If i could leave negative stars I would. Tom Jenkins is the most disrespectful person ever and doesn’t even deserve to have a job working with people. I purchased a pool at the fair, but had yet to pay for it. I got my building permit and was trying to get ahold of them to pay but could never get them to call me back. Finally today I get ahold of Tom Jenkins and tell him I am a little irritated because Im fixing to spend 7k on a pool and cant get any answers. He asks what exactly I am calling for and told me that if I had put money down I would be a priority but because I didn’t basically no one cared. The conversation went on for a bit but he didn’t care that 7k was about to walk out of the door. I called to speak with the owner, and told the lady on the phone that I would not be purchasing a pool if I had to go through Tom Jenkins. If the owner of Dolphin pools is reading this, you should be ashamed of this guy and questioning if he is benefiting your buisness. Im fixing to pay a thousand more just to keep from doing buisness with this guy.

Worst experience ever! Signed contract & completely paid for inground pool June 2020 with a start date of 4 to 6 weeks out. They broke ground October 1, & that was after repeated phone calls to them (most calls having to leave message because no one was ever available) & most phone calls not returned. They would not a little work & then nothing, sometimes weeks would go by before showing back up. Many many times giving me a day they would be there then not showing up. Shortly after opening the pool spring 2021 part of the liner popped out bi have been calling & calling since then & they still haven’t come to fix it & now we are in late September. He keeps saying when someone comes this way. I guess they got paid & so now they are done. Now we think there is a leak. Suppose to schedule us for that & you guessed it, haven’t heard another word from them. I could go on & on but now I’m just saying please people don’t fall prey to them. They are pathological liars in my opinion. Save yourself from stress & go somewhere else!

When we looked at the store, we were told if we brought money the next day that our pool would be installed in the next week or two at the most. Once we paid, we got nothing but a run around. The pool equipment was brought to our house and left outside our shop. Now over a month later, we were told to find our own installer and at least given a partial refund for installation costs. I’ve heard good things about the company but really wish we had been dealt with honestly from the beginning. Very disappointing!

I can’t honestly say how the quality of the pools for this company are. But my low rating stems from the company’s lack of customer service. I’ve called 4 times requesting a sales rep to come give us a quote for an in ground pool and each time someone has told me they will call back to setup a time to no avail. Maybe others will have more luck with them then I did as far as being able getting them to move forward.

Always great service and good prices. Joe has really helped me out when rebuilding my pump and motor several times. Saved me a ton of money and was glad to help. Rare these days!! Nowadays most people are annoyed that youre trying to spend money in their establishment! Not here.

I went to purchase a pool and was told that they had a larger pool in stock and I would get it faster. So I paid IN FULL!!! Was told it would be scheduled for installation on June 16th.We dug the spot, ordered the sand, put in a pad for the filter and buried the electrical lines. It is now August 8th. So far we’ve been told that they accidentally sold our pool to someone else. Then they got one in a month later and said they’d call to schedule it in a week. Never heard from them so we started calling. The guy won’t speak to us. We keep being put on hold and just left there. We stopped in to speak to him and the guy at the desk came back saying he was busy and would call us later. Never called us. We still have no pool, ZERO communication and no date as to when we will even hear something. After the sale was complete they have had no contact with us. Very disappointed!!! Please do not buy from them.I can deal with mistakes and lack of product, but the customer service and communication is a must have.

We just had our pool pump fixed. We needed to have a few extra things done to it and I have to say Dolphin pool was wonderful. No one else wanted to work on it, but they came out and did a great job - and for what I felt was a very fair price! My technicians name was Joshua. Just wanted to recommend them if anyone needs above ground pool repair. It seems to be really hard to find!

Paid cash for an above ground pool last year and I understand the pandemic set everything back and things happen but when we finally had the pool installed and filled with water I noticed a support post leaning and the water level isnt level from one side to the other. A little bit wouldnt bother me but its leaning enough to notice just by looking at it. DOUG hasnt returned my calls for a month now and I just want what I paid 9,000+ dollars for to be done correctly!~ C. Campbell

Post PandemicWell folks everything is different this year! Yes I have patiently wait and called and all the stuff everyone else is saying. But, in their defense, everything is different this year. There are no people to work, supplies are low, slow, or not available at all, circumstances not the usual. So I too was frustrated but I could see they had a waiting list, I was on it and I just had to deal with it. I know the crew at dolphin was doing all they could, therefore, be patient, cooperative and it will eventually happen. I have bought a lot of things from them and will continue.

