Even with COVID restrictions it was a pleasure visiting Dr. Gene. My new hearing aids are great. Im hearing things Ive missed for a long time. Im so pleased with the result.

I have been a patient of Advantage Audiology for the last six years. I have never had any medical professional provide a more complete, satisfying and thorough examination of a medical problem. Moreover, they have worked harder to meet my hearing needs than I could have imagined. The hearing aids they prescribed have improved my life in dozens of ways. I think they are at top of their profession in terms of skills and performance!

Dr Woodard professionally met the needs of my hearing condition by first listening to me then evaluating what will be the best course to take. Highly recommend his office to those seeking a better hearing care provider.

Wish I could give them a great review but I cant. When I originally went in I asked for in ear hearing aids, got some push back and he convinced me the over the ear were amazing technology, I have trouble with sweating and it affects the hearing aid, I was assured that wouldnt be an issue with Starkey, well the shut down when I sweat, have to wait 30-40 min. for it to maybe come back on, volume levels change by themselves, they get a very loud sound that I have to take it out. Also when I got it was told if I needed anything to run by and it would be checked, last time I did that I was told I needed to setup an appointment, He did go ahead and check it. I heard their ads you could try them and switch so I asked again about the in ear aids and was told I waited to long and said to see if my insurance would pay again, NOPE NOT PAYING AGAIN there. The front desk was always helpful and nice, just couldnt get what I wanted. Please dont call or message me about this at this point I have moved on.

I have chronic ever increasing hearing loss. Dr. Woodard fitted me with a set of hearing aids three years ago which have helped me out immensely. The hearing aids performed well, and Dr. Woodard worked with me to select a set that was both covered by my insurance and with copay that was well within my budget.During the three years that I have had this set, Advantage Audiology has quickly serviced the one hearing aid that needed it and even provided me a loaner while it was in the shop.I went back to Advantage recently convinced that the hearing aids I owned were no longer strong enough to help me as my hearing had further deteriorated. I had become resigned to the idea that I would need to by a new, stronger, set of hearing aids. Dr. Woodard worked with me to adjust and reprogram the set I had to compensate for my newly decreased ability to hear. And now Ill bet this current set will last me several more years.The level of service and the value Ive gotten from Dr. Woodard and Advantage Audiology is above and beyond what I expected. This business is a real gem in the medical device retail field. I highly recommended using Advantage Audiology and Dr. Woodard.

Dr. Woodard takes the time to explain the instructions and outs of hearing loss. Testing is relaxed and easy. He explains the hearing aids in a simple, straightforward manner and doesnt try to ovrersell. His staff are pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend....

After being told by many Drs that my hearing loss could not be helped due to damages done from years of shooting.I was referred to Dr. Woodard. After a simple test he told me of new technologies that would help me hear things that I had not heard in many years. Reluctantly I told him to try.When I came back to pick up my hearing aids it was amazing! Voices, birds, phones all came back.Go see these folks if you cant hear.

I love Advantage Audiology! They are honest and try to find the best hearing aid for you and at a reasonable price. Ok, so hearing aids are high and not reasonable but I couldnt have found a better fit for a lower price. When Ive had a problem they are always there the help!

A warm and welcoming staff and knowledgeable doctor who assured me, after testing, that I dont have hearing loss. Instead I suffer from not being 21 anymore (NO!!). I would recommend them to anyone.
