I went in tonight and the gentleman at the front register was chewing his gum so aggressively it was so off putting and was so close to walking out without my items. Please address the issue of employees chewing gum while working.
Im not a fan of walgreens but am forced to go there. This is the one gem Ive found in their network of stores. The pharmacist is good and Josh is an excellent tech.
What a horrible pharmacy! I have never had my prescriptions so poorly managed! They told me they would refill my blood pressure medication, then when I went to pick up because I needed the next day... they were “sorry” but they hadn’t filled it. They aren’t authorized to fill the 90 supply from my dr through my insurance. Did they tell me that? No. They filled a one- month supply for two consecutive months and then when it was time with fill the third month... they were “sorry” again and I was forced to abruptly stop taking heart medication. Good thing they were sorry, maybe they can put that on my headstone.

Worst walgreens I’ve ever stepped foot in before. Literally never have anything in the stock.I think I’ve tried to use this location on 4 different occasions in the past year and every single time they don’t have what there for in stock. And they’re supposed to have this item all the time, the other ones do.. these kinda problems only happen because of one reason unless they plan on closing this location, poor management
Always a helpful, friendly staff and clean store. We visit here frequently for the past 4 years now and never had a problem, from ordering photos (a couple times they did not come out great but the staff offered to reprint and not charge if we decided to not keep them), to buying last minute groceries, to grabbing an odd item like an air pump so we didnt have to peruse Wally World, to picking up prescriptions, to getting a flu shot... we still havent got a reward for not being offered a receipt ;)
With respect to only the pharmacy:Utterly unhelpful, generally unfriendly staff (the pharmacists are fine but that is not who you get to talk to generally), and not the least bit customer service oriented. They act like theyre doing you a huge favor serving you.I have not had this problem with Walgreens at other locations. Do yourselves as favor and find a different one to serve you. I used them because they were convenient. Ill drive to another city before I use them again.
I’m not from Tulsa, Walgreens from my home town in Texas are open 24/7. I walk in at 8:56 and I am greeted with you have 4 minuets to shop. I worked in retail for 10 years, and this terrible service. You stay until the last customer is helped, even if they walk in right before closing. Yeah, it sucks when you wanna go home but the customers are the whole point of the job. I promise I will not be going back to this Walgreens ever again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The drive-thru lane is fenced off so you can’t get out if needed. The wait was way too long. If someone’s prescription is going to take more than 20 minutes please tell them to come back! I should not have to wait in line if my prescription is ready! It would be much more efficient for the customers and the employees that way! When we voiced our concerns to the employee at the window she was hateful and rude! We went to Care First Pharmacy instead and we were in and out in less time. While we were there they asked their customers to pull forward if their prescriptions were not ready! Maybe Walgreens could learn something from them!
Went in to buy facewash and it was way overpriced, almost twice the price it costs at Walmart. It’s ridiculous. I can’t see how anyone could justify buying anything else besides medication and cigarettes at any Walgreens.
Sat in the drive thru of the pharmacy for 20 minutes. Got tired of burning up my gas so went inside where the wait was just as long. Having recently had back surgery I dont feel like standing around for an hour while the pharmasist learns the guys whole life story in front of me. So I am leaving in extreme pain, with no pain meds, after being here almost 45 minutes. That is unacceptable. This is why I typically use CVS or Walmart.

I suggest you go to a different pharmacy. Worst I have ever been treated they act like they are doing you a favor just to serve you. Worst than Walmart employees. Very snarky. I will no longer do business there ever.
