My son got tubes in his ears and they all were super sweet, very informative and made my anxiety go down a lot!Edit:Everyone is there is great except Mary Allen, she was very forceful putting the things in my sons ears for a hearing test. Two different times she did this. Had my son so upset he was shaking. When she came in the room he would lose it. However when seeing Sarah she was so gentle and sweet he laid his head down for her to check his ears due to having tubes.

They did two different surgerys on me with great results but had to beg them to sell me some hearing aids. After 3 years of test they finally sold me a pair and I love them.

Absolutely love Dr. V and the whole staff. They take the best care of my grandbaby.

Had an emergent issue called at 8am and seen the doctor by 10am and dr megan was very nice and gave a great explanation of my issue quickly. Very caring.i highly recommend them

Dr Vaidya has excellent bedside manner and is a skilled surgeon. His attention to detail and thorough nature make him a surgeon I’ve trusted with my life more than once.

The ladies were very caring and informative on my daughters hearing aids.

I got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction in order to better breathe through my nose. Dr. Moore was my doctor/surgeon, and he was very nice and made sure I knew what I was getting into. He also made sure it was a last resort and I was given all the details I needed to be properly informed.The recovery was exactly as expected, and the post op went smoothly, although a little more painful than expected. The only reason Ive put 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to charge you $10 just to walk in the building to ask a question (in my situation, asking if they had faxed my medical leave papers, which they had already charged $10 for to fax them originally). This wouldnt be as much of a problem if it werent for the fact that their phone system is leave a voicemail, and we *might* call you back. Dont even think about missing their call!Everything above is the same review I posted for their other location, as I went to both.By the way, this building is a little hard to find!

We began working with Dr. Siemens when a mass was unexpectedly found in my 16 year old sons nasal cavity. Dr. Siemens did his biopsy in the hospital and he was absolutely amazing with my son and so thorough when explaining what our next steps were. Dr. Massoth is going to perform the surgery and he is equally amazing and I know my son will be in great hands. Thank you all at Eastern Oklahoma ENT for being so kind to us and for taking such good care of my son!

Was very disappointed with the service on the phone with the receptionists. They were rude, condescending, and I was hung up on twice trying to make an appointment.The doctor was very nice, but not very helpful.It was the doctors nurse, Barbara, that was so kind and listened got everything done that I needed.Thanks Barbara!! Youre a diamond in a field of cow patties.

DO NOT GO HERE. From the moment you get a referral EVERY single person is RUDE. The office experience was so bad we left before even seeing the doctor. PATIENT CARE IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY. if your mask is below your nose bc your ten month old plays with it you’ll get screamed at. Will be contacting the board.

The doctor and translator were nice but the rest of the staff kept staring at us and whispering which was obviously directed at us. It made me very uncomfortable and my sister was very mad. I’m not sure why they got frustrated with us. I don’t think we did anything wrong.

I have had intermittent vertigo for a past few years but most recently it was worse. My 3 stars is because I did my ENG test, but I never had a follow up appointment with my specialist. I was advised of a possible bacterial infection and that I should go to Vestibular therapy. The staff is friendly; I just feel like my questions went unanswered.

I came in with my left ear blocked wit ringing ang swooshing novices. Without looking into it al all he said I would have to live with it ! Dr. Sawyer was this doctor and has been u willing to help me in the past either. If any other doctor in this group has something to try for my ears to be on unblocked and without these noises. Please call me! Dr White was able to help my son with his hearing loss years again .

We called a little after 12 noon to schedule an appointment to remove a slight tongue tie on our newborn. They scheduled us for a 3:20 appointment that same day. We arrived early (around 2:30). We filled out the paperwork and were called back for the procedure. It was a simple procedure and everything went very smoothly. Dr Brownlee was very helpful and kind. We were completely finished and out of there by the time our appointment was supposed to be. From top to bottom this staff was very thorough and quick. It seemed like they knew what they were doing.

I do not recommend Dr.Christopher. I have been going there for almost a month and a half I have draining in my ear he didn’t give me any medicine or drops or anything every time I go there he just looks at it and then says come back in next week his PA did a great job but I feel he has low care for his patients.

Dr Evan Moore is probably the best Dr I have even been too! Explains everything and shows concern all while he shows a great sense of humor!!! The best!!!

We would highly recommend Dr. Vaidya! We saw him as our daughter needed ear tubes. He was very polite, genuine and informed us about the surgery procedure. He has excellent bed side manner and interacts well with our daughter. He is very knowledgeable. His appts are always running ahead of time which is phenomenal. We recently had to visit him again for a tongue tie with our son and he was able to assist with that. There was a mix up on the appointment but he was able to work us in immediately and was able to fix the tongue tie. We didn’t hesitate to schedule with him with our second child when we found out he dealt with tongue tie issues. His staff and him are amazing! He is very personable and cares about his patients. He puts you at ease which is especially important when your infant is having surgery.

I have a very good Dr there his name is Dr. white. I recommend this place.

Staff(appointment) is super difficult to work with. Not willing to help and it almost feels like your bothering them by calling to schedule an appointment or even check for availability. Always questioning about referral from primary physician even when its been sent already, the girl even said I may need another referral from my daughters primary doctor without even looking in her file. Idk. Just not happy with my interaction with this department. The only great, kind and considerate interaction was the lady that called me to confirm my appointment. She was super sweet and caring!

Dr Brownlee and his staff were amazing! Very polite and professional, and super helpful! Great with our kids and newborn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend these group of professionals! Dr. Sawyer has given me a much better quality of life by correcting my nasel passages so that I can breath so much better. I use to snore so badly that my neighbors could hear me through the wall that separated our units bedroom. I would wake up with a very swollen and sore throat each morning. After Dr. Sawyer went in taking my tonsils out and removed anything of excess in the back of my throat I slept so much better and barely made any noise while sleeping. My quality of sleep and life has become so much better. I highly recommend them!

While Dr. Hall is fantastic, the administrative offices at this place are both bad at keeping track of payments, and intensivey uncaring when you have a problem. Twice we have had to pay a bill we had already paid, and they refused to accept that. Will never darken their doors again.

They are professional and thorough! I have had surgery on my sinuses and seen a physicians assistant who treated me. I am pleased with this group of doctors and their staff!

Dr. Hall did an excellent job operating on my sinuses. His staff was very easy to work with, quick to return calls & answer questions. Could not recommend higher.

Dr. Hall did my daughters removal of tubes and adenoids and I was so nervous considering she was only 1.5 but he did a great job and she is a completely different child because of it.She was in great hands

Absolutely do not recommend. Horrible patient care experience. We were pushed into spending thousands of dollars and believing a sinus surgery was our only option before being offered allergy testing to find a source of our problems. We are currently going out of our way weekly to follow through with allergy shots. This is expensive, uncomfortable and inconvenient for us, yet every time we enter the facility for a shot they act as though the patient is inconveniencing them. At one time during an allegergy shot I tried to ask the nurse a question (a yes or no question at that) and was quickly snapped at with “I have another patient.” There is NO EXCUSE for this and I am blown away at how rude we have been treated.

Embarrassment to real ENTs. They couldnt even find a ear infection. Much less were they honest about the charges they bill. To be honest I wouldnt trust them with a hang nail.

They will clean your ear & bill extreme amounts as a surgery charge, this is not right !!

Went in for an ear infection (have had several in the same ear and trying to figure out why and how to prevent it) instead I got lectured on my weight. Not what I needed. Ive been battling depression and this just knocked me back down. Not what I went into doctor for and I know I need to lose weight but when I can barely get out of bed thats hard to do and NOT the reason I came in.

Dr. White is a literal life-saver.
