Kenton was knowledgeable so all of my questions were answered. I had so many mattresses in carts on different websites, and I just felt like I needed to feel the mattrees for myself. So on a whim I went into the store. While Kenton talked me through the different firmness levels, materials and sleeping styles, I realized that what I thought I knew from the websites was wrong. I had taken all of the sleep style quizzes and they were wrong. So thank you, Kenton because my purchase will be here tomorrow and the experience of buying it Was a great I have no anxiety about what I spent my money on. The prices are what your budget can handle.

My overall exsperience was good and very friendly. Only thing is I was told one price over the phone assuming it was for the entire set. I came in and was totally different. My only suggestion is when talking to a customer over the phone explain you pay a price for each piece. So the customer knows exactly what to expect.

You know when things happen for a reason, but it takes time? Surprisingly, this is one of those times. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a specific Stearns and Fosters mattress. The ultimate plush pillow top! It feels like you’re on a cloud, but it’s always over my price range. I’m a teacher and I figured this would never happen. YEARS later, I met Vincent who just happened to work at Mattress Firm, and he has my mattress for half the price!!!! I about died! He was awesome and helped me out. When I went down to “just look, not to buy” Alex knew who I was, took me straight to it and let me try it out. (I could hear the angels!) Not only did I leave with the mattress I never thought I could own, but it’s adjustable and has a messager!!! Alex and Vincent were awesome and I owe them so much for making this happen for me!! ❤️

Because of Matt we will be back! Back in Nov 2019 Della sold us a bill of goods but Matt helped to right he wrong. We bought 2 new twin mattress and a mattress that had been returned clearance. The clearance mattress was a pillow top twin for marked down to $99 and I thought I was getting a great deal for 3 mattress, mattress pads and delivery for about $350. When they got delivered I was bamboozled! The clearance mattress was not what I agreed to! It was some cheap lump of a mattress worth, at best $20. Side note- there are NO RETURNS on clearance items. They set the mattresses up so quick and efficiently that by the time they were gone is when I realized it was the wrong mattress. I called right away to talk to Della about the mixup. They said she was working in the BA location for the day but she would be back the next day. So I called the next and she wasnt there. I called about 4 times to fix the issue but never connected with her. I assumed I was screwed and I gave up especially since no returns on clearance items. I went back to the store yesterday, before the deadline to exchange the twins for full size mattresses. After explaining to Matt, new store manager, he said he would call his area manager and call me back. Within an hour he called me back and we worked out some options. Im still stuck with the mattress I didnt order but at least I was discounted on the new mattresses I upgraded to. Bottom line-Della dont promise things you cant guarantee. Matt continue to care about your customers because you take care of us and we will take care of you!

First time in and I was not impressed. Those were not that clearance of prices. I found A bed that i truly liked but they still wanted $1,100 which the original price was only $200 more. Thats not a true clearance. the variety of mattresses were not great. The clearance deals are better through the main mattress firm site than through the clearance center. Look somewhere else for brand variety and price point.

The selection was good. The prices were high. Do not finance through this company. The finance companies they use charge huge fees. The service was horrible. Was guaranteed delivery on a certain day, however they were unable to make delivery due to unforseen circumstances with the delivery people. They called to reschedule delivery. I thought they meant the following day, but I found out that it would be two days later. I cancelled my purchase and went to a different dealer and got same day delivery on a better mattress at a lower price.

I needed a mattress delivered last minute and Yasamin helped me find just what I needed. No hassle and no headache. I highly recommend this place!

Noah did a great job helping me out. Went in looking for a mattress I saw on Facebook. They didnt carry it but found an even cheaper mattress that was very comfortable. Not sure how it compares to the other one I was looking for, but no complaints so far in what I ended up buying. Didnt try and force anything on me and actually came in well under budget. He even loaded it up for me and tied it down. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes probably.

Not very professional, they had a homeless man laying outside the loading area. I asked that they say something to him but nothing was said, we loaded up while he watched and Derrek went inside. How uncomfortable. Just use a different store.

From the moment you walk in to this place to the moment you leave, youll leave with such an amazing feeling that youre so glad you came.I was pre-approved for a mattress set a few months ago, but got cold feet and changed my mind. I came back tonight 30 minutes prior to closing not knowing if I could get the same deal, better or if I even still qualified.Met salesman, Todd Galli who kindly walked my wife and I through the process once again. Todd was extremely respectful, patient, and professional. Todd was also highly educated on the products and the science behind them.Long story short, Todd ran my application to see if the previous company would approve us once again, but they rejected and they even asked for more money per month. We were very dissapointed. I was about to walk out when Todd said he would try with another loan company.We gave it a shot and they approved us at 0% interest for 24 months at 50% less money per month than what the previous company offered a few months ago.With a baby 👶 on the way, we really needed a better nights rest and we found it at a lower price at Mattress FIRM on Riverside in Tulsa, OK.But it would never have happened without Todds help!!The store closed at 8:00pm and I was there past 9:30pm.
