Nice and thorough place. I trust their abilities to take care of my daughters hearing needs. Everyone there is a joy to speak to.

I have been a client of theirs for 15 yrs. I live in Tulsa and they do have good products and have always been there to help me and clean my aids. Some items are pricey, but good quality.

$3000+ for hearing aids and they were not willing or able to service them within a year. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been a customer for a little over a year and have yet to have a working set of hearing aids. Sad to think these cost almost $10,000 dollars and just dont work! Very Sad. So I went to a competitor and got a set of hearing aids that work first time visit and i didnt have to wait a month to get it. I am very please. If anyone needs a charger for Cleartone hearing aid I have one for sale and a left ear hearing aid. Sadly these were so poorly setup that i lost the right one without even knowing it.

I took my 92 year old mother to Clear-tone. Laci Lynn and Crystal Willingham took great care of her. Laci was very patient with her and worked with her till they got her hearing aids perfect. Crystal always made sure she scheduled her at a time that was convenient. I highly recommend Clear-tone.

Clear-tone certainly stepped up to back their name and please one more customer. I had an older set that I was not happy with but Clear.tone enabled me to upgrade with a set that outperforms the other immensely. They are always very courteous and very professional with their service and products.

I went in to reschedule an appointment for my daughter. The ladies were very nice, courteous, and professional. They helped me get what I needed to get done accomplished.

Everything was great until I needed my hearing aids serviced.then the tech department said I need turn my hearing aids in for up to two weeks with nothing in return. So I called my salesperson and and she said I had to rent a pair and pay$700 upfront which would be returned if I didnt break them or lose them... Update the repair or replace took less than 2 weeks they said they replaced one hearing aid however when they refunded my money they said it would be 3 to 5 days. when they took the money out of my account it was instantaneous. I do have to add the hearing aids are very good when theyre working way better than my previous two pairs I received from a different audiologist and different manufacturer.

Lara was absolutely fantastic helping me with exactly what I needed. All the follow up appointments were so helpful as I adjusted to the hearing aids. The whole front office staff is amazing too!

This place is awesome and I would recommend anybody that has hard time hearing to go to this place because they are awesome and they do everything they can to try to help if they cant help they just let you know and theyll let you know who to go to. Quick professional service from the moment I entered the front door. Minimum forms to fill out initially - mostly dealing with hearing aspects. Monty, the Hearing Instrument Specialist assigned to me was a seasoned professional with what appeared to be years of experience. He administered a very detailed hearing evaluation, explained in detail the findings, and proposed what he felt was the best long term solution for my moderate to profound hearing loss. He offered pricing and financing options that helped fit my budget and funds timing. Joyce was pleasant abd did an excellent job of fitting the new hearing aids. Just started the 30 day trial with great expectations!

Very professional folks. Their hearing test was the most extensive I have been subjected to and Ive been subjected to a lot. They were able to explain just how much hearing loss I had in each ear and what they could do for me. I had some inexpensive hearing aids before and these new ones are miles ahead of them. All in all a very enlightening experience. My wife thinks they are a vast improvement also.

April 11, 2019, it was our pleasure to be were assisted by Lara Dyer. Lara is very professional, listens to and answers questions giving her full attention. All questions and feelings we expressed were handled by her as if they were very important which is a really nice feeling. We worked with Skip who treated us the same way for such a long time until he retired, we felt very fortunate to have landed on Laras schedule.

Joyce and Monty were very informative on my hearing loss and how it affected me in the long run. They were professional and had a welcoming smile throughout the appointment. I am on the second set (2) of hearing aids. My first ones lasted over 7 years. Sadly my new ones seem much more prone to need repairs than my first -- 5 repair visits to date. However, the company is great from a customer support aspect with a long warranty period and very helpful, friendly personnel. If I had not had to get repairs at least 5 times I would give a rating of 5 stars. And their cookies are fabulous.

V. and not hearing what people said to me. I dont understand why people dont get them ? David is always checking my aids to make sure I am OK .. Today I was fitted for my hearing aids. Last week, I was tested and the young lady (I wish I could remember her name) was wonderful in explaining every step of the process and making sure I understood. Joyce fitted, adjusted and helped me learn how to put them on. She was very thorough and adjusted something that was uncomfortable. The process and everyone who helped me in the office was wonderful. The warm cookies were a nice touch.

Friendly and helpful. But expensive.

I went to get my hearing aid worked on. They cleaned it and put a new battery in it. She also did a recheck of my hearing and explained the results clearly. I was very satisfied with my hearing aid afterwards. I would suggest if you do have a hearing problem to go here they are very efficient and helpful. Also they have coffee and cookies while you wait for your turn.

Ive been around. I visited a lot of places and this place seems to have it all. They showed me devices that were just a few hundred dollars and some that were thousands. They said that my budget was what was critical and my preferences and they were willing to work with me to make sure I got the best help I could within my budget. I liked that. They even let me choose a style I was comfortable with, but I went with the one most people seem to be getting. They said that they had created that kind of device right there and had the patents to prove it. Service is the fastest Ive ever had and the ladies up front are really nice. I cant believe how busy they are, but they always take time with me when Im in to see them, so I dont feel Im just another number. I like that too

I scheduled an appointment to test my hearing and get a base line for future tests. Both front and back office personnel were extremely nice and very considerate. The testing was easy and quick with an explanation of everything being done. All questions that I had were answered and I did not feel rushed through the appointment at anytime. I will continue having my yearly testing done with you, and when and if I need to have a hearing device, I will definitely have Clear Tone help me with it.

