Wonderful service! I went in to get my ears checked and see if there was any wax build up. There wasn’t any, so they didn’t charge me a thing. I will definitely be returning if hearing issues arise in the future!

After learning my 91 year old father had purchased a set of very expensive hearing aids from Hearing Solution Centers, I was initially concerned. His current two sets of hearing aids were not working well and I had little hope something new was going to do the job. I came away from picking up my dads new hearing aids totally amazed. He can hear again! Scott Young patiently worked with my father, showing him and me how these new hearing aids worked. I was absolutely yelling into my fathers ear to get him to understand me and now speaking in a normal voice he thinks Im a little loud! He had the TV turned on to 100 volume with subtitles on and we turned it down to 40 and he thinks it may be a little too loud! Its pretty much a miracle--my fathers mental acuity had sharply declined over the last few months, and I believe his loss of hearing was a huge factor in this. Praying that him being able to be part of the conversation again will reverse much of this. Thank you Scott Young!

Any hearing aid center will start from the standpoint of selling you something. Unfortunately, I have had to fight with several of these companies for preying on my elderly loved ones. It can be an ugly business thats aimed at syphoning money from a volnerable population. I totally recommend Dr. Scott Young. I went into his office because I have a very strong family history of hearing loss and the masks were making it obvious that Im dependent on lip reading. He did an exam and told me I didnt need hearing aids yet. I was there and ready to pay whatever I needed, but he gave me other options to help with my hearing and told me to save my money. If/when I actually need hearing aids, Ill go back to him because he earned my trust.

I stopped by today to purchase extra domes and wax guards. I mentioned that the instrument on the left side squeals when I place my hand close to it. Dr. Young overheard that and asked to check them out. He did his magic and re-configured them and updated the firmware. He also gave some very useful advice. His practice bought the practice that I originally purchased these from. Hearing Solutions was my first choice when I decided to get hearing aids because my dad used was a patient/customer and recommended them after having undesired results at other places. I was very apprehensive about getting hearing aids. From the people I have known in the past who have hearing aids, I didnt have a very positive opinion concerning how much they would help or if I could tolerate the loudness of everything around me when using them. When I bit the bullet and went in to Hearing Solutions, all of my concerns were put to rest. Everything was explained very clearly, I received an excellent exam, and my mind was changed. I chose aids they have bluetooth capability which allows me to control them from my phone. How exciting is that!!!! From the first time I put them in, my quality of life has improved. I have been very pleased with my hearing aids which I have had for about a year now. They are so comfortable, that I usually am not aware that I have them on--other than the fact that I hear better. Shortly after I started wearing my new hearing aids, I arrived home and discovered that one of my aids had come out. It was nowhere to be found. We backtracked and looked everywhere we could think. Early the next morning, it dawned on me that I had a feature on my hearing aids similar to GPS that would allow me to actually track and locate the hearing aids. I turned on the feature using my IPhone, and was amazed when it showed on the map that my missing hearing aid was five miles away. Once I was close enough, it led me to the exact spot. I was thrilled to think that this technology worked so well!

I have had top-notch customer service every time Ive needed something, from making appointments to just walking in. The receptionist is always accommodating even for unscheduled visits. Dr. Cathleen Simeo is my primary audiologist, who is very personable, professional, caring and has always had all the time in the world to assist me. In fact, all the staff has over time assisted me and each one is exemplary in knowledge, friendliness and professionalism.

Dr. Cathleen and Dr. Scott are phenomenal! My Dad, who has Alzheimers, really needed new hearing aids, but getting his hearing tested was a bit of a challenge. Two years ago I went to Hearing Solution Centers to get my hearing tested. I knew my hearing was going but I was surprised at just how far it had deteriorated. As a busy mom of 5, our home was always loud, and asking people to repeat what they said was not uncommon. I had adapted well to understanding people when I couldnt hear them--or so I thought--so I put off getting hearing aids. Last year, I needed a speaker for a senior adult function at our church and invited Dr Scott Young to speak. He was informative, friendly and knowledgeable about his products. I decided it was time to take the plunge and get hearing aids. Dr Young and his staff are caring and helpful. They asked many questions about my lifestyle, and allowed me to research the different styles of aids so I could make an informative decision about which would be best. They never tried to convince me to get a more expensive style. For the first five months, I was back in about every other week, having them tweak my settings so I could hear better and better. Scott is great and really listens to what you need. Im in my early 30s and knew I had hearing loss a few years ago. Whats hard being in your 30s-20s and finding out you have hearing loss is not many testing places take you seriously. Ive been told to take bendryl, whatre you doing in here, youre too young to have hearing loss, and others. We found out the reason I hated my previous hearing aids is because I have a sensitivity to sound as well as hearing loss! He customized my hearing aids so I could hear better and not hurt at the same time. Im very happy with the service they provided and my hearing aids. Thank you so much Scott and Hearing Solution. :)

They do a very good job of diagnosing your your might be your little bit of hard of hearing but they can fix it right up and fix you up to the one that you need not just one to give you or sell you. There is coverage afterwards they take care of it they clean them all that

Hearing Solution Centers took over my account after my other audiologist closed her practice. I went yesterday for a cleaning/checkup. I found them all to be quite friendly, prompt, and helpful.

I was recommended by a friend to try Hearing Solutions Centers when I needed to get fitted for in-ear monitors. Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and his staff is super friendly. The service was so personal, that I felt more like family than a customer. I cant say enough good things about them. My monitors sound incredible, and the fit is perfect. I went in the office just to see if someone can fix my Compilot. They wanted me to pay $600 just to open a file. We paid $80 for someone to put me through a hearing exam and then it turns out they cant fix my Compilot. They wouldnt even send my Compilot to get it fixed or let me order a new one until I pay the $600. On top of that they fixed my tubing for $35.00. Im just at a loss of the amount of money you need to spend just to be a patient.

Dont bother going any where else! My mom bought a pair of hearing aids several years ago, she was never happy with the hearing aids or the service she got. We went to Hearing Solution Centers and saw Dr. Young. He knows what he is talking about. He was very caring and understanding with my mom. I will recommend him to anyone that needs hearing aids.

I went to Hearing Solutions to get fitted for in-ear monitors and I am so glad I did. Once again Hearing Solutions offered exceptional customer service. One of my custom ear molds for my hearing aids needed to be sent off for service. Rather than leave me with using only one hearing aid, they supplied a temporary ear piece for me to use until my ear mold is repaired. They continue to go above and beyond for their customers.
