We went in to the store in late May hoping to find many choices. Due to Covid, the stock was quite low. We worked with Eric and he found us a great option and we were able to receive the spa in an amazingly short amount of time. We actually received it about 2-3 weeks AHEAD of schedule. When the spa was delivered we called up Eric and he helped us get it up and running. We have used it several times already and are very happy with our purchase. The product is great as well as the service.

We started our build in November of 2020 and finished March 2021. Every interaction from owner, to construction foreman, to service tech, etc. has been excellent. Everyone was completely attentive to our wants and needs and accommodated any change up that came along. Even the subcontractors were professional, kind and easy to work with. I would recommend a pool build with Fiesta Pools as you will have a beautiful and well build product in the end. Thank you too all the hard workers that made my home a little more fun with this amazing pool.

I had a pool / spa heater go out recently and Doug the service advisor arrived within a few hours of my call. He repaired issue quickly and for a great price. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise in explaining to me the issue and solution. Highly recommend Doug.

When we chose a business to purchase our hot tub we needed a balance of quality, customer service and value; these are difficult qualities to find in one place.We have found this at Fiesta:1. The initial sales experience from Erik wasn’t pushy, he listened to our needs yet he was persistent to help. Also, their attention to cleanliness and social distancing during C-19 was greatly appreciated.2. When we secured our hot tub Erik was still as responsive as before the sale3. They worked with our delivery times4. When they delivered they had to bring the hot tub over a rock dry bed. My wife noticed they took care to ensure the dry looked the same as before they took a hot tub over it. We greatly appreciate this.5. Finally, the continuing education has been appreciated. We don’t have a lot of time and they respect that by being efficient and responsive to our questions.

I thought good customer service was a thing of the past but Tim Armstrong showed me what Great Service really is!The whole experience from beginning to end couldn’t have been better! He was knowledgeable and honest. Felt good about being their and trusted him right off. He sure didn’t disappoint me. I had a timeline I needed it done and he didn’t let me down.Then came installation day. His team pulled up On Time and went right to work. They each one had a job to do and got it done. They visited with us told us what they were doing and why and I felt good that they were the ones who came. Even acted like they were having fun doing it while they worked but focused at what they had to do! Without a doubt one of the best investments we have ever made. Our spa fits our needs perfectly. Sales staff listened to our needs based on our lifestyle and directed us to the perfect spa, not the most expensive. Coming up on 1 year and still no regrets at all. Nothing better than slipping out on the patio to relax when the spa is 103 degrees inside, and the outside temps are in the twenties. Service after the sale has been quite good to date also.

We had a primary pump motor fail during the cold season. We keep pool open year round and rely on the system anti-freeze mechanisms but the pump is the center of it. We called on Friday afternoon and the person was so helpful cross referencing a pump motor that they had in stock!! This saved the day as freezing temperatures were coming up in two days and we were running again in 24 hours. Without the conscientious agent support we got, this could have been a disaster. Well done Fiesta!

Been doing business with this company for about 15 years now. The staff has always been helpful And honest every time I’ve been in the store. I had an issue with a spa that I bought 8 years ago. I called the store and the service manager asked some questions as to what it was or wasn’t doing. He disagnosed the issue over the phone and I was able to remedy the issue myself without a service call. They could have easily charged me a service call and “fixed” the issue. Just another example of the integrity of the staff. Thank you Fiesta for your dedication to customer service through the years.

Fiesta has done an exceptional job of service support for our Hot Springs tub. We started having problems when the ACE salt system failed and our tub sat unfilled and unused for more than a year. We contacted Doug a Fiesta and he sent John up to Grove where we live to fix a leak. John did an excellent job and we hoped all would be well, but other problems surfaced. We had a leak from an impeller shaft and a leak from a light and some problem with the heater. John made two more trips up to Grove to repair the problems and we talked several times with Doug. He was very patient and helpful in diagnosing what might be wrong and taking steps to fix it. We were charged only a single trip/mileage charge and the rest of the repairs were covered under warranty. I am a great fan of Hot Springs and particularly Doug and John at Fiesta! They did a great job and I think anyone should feel comfortable dealing with Fiesta for purchase of a Hot Springs tub and service on the tub. My thanks to both Doug and John for outstanding service!Rich

We have been customers of the Sheridan store for about 10 years now. Elizabeth is awesome with the chemicals and always knows how to solve the problem and get us back on track. We always refer our friends and family to Elizabeth for the chemical needs. There is no one better. We love the new store. The only problem is the music is too loud. It was very dificult to have a conversation. About 3 years ago, we purchased our new pool from Erik. We have had issues with it since it was installed and have had numerous conversations with Erik about it and he always promises to get it fixed. Well, it has never been fixed and now we are paying someone else to come in and fixed it. I will not ever purchase any thing from Erik again. Huge disappointment.