Been trying for months to get our above ground pool serviced and opened for the summer. They don’t return phone calls, leave you on hold and will hang up on you if you ask to at least get a date for someone to come out. Was a loyal customer for about 6 years. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I’ve been a faithful customer for the last 6 years with this company. We bought our pool and all of our chemicals here for it. Decided to move my pool over to my moms house. Contacted them about getting a liner before we cut our old liner. We were told they’d have a liner in in April. Moved the pool set it up. My mom contacted them and they told her it would be 6 months to a year before we could get a liner. Called them left messages. No one ever returned my call. If this is how you take care of a customer of 6 years. I’m surprised that they are still in business.

We have called five out of the last seven days trying to get somebody to come fix our hot tub which is under warranty. Every time we’ve called, we are promised a phone call back that day or the following day. And we are yet to hear from anyone. I understand if it might take a while for them to come out and assess the problem, but the least they can do is give us a phone call when they say they will. We even went up there in person a few days ago and Chris told us somebody would called us that day or the following day. Still haven’t heard from anyone.

Customer service stinks and once you buy, you are left on your own. They do not help or assist even with warranty issues. They have your money and then they dont care. You can never speak with a manager or owner and the sales people dont give a hoot. No call backs from anyone. No emails answered. No text messages answered. Radio Silence is what this place is really good at.

I cannot even give this company a 1 star, but I have to use something to write a review. We ordered our pool early May 2020, however it wasnt installed until Aug 2020. Each time we would call, or email, we would be told another fib to keep us placated and out of their hair. When the installation finally happened, it was poorly done & we have several wrinkles in our liner. That was promised to be fixed this spring, again, lie after lie about that! Also, they set up the pool without top caps, and it was a danger to allow kids to swim in it. They finally installed the top caps a month later after they told us they couldnt get them. I had made a call to the manufacturer only to find out they had many on hand. After threatening lawyer involvement, the top caps were installed in 3 days. The service is at best: poor! The communication is poor, and the way we were treated was even poorer! Dont use this company...you will be very sorry. We have friends, who have bought from them at the same time, who were equally treated the same...BUYER BEWARE!!!! RUN! Go somewhere & spend your hard-earned cash!

Dont know if its there policy to just keep telling you when they are going to do something and just leave you hanging with no idea what there intentions are but telling you 5 different times when there going to do something and not even call and give explanation!!! DONT buy from dolphin. Cement messed up they said not under warranty sent some guy out that said did not do cement work to patch it and now it is going to cost more to fix it after he was done. They linear of pool coming up and having large bubbles in it called a floating linear because Dolphin did not put a drain in around pool so have a floating linear. When call they never return calls and always out of office hire a pool guy to try to fix what the did wrong he was surprised no drain and he tried to go to dolphin to get measurement they would not help. Neighbors all had pool installed around the same time no corners cut they are able to enjoy there pool while im digging around mine to put in a french drain in. My pool is going to cost double because of all the corners cut from Dolphin.

I have been lied to, put off and still do t have the pool I paid for last year. Installers finally came and after maybe an hour of digging said they hit rock and I have to have someone else come dig it out. They also left cigarette butts and trash all over my yard. The sand they brought in to replace the sand I bought was full of rock.

I have decided to not have Dolphin Pools get my inground pool liner replaced. I called and left messages for Tom, no call back. We were in Tulsa one day and stopped by the store. Spoke to Tom who said he would call the next day with an appt time for one of his guys to come out to do an estimate, never heard a word. 2 weeks later I called again was told by an english impaired man that Tom was not in call tomorrow. I decided if non communication is their mode of operation I am better off not having them do my liner.

