Latrice is a fabulous hair stylist. She pays attention to what you want; however she will be realistic with you about what your hair will be able to look in the end. Definitely will continue to use her.

I remember Ulta as having staff who were excited to assist you with your makeup, staff who were knowledgeable about their products and staff who looked like beauty experts. WTH happened. Not like that anymore

They messed up my hair color really badly. And I politely told them that it’s not what I asked for. They proceed to gaslight me and say my hair is the level I asked for. So I get the manager involved. And she’s not handling criticism well. They act like this is the first time anyone has ever complained about not liking their hair color. Very unprofessional. Picture is for reference. I asked for a level 3/4. And they try to tell me that the end result is what I asked for. They still made me pay full price for this nasty box dye looking hair. I’ve gone to nicer salons and they don’t treat customers like this. The stylist said “maybe if you had shown me a picture.” If you review the cameras, you’ll see I did. I will be contacting ulta. It’s not about the money. It’s about the “service” they provided after I complained about not getting what I wanted

I have been here several times and treated as if I was non existant! I tried it today against my better judgement and again the customer and help is horrible!!! Id rather travel 30 more minutes to Tulsa Hills. They need to be retrained on customer skills. I have an Ulta credit card and if this was the only Ulta I had to shop at wouldve definitely declined the card!!#dobetter

I had my hair cut and styled by Monica. She did an amazing job with my over grown, naturally curly covid mop! I would highly recommend her. Also, I am very tender headed and I almost fell asleep when she blow dried my hair. Best ever. Cant say enough good things about her.

Absolutely ridiculous! Told us they wanted us to wear a mask but couldnt provide us with one! They told us we could spend $13 on a pack they had for sale! WHAT!?!? I work hard for my money and if you think the money Im willing to spend in your store is going to be on that, youre wrong! I will not be shopping at Ulta again. Plenty of other options.

Yknow, this is my all-time favorite shop for all my paricular beauty needs. Ulta is an *experience*, you walk in and it is beautiful and bright, which in comparison to others is a major plus. There are endless samples to test without having too big a fear of getting staph, lol, but the best part about it (to me) is the fact that the workers are able to help even when nobodys forcing them to. Sure, its part of their job, but even when theyre busy, theyll be willing to sit themselves right down beside you and choose the best foundation for your skintone, help you decide the best fragrance upon your key note interests, and offer the best selection of makeup based on your ideal pricepoint. Oh, and their Hempz Pomelo Seasalt samples at the checkout line are the bomb! ☺🍊

Autumn is the rock star here!!!! My hair was colored by another stylist here and it was awful. The color was greenish grey and the cut wasn’t straight - I showed management and they apologized and ask me to pay for the services and return the following day for a corrective color and cut. My hair was super dry and looked horrible! I didn’t agree with how Ulta management handled the issue asking me pay for the service that evening however I paid and agreed to return with hopes to fix it. After two conditioner treatments, corrected color and corrected cut I was very pleased! It took three hours to repair. I look forward to returning to Autumn in two weeks.

I only gave one star.. bc I had to. I will never go there again, I doubt I will ever go to any ulta again! I went in with one of my friends, bc she need foundation & a flat iron. From the minute we went in, they were breathing down our necks. Idk if it was bc of the way we looked or they way we looked together.. or what? However every item me wanted there was someone waiting to take it to the register for us. While everybody else was allowed to shop at their own leisure, while we were followed around the store. So they take her things to the register,.. she wants to look at perfume. We were over there for about 10 secs before someone popped up. I am very capable of doing my own shopping... I have been doing it since before they were born.

Knowledgeable staff, great open floor plan and attractive product displays make Ulta my go-to beauty destination.

So Im still fairly new to makeup and dont know much about it but the staff here is excellent. I needed a purple blush and they went beyond my expectations to help me. They took into consideration my skin tone and helped me find something that wouldnt make me look ashy. Very professional and kind. Will definitely be frequenting here more.

If you are going to offer a birthday gift for customers who spend thousands of dollars a year at Ulta then do not tell them you are out when they come in on their birthday to get their gift! in addition the girls were very quick to tell me there was no substitute gift available or replenishment. The only option provided to me was if I wanted them to call another store to see if they had any left. no thanks...

Ulta markets itself as a cosmetics and beauty store. Having said that I understand the regards that may come from this review. Some may call it a female tailored consumers store. If you view the store as that and nothing more then throw another star onto my review in your mind. Ulta has a variety of great skin products that will change your health and appearance in a noticeable way. Being male I unfortunately ran into a issue immediately regarding shopping at this location. There are not many products tailored towards men. I am just disappointed when I see one corner stand in the store for any mens product. When asking the manager about any other store, or to any type of body wash. She herself was surprised to find nothing in the store gender neutral or tailored towards men. Having said that Id love to give this store more stars. Their selection is great for what it is. Just really wish there were more male oriented products.

