I have shopped at both of their locations and the service was just outstanding at both. Just recently I was needing a new set of luggage so I went to the Utica Square Location. The gentleman helping me went above and beyond to help me find the right set for my family. I can tell this is a set that we will have for a really long time. It is great quality & stylish. He was very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. I even ended up getting a kids suitcase for my daughter. It is adorable. It is really hard to find great service these days it seems, so it was so nice to be in a store where they wanted to help and actually knew about the products. I will definitely return to this store, as a matter of fact, Im going there this afternoon to pick out something for my dad and husband for fathers day. I would highly recommend you check this store out.

I went into the store with very specific requirements for luggage. The owner(presumably) spent over an hour assisting me and ensuring I got what I needed. Bonus: she was a former travel agent and knew all tsa size requirements for carryons on various planes. She was great, I will certainly be back and recommend this place to anyone