Husband went in in Nov 2018 and we specifically asked about the background noise magnification and told he would get used to it. Went back a couple of times and complained about all the background noise. It is so bad he has to turn them off or remove them. We were told they wanted him to wear them for at least 6mo. It is now July and nothing has changed. We are to get our money back. We will see. $4400 not happy. Very disappointed. Went back to Clear Tone and they were more than willing to correct the problem my husband had. They went truly out of their way to accommodate him. They were able to lowered the background noise tremendously. Thx CLEAR TONE

I do like my new hearing aid, I chose the in the ear one since it fits my life style better. So far, I am very happy with it. It is is comfortable and I can hear much better. The people at Clear-Tone were very helpful and nice to work with. Questions were answered clearly.

He is amazing and understands completely what its like to not be able to hear in a crowded place and you get all nervous..Great place, great office, great people. Am actually getting hearing aids through them. You will not find a better place, hands down, my all time favorite audiologist!

I had quit wearing my hearing aids because they bothered me so bad.I got a call from cleartone for a hearing test so I scheduled it for today.I was just signed to a young lady by the name of Kelly.Oh my goodness she changed everything.She was so friendly and easy going.She she didnt make me feel stressed out while I was taking the test even though I have breathing issues.She explained the test results to me in a way that I could understand that I have to wear my hearing aids I cant put them in a drawer and leave them.She fixed my hearing aids and showed me how to wear them now they dont bother me like they did before except the noises which she said I would get used to.I really appreciate all that was taken care of today.Kelly did an excellent job I left there happy as a bug in a rug. Having seen Cindy Morrison advertising for Clear-Tone for years, I decided to make an appointment. The front office team were happy and helpful even at 5:30 in the afternoon. I think it took less than 5 minutes to fill out the forms. After I turned in the paperwork, I was immediately seen by Al Quinn.Needing help because of hearing loss is stressful and getting evaluated is stressful too. Al was patient and kind. He took the time to help me understand what the evaluation process was going to be like, how long Id be there and what my options were. I trusted Al right away. He has that special blend of empathy and efficiency. It was a 5 star experience.

I love my new hearing aids because there is really no back ground noise. I dont even realize I have them on except I can hear everything! It was so easy to get them .Love them!

Wanted to get ear molds made for custom in-ear monitors. They got me scheduled promptly, the people were kind and helpful and they were meticulous in making sure they got the molds right. I am very pleased with the service I received and am glad to recommend them!

My clear-tone hearing aids are too comfortable. I have to remember I have them in when I jump in the shower--usually have to jump back out to remove them. The staff is awesome as well. So glad I can understand what people are saying now.

I was leary going in as I had a really bad experience with another company a few years ago. Spent high dollar and when I went back to have them serviced the company was out of business. I had also checked another company and was not pleased with the way they treated their customers. The minute I walked in Clear-Tone I was impressed with the professional way they worked, treated their customers and hustled to get the work done in a timely manner. The person who checked my hearing was also very professional and courteous. The equipment was impressive and I was convinced that David had the correct information to help me hear correctly. He found a way to expedite my order and I was able to get them the very next day. Ive had them 6 days now and am amazed at the clarity and how great it feels to hear what others say the first time. I didnt know that I had this benefit until they had a contest for free hearing aids with Channel 6. This was a gift that I needed. Thank you for going the extra 5 miles for me. Having previously used hearing aids from a different source and retiring them, I had rather low expectations for help, especially needing assistance in hearing my incoming phone calls. It took the second attempt, but clear tone provided instruments which now give me great telephone hearing and of course also in personal conversation, radio, television etc. Good job!

My one year check-up today. I have been in 3-4 times in the last year for minor adjustments, new tips, and once when I had gotten my hearing aids wet. Sometimes I walked in, others, I scheduled an appointment. Never any significant waiting time. Always tell me what is going on, options, etc. Havent spent a dime! I feel like I wasted $5,000.00. My hearing loss was in the upper range. I got a few conflicting view points from different people at the staff from Clear-Tone. Of course they say it depends on the customer. I used them diligently for a couple of months. I knew how much I had spent on them and tried very hard to make them work. The simply did not make enough difference in my hearing that it compelled me to remember to use them every day. The payments come every month. 58 more payments to go.

My hearing aids are great and staff is great I give clear tone at 2323 S. Sheridan Rd a 5 star rating

I think I expected too much from hearing aids. I believed advertising about hearing conversations better in the restaurant. My hearing aids make everything louder, including background noise. Clear-Tone folks were helpful making adjustments...settings on the instrument to focus forward, etc. Its finally come down to, I only wear them where I work. But I still cant understand soft spoken conversations, foreign accents, and other situations. Maybe behind the ear is wrong for me? Im hesitant to go back for upgrade or modifications: more money, not greater satisfaction. Thanks for trying Clear-Tone.

Kelly Hardy was the Clear Tone representative who visited with me and my niece on Friday May 11th. She was very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in getting my hearing aids corrected.

I was 22 at the time and noticed my hearing decreased, and they said was for me to use NASAL SPRAYS and to avoid background noise because nobody can hear in background noise. And then laughed at me when I said I got my other hearing test somewhere else.Im completely appalled at the unprofessional clinician Shannon who made me feel bad because Im too young to have a hearing loss...criticized me for 5 minutes and sent me on his way. These are not real audiologists, they are hearing instrument specialist and all you need is a high school diploma and to be certified which takes a few months. Theyre not a real doctors. The ladies in the office were lovely and more helpful.The sad thing is, the whole thing made me feel insecure and bad about my hearing loss so I ignored it for years. Now I wear hearing aids from another place, Ive been missing so much. Very dissapointed.
