I absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress or bed. I had all of my questions answered. Joey, went above and beyond to get us hooked up with what we needed. Not to mention all the beds were so cozy. I found the perfect one just for me and my needs.

Our salesman was knowledgeable, and explained all of the available options. My daughter liked the purple 3 mattress of course at a cost of $2,700. Salesman informed us of o e which had been returned for $900 less. We ended up purchasing this option.

Wont recommend you better off by buying at Mathis Brothers or online where it is corporate. I had a very bad experience; I wasnt prepared to let they pull the wool over my eyes when we got something of lower quality than what they have on the showroom. If you believe they gave you a great deal think twice, else you venture into the den of lions.

I had a GREAT experience with Rachel at the Tulsa Southeast Store. She was able to assist me in a timely fashion. Gave me time to make a Decision without feeling rushed. Answered all my questions and was able to include little bites of extra info which was helpful. I previously purchased a good mattress 3 years ago but needed to switch and she ended up helping me find an even better choice that fits what I need! The warranty backed up what they said!Also delivery was set up quickly and the guys were very prompt and professional!Overall good experience!I purchased a Beauty rest hybrid.

Make sure you know what you want when going there so you dont have to deal with sells associates providing wrong information. Wont recommend at all go to corporate website where you get better deals not available at this store because it is a franchise.

If I could put no stars I would. Horrible customer service. We paid $40 to have our mattress delivered. When we received it the mattress sagged on both sides. It looked like there was a metal piece that went down the middle of the bed. My 80 pound daughter couldn’t lay down on it without falling off of it. We called them the same day it was delivered. They said they would refund for the mattress but we would have to pay a restocking fee of $29 and a pickup fee of $39. That bringing our total cost for a mattress we don’t have to $110. It wasn’t our fault that their product was damaged. I don’t know of any other company that I have ever done business with that would do this. So my suggestion is to stay away from this place. Unless you like throwing your money away.

Do not buy an expensive queen size poster pedic mattress, I had hoped that spending that much money it would be more comfortable but I was wrong, I paid $2,800.00 with the motor that raises the mattress up and down so that it would make it easier for me to read, etc. my bed quit working so I called them and was told I would have to pay for all services to figure out the problem and pay for any parts and labor, when I purchased it I was told I had a warranty that would take care of parts and labor for at least 10 years, I’ve only had it for about 6 years. Very disappointed in their services and products.

Marlon was awesome. Great, attentive salesman who gives it to you straight and with absolute honesty. We found our mattress with a solid deal on an adjustable base, same day delivery and was in and out in 30 minutes.

My son and I braved the storms to visit because my husbands and my bed has definitely seen better days! I came in your store today at 2:18, loog for an adjustable king bed foundation. A salesmangreeted my husband and I. I explained what we were looking for. He informed us of the one on sale right know. My husband ask if that was the only one that you all had. We wereinformed that it would be the cheapest at this time. Here is were my problem comes in.We just recently brought a whole king size bed from your store and I paid less than the 1,485 that he was trying to sale the foundation for. I feel that he did not exhibit good customer service by saying the store did not have a cheaper frame. When on Mattress firm website they offer one as low as 499. Iam very disappointed in the treatment that we received today. We came in ready to do business but were met by someone trying to rip us off.

Had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm! Everyone was lovely but Louie in particular went above and beyond. We had some issues with our mattress when it arrived (not the stores fault) and he fixed them promptly, cheerfully, and effectively! What more could you ask for? Give them a shot--youll be glad you did.

Fantastic place of business!! If you are looking for friendly staff that want to help you get the mattress you want this is the place to go! We had some issues with Wells Fargo and Louie went above and beyond to help us out. He and the other man working both answered questions for us. These guys know their stuff!! Yasamin helped me out immensely—I just moved to Tulsa during the Covid situation and had no bed. She was extremely friendly and knew everything I wanted to know about all the mattresses she showed me. She was never pushy or trying to upsell me—although I ended up getting the mattress at the very top of my budget anyway, due in large part to her hand choosing a few models that fit my needs and picking a mattress that ended up being absolutely perfect for me.I would recommend going to Mattress Firm asking for her specifically if you are in the market for a new mattress and want to shop locally. My husband and I were in search of a mattress and decided to stop by to initially look at prices. We were immediately met at the door by a SHOPPER STALKER, a person that meets you at the door before you can even see the merchandise and then proceeds to follow your every move. As we were leaving he FOLLOWED us back to the entrance and held the door open as if to say get out! I cant explain how annoying and irritating this was. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO DO THIS!!

Went in with NO intention of purchasing a mattress, I had done some on line research and just needed to test a few options out that I was considering. I gave Todd specific instructions as to what I need to lay on... He didnt hold my anterior motives against me ( Im sure he got the idea). Driving into work this morning and a truck came roaring up on me. As it changed lanes to pass I notice it has Matress Firm plastered all over it. Truck then proceeds to tailgate another car before turning into a gas station area a few moments later. Truck decided it was best to squeal tires in making it around the turn. This was in Tulsa, OK on 71st street at roughly 9am on 3/15/18. Truck was traveling west bound coming from 169 area. Your driver is going to hurt someone and at the very least poorly represents your brand.Edit:Thank you for the response. I appreciate you following up.

Purchased a new Sealy king over the Labor day weekend. The Mattress Firm crew was amazing. We got a great deal and free delivery to Claremore. They answered all our questions effectively and we were most grateful to them for not being overbearing salesmen. Nothing worse than a used car salesman.

Awaiting its arrival.....Update:We received our new Tempur-Pedic bed, and after 2 weeks or so Im getting acclimated to it, Im finally able to sleep through the night in it three or four times a week...I cant wait to see how well Im doing and the next few weeks...!After all, Im already doing better that I was before I got my new Tempur-Pedic bed!

The mattress you choose from testing them on the showroom floor is not the type of mattress you receive when you drive to their warehouse to pick one up. I choose a soft one and received one that is very firm.
