We picked out white Versa-loc blocks for a retaining wall. The salesman told us they were more expensive for the white color because white cement was used. They were delivered and were a mixture of grey and tan, no white. Before letting them be unloaded, I called in. The salesman said they just looked whiter in the showroom. I then spoke to the supervisor informing him this was not what we had picked out. He gave me a another song and dance about what I had picked out was a mixture of three different colors. I was never told it was a mix and the sample did not indicate a mix of tan and grey. I asked 4 different times if the blocks were going to be white and on all 4 occasions I was told yes. They charge 20% restocking fee and it states “ No cash refund”, also a $150 delivery fee. Not much choice but to accept delivery. Very disappointed. The blocks are not white like the floor room sample.
