with this new Hey Friend branding BS!!! Bad Lush!

This was my 1st trip to Lush in quite some time. 1st ever with my 7yo and 3yo kids. The girls there were amazing! One distracted the kids with bath bombs and bubble fun, so I could focus on learning about the shampoo bars. I am excited to try it out!

Recent experience was absolutely terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes just to go inside the store. Then, forced to use the most aweful smelling hand sanitizer Ive ever smelled. On top of that, we were rudely approached and scolded for pulling out masks down slightly to smell things. With masks fully up, we couldnt smell a single thing. We also were not allowed to open and jars to see texture or smell, so within 45 seconds, we left.

I am Christmas shopping. And I want to come into the store and look for stocking stuffers for my girlfriend. We are still in the COVID-19 pandemic so I get it. There are tables block in the front door that say we will help you but when I ask can I help you well I want to come into the store and look at your stuff to see what I may or may not want to. It wasn’t a soul in the store. And that is just such a stupid question to ask someone. You probably save me money. I’m sure I can get the same stuff for much less and another store

I have to say I’ve never been so impressed with customer service at a lush store before. Corey, who I just loved, was so kind, knowledgeable and funny. I bought a bunch of stuff and he answered every question I asked about products. I live in Wisconsin, but was in Tulsa for work. I will definitely be back at this location!

LUSH was great. It was my first time going and a really sweet girl who was working there let me try a bath bomb. She also called me cute. 😊 The whole store smelled wonderful!

I had the BEST experience yesterday at this Lush. I went in to try a few things for my skincare and man o man was I overjoyed at the options. I took the products home and with my first application I could feel a difference. I am hooked.

Always fun. Love all the pretty products. Some dyes do tend to stain white acrylic.

Lush is awesome. This store is extremely small and crowded at most times. They carry a lot of products so ask if you cannot find what you are specifically looking for! My favorites are the bath oil bombs and fresh mask bar.

The employees were so willing to help out! I told them exactly what I was looking for, and specific scents I was looking for and they showed me examples that were not only what I wanted but also in my budget! I told them how I was using it too and she gave me suggestions and even took the extra time to carve out the soap into a flower. And I got free samples! :) Will come again

A fun store completely devoted to soap and bath supplies. They get very creative with colors and designs. My wife loves how smooth the bath bombs make her skin. My kiddo likes the bubble spinners. You will pay extra for the cool colors and designs so if youre on a budget Id recommend you visit the Walmart bath section.

Lush is the best! I come here often. The last time I visited, I came for Toothy Tabs. I didnt know much about them and an employee gave me all the info I needed and more. I felt confident in my purchase and came home to see the results for myself. I will always be a supporter of Lush.

I went in today to browse and potentially buy some products. I noticed they were playing one of my favorite songs, which happens to be kpop so I never hear it in public, and it made me so happy. A worker noticed and actually turned it up a little! Definitely will be back. It was nice to see a company more open to other language options and know what their customers like.

I was a little nervous to walk into LUSH... I thought it would be overwhelming. There WAS a lot to experience but the employees make it a great visit. I smelled nearly everything and am a big fan. Once Im out of my common/boring shower soaps, I will be back to try out their products.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

The place was so packed I could barely move, but the associates were friendly and quick to help and demo. I knew what I was in for, so I was in and out. I was happy with their selection and stock, and the cashier was very friendly and quick. I appreciated that given how packed it was.

I used to suffer from cystic acne. If you arent aware, that can be painful and seems to be never ending. Week after week, months, years going by...nothing worked. Clinique, estee lauder, proactive...nothing. Finally, referred by a friend that once suffered the same type of acne, I tried herbalism. Ive been cystic acne free for over a year now! Talk about freedom! No make up, what a dream. Most of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, youll find em quick too. Also, buy a product, dont like it...just keep the receipt and theyll refund or exchange products. It is so refreshing to find an all natural place where employees want to help find the best product line for you ❤❤ Their facial cleansing line is the hidden gem of the store. I like to look at their products online to narrow it down and have a good idea of what I am looking for...makes the transaction smoother for everyone involved as well as quicker. No need to take up 20 minutes of their time when they always have a handful of other people needing help on location.

I have a lot of allergies to skin products so we shop at lush. Its funny we go there about every 6 weeks since is over a 90 minute drive and the staff knows us by sight. It feels good when staff recognizes you.

Interesting bath and body shop. The rating is a reflection of the PRICE ONLY! The prices varies and seems to be just a little bit too costly for me (at the moment). The staff was helpful and my first time experience will be another visit (perhaps to look for a gift).

This was my first time in a Lush and it was one of the best stores I have ever been into. Not only are Lushs products well made (and cost effective for their overhead) but Tulsas Lush had two incredible employees. Annie and the blonde man who was working with her (I never caught his name) were kind, attentive, and well-informed of their products. I dont know what theyre getting paid, but they definitely deserve much more. Im very excited for my scholarship interviews tomorrow with my face masks in hand.

I love Lush! Ive used several hair and skin products and they all work wonders. If you want a good beauty/hair/skin product, shop at Lush! Theyre a little pricy, but definitely worth it. :)However, going in the store is exhausting! Amd thats coming from someone who hates online shopping. Im sure the employees are pressured to make sales, so I get it. I really do. Everyone there is usually really nice and helpful. I recently went in for my routine haircare restock and was treated like a criminal! I barely picked up a bar of shampoo and a girl takes it, puts it in a bag, and insists on keeping it behind the counter. Maybe its a new thing they have to do, but Ive never seen it done before. After she took it, I told her I just wanted to look. I see her say something to another girl behind the counter and then girl #2 darts over to me, asking me 8 million questions about what Im buying (obviously trying to lead me to who-knows-how-many-products). Then, I was asked AGAIN by girl #1 if I needed help. Mind you, I made a point to hold the shampoo in eyesight and make sure my purse was closed; I only had one tiny bag around my wrist that really couldnt fit anything else inside; there was nothing suspicious at all about me!I dont appreciate having explain that I dont want the 15 different products they think I need or being treated like a criminal.Anyways, great products, but not always the best shopping experience.

The store itself has a stressful vibe, which is unfortunate because they have great products. The layout is quite cramped; the associates are very helpful, but they approach you too frequently and, coupled with the loud music, the conversation gets audibly overwhelming. Please lower both the volume of music and the frequency of customer approach. Until these are approached, I would not recommend this store for any customers experiencing a high-strung day.