Was assisted by Hannah. She was marvelous helping me pick out Foundation, blush and mascara. Had so much fun with her. Everyone in the store was so nice and very helpful!! Will definitely go back.

Had my makeup done at the salon for an event I was attending that night. 95% sure the artists name was Katie. I was SO happy with my experience. Im not a heavy makeup user (usually only eyeliner and mascara and some blush) and dont wear it all that often, so I was worried it would be way too glam or not look like myself at all. NOT the case. I explained my normal wear and Katie really heard me. She used high quality products and made sure I was for sure made-up, but still resembled myself. I got so many compliments and I have some new products I cant wait to try. So happy with how it turned out!

The best thing about the store is the beautiful young lady at the checkout counter; her name is Meg -- the only one who greeted me. She was very pleasant and very professional. If she hadnt been, there would be another Ulta that Id have visited next time. I wasnt at all impressed with my experience there. I hadnt been to an Ulta store in about five or more years. I spent close to 30 minutes in the store, and no one so much as greeted me or asked if they could help me. They were all too busy, it seemed. Kudos to Meg!

I drive out of my way to go to the store even though I have an Ulta on 71st close to me. The lighting and the setup is so much better at this store but the main reason I come to this store is because of the sales associates. They are friendly knowledgeable helpful and they never make me feel like Im trying to slip something into my pocket. They let me prowl through the store without being pushy but they are there to offer advice at a moments notice if needed.

As far as cosmetics and products go, I will support this business.. however, the low rating is how my salon experience went.. the girl who did my hair was fine. Shes newer so she was very slow. However, the products that Ulta uses on their clients is bad. My hair was very healthy when I went in the salon. Now my hair is dried out and not near as soft. Abbie (spelling?) Did really good.. it was just the price for what I got was not worth it and the products they use on clients is not good quality compared to the prices they charge. I will not be returning to the salon.

Most of the prices are high but everything I want is here (and things I didnt know I wanted). The staff is super helpful. The store was well organized, clean and shelves stocked.

Wish I could give no stars! Seriously, I pay my good hard-earned money on quality items (which they do have) at this store. Not once do I get acknowledged. Nobody to ask about an item because they ignore you. Rude employees. Ulta better get it together because Ive noticed that its not just me that they ignore as well.

After visiting 2 other Ultas, I called this store to check for an item in stock. They said they had it. I explained I had been to two other stores, could they please hold the item I was on my way. They said they wouldnt, if I was on my way Id be fine. I had a fifteen minute drive in the wrong direction of where I needed to go, and of course by the time I got there it was sold out. Called the next Ulta and GUESS WHAT? TH They CAN hold items. Called the manner to complain and she was quite rude. She sounded like a bratty teenager. Uhhhhh, its just a really popular ItEm...

I hope they dont get caught out in the rain! My wife sends me to pickup a product and they treat you like you need a bath!!!

The Brow Bar here is AMAZING! Aubre showed me eyebrow mapping and started me on a course to get my eyebrows to match my face. Employees were helpful while I looked for some things that I needed. Nice, clean and courteous!

I have gotten my eyebrows waxed many times, but Ive never had it done at Ulta. Today I decided to try out the Brow Bar. I was definitely nervous at first. However, I was definitely very impressed. Caitlin did an AMAZING job and I mean this honestly when I say this is the best eye brow wax/shaping Ive EVER HAD.

Love this place! Had someone help me with selecting the right makeup for me and then gave me a make over and showed me some of the new techniques. They have all the different products you find in one place.

The associate who helped me was awesome and a pleasure. New mascara and lipstick suggestion! Good job! So refreshing for someone to be so helpful. Ty!

Justin at the Salon here is wonderful! I love his cuts and color. I get compliments all the time on my hair. My kids have been to see many of the other stylists and always look great.

EVERY time I go to this location, theyre out of stock on SOMETHING Im looking for. I love the range they carry, but it really undermines the convenience factor when I have to make at least two trips to get everything I need.

I started using Christy about 2 years ago for my hair and eyebrows and I always leave the salon extremely satisfied. The staff here do a fantastic job of listening to what you want and making your hair work for you. I recommend this place to everyone anytime they need a stylist. My husband even started using her because she does a great job with his hair too.

Racist location. The associates will not be very eager to help you if you are black or a WOC. There was a man and a woman working the makeup section who completely ignored me several times, didnt even say hello, and repeatedly walked past me to get to white women who had just walked in and ask them if they needed their help. I had to find my own products and shades by myself. When they saw that I had about $200 worth of products in my hands they THEN approached me and was like Oh sorry we didnt get to you, we didnt see you, but I bet everything is going to look beautiful on you. How could you have not seen me? You all literally looked right at me, and even told me excuse me so you could walk past me and get to the people next to me.I bought the products at the time, but have decided to return them because I just dont feel right giving my money to a store that treated me this way. I think Id rather find other options online, now that I know what shades I need.
