My husband and I love this place! The vibe is happy and chill...none of that weird, awkward high pressure sales stuff. Its super clean and they have a great selection. Ask for Edward. We tried the mail order bed-in-a-box thing a couple times and determined it was a long, drawn out process of trial & error that did not work for us. For our needs, its better to try them in person! We recently purchased a king mattress there. I called ahead and spoke with Noah who was pleasant on the phone and who waited on us when we were at the store. We were looking specifically for a mattress without memory foam as those sleep hot for us. Noah explained what was available. He was not at all pushy, but rather answered our questions and directed us to what we wanted. At the point of sale, he was thorough in explaining their return policy and the discounts we were receiving. He arranged for delivery which included removing our old mattress. One of the things we noticed during our visit was that the other two salesmen, Edward and Gabriel were also personable and helpful. When we had a question about a previous purchase, Noah said he would need to look up the answer on another computer and so one of the others did that while Noah was still working on our order. It is always heartening to see team work and especially knowing they are working on commission. Also, it is a good feeling to shop and buy locally supporting our community.