Highly recommend Fiesta Pools on 21st Street. Ask for Brad he will test your water and make sure you have the correct chemicals to have a crystal-clear pool. Thanks to Brad I can completely take care of my pool without any issues. Water is crystal clear using my weekly Bio Guard products.

Customer service in the retail portion of their store is five stars, their Service/Maintenance part of their operation is a two star. Will go back there to purchase pool supplies but will never have service performed on my pool by this company again.

This is my second year coming to fiesta pools and spas. They are always so helpful. Scott is amazing with explaining what to do. If they dont have it the will find someone who does. This year Im having problems with tadpoles they knew exactly what to do.Highly recommend!!

Well just came from Fiesta Pools on 21st ST for the first time, I had heard some stories but figured I’d give them a shot since their right down the street from me, don’t know if this had anything to do with the experience but I was still in my work clothes so I wasn’t dressed to impressed you could say.... A gentleman behind me (business professionally dressed) waiting as was I plus I came in a minute or two before he did, there were other patrons being helped when I got there, when the next attendant came available he looked past me to the gentleman behind me and asked him what he could help him with (I intentionally stood there as I was in front of who was behind my 6 foot 4 figure as though I was invisible) maybe I should have gone home and changed into better clothing, none the less I will NOT EVER be going there for that experience again...Thank you Fiesta Pools on 21st Street, you guys should list your preferred customer specifications on your door so others like myself will know we are not welcomed, point taken exceptionally clear....... I wish there was a no star option

I have a weird set up for my pool and was referred to Fiesta today. While they didnt have the exact part I need (turns out no one has it locally), Brad was incredibly helpful in telling me what to look for in my quest for something to do the job. He gave me direction in what I needed and that was such a huge help! Ill definitely be coming back here!

Fiesta installed a new in-ground pool for us. Amazing process from start to finish. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Entire staff was very professional and worked WITH us from start to finish.

We used Fiesta for our inground pool build in Owasso during spring 2019. With historical rainfall Fiesta was able to work their magic and have my family enjoying our investment just in time. I have personally dealt with everyone from the hired laborer to the owner and all have gone out of their way to make sure that the end product turns out to be what we want. I am an engineer so tend to be more detail oriented that the majority of their customers. They listened and either explained or addressed any concerns I had. I continue to use them to test my water at the 21st Street location. The staff are always welcoming and help in any way needed. If I have a question they will answer or find someone who can. I highly recommend Fiesta because they stand behind both thier work and most importantly they stand behind their work!

Travis and the gang down at Fiesta are great to work with and get the job done. I live in Muskogee and they came down and put in a whole new pump, filter and salt water system and it looks and works great. Highly Recommend.

Im so disappointed by Fiesta Pools and Spas. We bought a spa recently from the store on 21st St. Put the deposit down in late December as we were purchasing a new home in January. It needs some remodeling work and a new spa was part of the plan. Got closed and finally had the spa delivered last week. Service has been nothing but a series of lies. We made several calls and store visits over the past 2 months to make sure we were ready for delivery day. We were reassured that we needed to have power ready to the box that we were given. Delivery and installation were scheduled and we were told how everything would be setup, instructions given on usage and care, etc. We were told weekends we an option. As it turns out, that was not the case. Had to be a weekday. I asked about how long it takes since my husband and I both work. 2 hours tops. We were told wed be the first delivery - pick up the spa when the warehouse opens at 9 and be at our house for delivery by 10, all finished by noon. I rearrange schedules to make that work. About 10 on day of delivery, I get a call stating that theyll be there closer to noon since they are just getting started on their first delivery. He then proceeds to tell me the 10-12 is only a window, which is definitely not how it was explained. They finally show up and place the space where I direct them. Delivery guys were nice, but had no idea what I was talking about when I asked who was hooking it up. Called the store and asked to speak with our salesman about the set up that was obviously not happening. Other salesman, confirms that our salesman tells people that setup is included. Finally spoke to our salesman who argued with me and my husband that we have to call our own electrician to hook it up. Asked him how we would know that we had to have an electrician onsite the day of delivery. He clearly said they would deliver, install, and set up for usage. How can they do that if there is no electrician as part of the install? I was LIVID!! If we had been given appropriate instructions, we would have been prepared. Ive since gotten my spa hooked up. Other than the brochure the deliver guy left, I have no idea what I should be doing. Thankfully, my husband and I are smart enough to read and figure this out on our own. But, I need a pool company to open and maintain my new pool and someone to maintain my new spa. It will NOT be Fiesta. Your salesman say whatever they want to make a sell but have no intention of actually providing service. As a realtor, I get asked for recommendations all the time. I will ensure my clients know that they should avoid Fiesta at all costs. Your service is a series of lies. I cannot image how youve made it in business this long.