Horrible Experience! Purchased (and paid for in full) a Bullfrog Spa in August from Chris Ledford at Dolphin Pools & Spa. Chris told me that the tub should be delivered at the end of September. He assured me it would be no later than October because he was supposed to have the Bullfrog Spas in for the Tulsa State Fair. I understand Covid-19 could have slowed down the production of this tub, but please communicate that with us. Almost every time I reached out to Dolphin Pools and Spa for an update Chris was conveniently not there or busy. When he finally called back it was one excuse after another. Finally the Spa was delivered today. However, the 3rd party contractor that made the delivery said he was to deliver the spa only and that he was unsure of where the local Bullfrog representative was to install the spa. Chris Ledford had told us that he would schedule it for the Bullfrog rep to be here when the Spa was delivered. The contractor called Dolphins Pool and Spa and could not get a hold of anyone. I called and spoke to a guy that said Chris had called in sick today. We were sold a product and told they would take care of everything, which was not the case at all. Good Luck trying to get a hold of someone there after you purchase something from them and they have your money. I am an entrepreneur and would never treat customers like this. Lesson learned, read Google reviews before purchasing from Dolphin Pool and Spas.

Great salesperson, terrible everything else. (irony)My mother-in-law bought a pool in June, They said would be installed Early July. She spoke with them in middle of July, then they said early august.It is now late August, they are ignoring her emails and not responding to calls. Well the manufacturers are having a hard time, blah blah blah Not true. She purchased a pool that was IN STOCK at the store, and she confirmed it before she purchased it for this very reason.The fact that people have been complaining about the same problems for a year of them not answering their phones, emails, etc. goes to show what kind of company this is.I would not recommend this company after seeing how they have treated her and have been treating other customers for the past year based on reviews.

Bought a pool July 1st, was told then install would be 3rd week in July. After leaving 4 messages for Roger to call us and tell us what day exactly install would be he says its gonna be another month from now. No sorry, no explanation just he hasnt got any idea when they can do it. Salesman was nice, service went downhill from there. Going to get money back today!

Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize it was bad until they had our money and then they essentially stopped all communication. They wouldn’t answer the phone. Wouldn’t return emails or messages. When we would finally get in touch with someone, they were rude, annoyed, and not at all helpful. They blamed covid for everything, including the poor customer service. My mind was truly blown when he said that yes covid does affect their communication within customers. After we finally had enough, we told them we wanted our money back to which they were EXTREMELY rude and said we’d have to pay a restocking fee even though they told me that people are dying to get pools right now.Not once did the owner even attempt to communicate with me or my husband.Please do not waste your time, money, or sanity dealing with this company. Purchased a Viking spa from Dolphin Pools about 2 years ago. The spa has been wonderful, only complaint is the cup holders do not hold wine glasses or beer bottles very well. Terrible design but that’s not Dolphins fault. I spoke with Dolphin and they actually took time to take this issue to Viking. I know this because a Viking rep called me a few days later.I did not receive my spa on the agreed day because of the rain. I had to wait another week but I’m okay with that. My yard would have been torn up being so wet and that’s just a safety issue. I spend a good amount of time making my yard look good and I appreciate Dolphin considering this. Plus I’m an adult and have learned to be patient unlike some of the other reviews on here complaining when it rained. Really people?The two guys that delivered my spa did a great job and were very careful not to damage the spa or my fence. They set it all up and i had an electrician come out and hook it up. It’s been running great ever since!Overall I had a great experience and have recommended them to two friends who have also ended up purchasing a spa through Dolphin.This is a family owned and operated business and I would much rather support them over a bigger national chain store.

For me, one star is not low enough. I provided a deposit at the beginning of May for a early June installation. The rain played some problems in getting a timely install but after 2 months, they did not even have my pool ready to go and advised me another 2 weeks maybe since they have no way of tracking there inventory. I was relieved to terminate my contract with them. This business has horrible communication as in none. Every time I was told someone would call me back they never did. Until the very end, and even then I was told to speak with the scheduler who said he wasnt taking calls right now when I was trying to get an update on my order. Extremely disappointing as we had a party planned for the 4th of July and intended to have our pool ready. Now I will be starting over with a new company who advised me 3-4 weeks and they DO have my pool already on hand ready to go. I wish I would have paid more attention to these reviews. Another person I spoke with also advised they had major problems with this business as well. Definitely cannot recommend at all.

