Receptionist is not very friendly but the man doing the actual hearing tests was very kind, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on, and patient with me.

Dr. Lang and his staff are incredible! High level of integrity and excellent overall experience -- I cant say enough positive things about my experience there. If youre considering having your hearing checked -- this is THE place to go!!!

Very friendly and professional. They try very hard to protect their patients and themselves during the difficult COVOD19 situation. I write this because today, June 16th, a lady walked in, ignored the obvious sign on the door to please not enter with a mask. Walked straight to the receptionist and started talking. They asked her to please put on a mask, and if she did not have one they would provide.She then told them they “were rude to her and she was going to turn them in” She then proceeded to get on her phone and make up a story so she could make her sorry self feel better. Do not believe it if you come across it. I have been a patient here for 3 years And they are first class and excellent at the service they provide.

In my 40s, I had my hearing checked twice and each time I was presented with the results it was recommended that I get hearing aids. I thought – I’m too young for hearing aids. My father didn’t get his until he was 65. A couple of years went by and I noticed that my hearing wasn’t as sharp as my eyesight. I went to Tulsa Audiology to check my hearing again. A few things really stood out to me:1. They have audiologists with doctorate degrees – doctors checked my hearing.2. The practice operates with the precision of a Swiss watch.3. The doctors I spoke with (Dr. Nitzel and Dr. Alred) were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood the test results.4. They actually told me that I am not currently a candidate for hearing aids. That me hearing was within normal levels.5. That demonstrated that they were more concerned about me as a patient than as someone to sell assisted hearing devices to unnecessarily.I highly recommend Audiology of Tulsa. They will take care of you. And that’s really all you want in a healthcare provider.

Doc was great and very informative. Explanation was detailed and spot on.

Waited a little while in the waiting room even after appointment time. Doctor explained the steps to the testing at the beginning and then let know when moving to the next step in the test. Three days later I had the results.