Sad to give them 1 star. We Went to the home garden show specifically to see this company due to knowing others that have used them and liked their pools. Fully intended to buy one. Even got preapproved. Couldn’t get anyone to call me back for 3 months. I chalked that up to covid. Finally got a hold of Kris on June 15th who barely had time to speak to me. Hurriedly told me to text him what I wanted and he would send me a quote. No reply. Over the next 2-3 weeks I texted several more times asking for my quote. Finally called the store to speak to a manager who wasn’t available to speak with. That night Kris texted me back saying that the phone belonged to a different employee and he just got it. ( it was him who gave me his cell number in the first place / why would he have given me someone else’s number??). He said we lived too far for an inground but they might make an exception for an above ground.... told him not to worry about it the . Doesn’t seem like they really want the business too bad. Glad we found out how they do business before we were too involved. We will buy from someone else.

Great experience. Got our pool 2 years ago. Installation was fast and perfect. We are using Pristine Blue and its extremely easy to maintain. Just opened my pool and it looks as clear and clean as the day I closed it. During the summer I take a sample over every 2 weeks, they test it free and let me know what to add. So far, no problems. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a new pool and had it installed, the sales person was great, got a great deal. The install team was also great, pool was up and filling with water in one day. Came back a second say to install stairs, pump and back fill around the pool, very happy with the final outcome.

LOVE, LOVE our Bullfrog 8 seat hot tub with foot dome. Wish we bought it sooner! It has changing lights, waterfall, lighted cup holders and you can select the individual jet packs for each seat according to your needs. Please ask for Jody, Jacob, Michele or Celso for great customer service. Michele even helped to get our hot tub delivered early! Thank you!!

It took them four days to assemble the above ground pool. It was supposed to slope from 4ft to 5ft from one end to the other. They dug a little hole a one end for the 5ft portion. The walls of the pool are not straight. It was supposed to be 18ft across, but it ended up being 16ft. We have contact them numerous time to come out and fix the issue, but they have failed to send anyone out. The pool cant even be filled with water. The next step is taking them to court and suing them. I would avoid this company at all costs. They are horrible at their jobs and lack any form of pride in their work.

Absolutely the worst in customer service! First my pool was to be completed in 3 months. They dug the hole and we had to use the BBB to even begin to get it in motion. The decking had cracks and was sinking in the first 3 months! They said they would not warranty it. Because it said there could be cracks in concrete.Found out there were huge cracks in the deep end if the pool. I was told to get in touch with my sub-contracter they hired to fix it. He did. Now mind you it took weeks and weeks just to get in touch with anyone. Somehow the Service guy seemingly never got the messages.After chasing this guy down for a couple of weeks he sent a guy to patch this hole in the pool. Now the hole is ginormous! Cant swim in it! Now Im being told, since we paid the sub-contractor to fix things they will not stand by the supposed person!RUN! DO NOT USE THEM! AND YES MY HUSBAND WAS MAD! And yes he lost it! But having someone call you a liar as to WHEN they would get back to you is not only rude and uncalled for, but horrid customer service!Been trying to get answers for 3 weeks and literally had to go in to be called a liar! Please do save yourself and do NOT use them for anything. Too many others that will take care if a customer in an appropriate amount of time.

Worst customer service ever. They never return your calls. When you finally get ahold of them, Tom will tell you theyll be out there soon. So is that a new date or something? Last time I checked when you ask when someone who youve payed hundreds of dollars to come out and fix THEIR mistake they should be giving you a definite time and date. They have been out to our house twice in the last two years and are coming out a THIRD time to fix their mistake that they were supposed to fix the first time. I never write reviews but it just boggles my mind how someone can screw up two times and still act as though they are a functioning business. Do not let these people screw you around. They were paid to fix and smooth out the liner of our above ground pool. It had all kinds of dents and slopes in the bottom making it incredibly uncomfortable to walk on. When we paid them to fix it they gave us a new liner yet didnt smooth out any of the wrinkles and ended up causing damage to our liner and filter equipment. Now theyre trying to give us the run around on coming out and fixing their screw up for a third time. Hope you all like talking to BBB and being sued. But, Im sure we arent the first to file a lawsuit against this so-called business.

If i could give zero stars I would. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Roger is the absolute worst. When i bought the pool they said 2 weeks to deliver. After 3 weeks I called and they were so sorry someone forgot to order it. I paid cash the day I purchased it, they showed up 6 weeks later. The liner busted 3 weeks after install. The guy Brian who came out said it was a stick in the sand where the installers dug the ground up. I was told not to worry about The invoice they sent and now 14 months later when the pool pump split open they wont honor the warranty unless I pay for the liner they replaced last year that I was told not to worry about. I would rather buy a whole new pump from a different place than ever deal with these people.

Dolphin started digging my pool on May 14th. They had 3 people that day. They started our pool 2 and 1/2 weeks late. Then we had A LOT OF RAIN.. understood! But .. my backyatd doesnt look much different since May 14th. They have worked 2 hours a week with 2 guys..since the dig! (Yesterday they worked 5 hours!) They PROMISED that they would have our pool in by July 1.I will be SHOCKED if that happens!!Very disappointed!!

I do not recommend dolphin pools to anyone! The worst customer service ever. I signed a contract may 12th, didnt get my pool installed until July 1st! No help from them at all with wire locate. Had to change it from semi in ground to above ground. Our rep did not change to a ladder that would work for that. It is July 25th and I still have a ladder thats meant for a deck! Have been in contact over a dozen times with no result. We were also not told about them leaving all of their garbage and not taking care of all of the diet piles and ruts! Do not use dolphin pools, you will only be disappointed. I still have to jump my way out of my pool!!

DO NOT buy a pool from these people. They tell you to pay a little down but wont bring the pool out and start installation until its 100% paid for. Then they have no full time installers working for them just contract off the street labors. Very poor installation job. Incorrectly installed and a mess to clean up. Youre a fool if you buy from this company and dont do any research. They should be completely out of business and close the doors.

We were very disappointed that we were not told in advance that any back filling or piles of dirt is our responsibility to fix, move etc. As well as the trash. Also the stair case that came with the pool is for a deck. We would have to pay extra for a stair case to use now. As far as the pool I love it. But at this time I would not recommend them. uPDATE; Once w were able to get the pool filled and ran the pump there were 6 leaks from skimmer to the return,

Installed my pool in 2013. Everything went great until this spring. I maintain it myself, so, thats not anything on them.Open the pool. Salt generator states low amps. I have been requesting a service call since mid March. I recieved one instruction; buy a new salt cell. Did that. Still low amps. Its April by then. Call Dolphin again, leave a message for a service call. Now, its June and I have left more than a dozen requests for a service call, and NO ONE has called me back to schedule one.I have since discovered the actual problem. Notified Dolphin of the problem, but I cannot fix it. Let me get your name and number, someone will call you Nope. No calls.The customer service is absolutely Terrible. Appalling. Thoroughly ridiculous that I requested a service call, and now could have replaced the entire salt system for what I have spent on new salt cell, cable, shock, clear brite, and salt to try to make the pool usable while I wait for assistance.

Went to Tulsa Boat show on January 30th and purchased a spa. Dolphin Pools advised me they would deliver spa on possibly Saturday the 9th. They were supposed to call me the day the show broke down and let me know for sure. I called everyday this week and never did I get a response. I was told someone was on maternity leave and then someone was apparently sick. Finally I made contact with manager on Friday and was told no way for Saturday but it would be for sure on Monday between 9-12. I called them today at 10 and was told because of rain it would not be delivered again. Maybe next Saturday another week. REALLY We have cancelled the order and NEVER we will do business with Dolphin Pools.

Called and called, no training or follow up. Was told if I needed help call a lawyer by some Spanish guy. No help or training. For 15,000 you would think you would get a pamphlet on hook up and how to work.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a pool 3 years ago from them, we were promised an addition to our steps, by the owner. Because he didnt write it on our contract we got the run around. Finally after threatening to take my business elsewhere Tom stepped in and got us the addition. They installed it but did not put enough sand in them so now my step float. Its been triple digits and i cant use my pool because i have to have a cinder block on top of the steps to hold them in place. Brandon the service guy has text me several times saying he would be at my house that eveningevening or the next and then never show and never call or text. Going on a 3 years and month of waiting for Dolphon pools to finish what they were paid for.My next step will be calling the BBB and filing a complaint.

I bought a new above ground pool from them, worst service ever. Will not give you any idea of how much time for an install, they did lie and say two weeks to seal the sale then continued to lie for another four weeks. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.
