Great experience from greeting Marshall to walking out the door. Marshall was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Walked in needing a mattress with an idea of what we wanted. Completed total process and walked out the door within an hour.

The manager on duty was very helpful. I had him talk to my handyman who is putting this bed together. He direct me in the right direction. While the store did not have any king size bed frames he went ahead and sold me one for Friday pick up. It is supposed to be on the truck this Friday. Im very happy with the outcome. Me wife and child stopped in to the tulsa hills location with a buying on our minds. We searched far and wide, long and far for the mattress we envisioned in our dreams. Disappointment after disappointment at other stores had us feeling hopeless and down. The stop the Mathis sleep center quickly changed that, a wave a relief washed over my body when I found out they had the mattress I wanted was in stock. A total enjoygasm in my mind the second I left. The prices were beyond fair for the luxurious mattress we just bought. We were able to get the fluffy night night head resters at a discount as well. Cant beat that with a baseball bat. Clean store, extremely knowledgeable and helpful bed aficionados. Will definitely be back.With all my warmest regards.

Are awesome I told they I had a set amount an I got a bed, pillows, an sheets right at 1500 they were super nice and they delivered it for free!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a bed. I actually don’t think I’ll be needing another bed for some years to come!!!

Simon was great he answered all our questions didn’t rush us and helped us understand the value of the Tempur Pedic mattress and the options. Mathis had great mattress brand options and many models to choose from. Our salesman Marshall was very knowledgeable and patient as we kept trying the options until we found the right fit. Plus, they had a great sale on the base of the bed we ended up choosing. It ended up being a lot easier than I expected

Customer service was excellent. I told her I was short on time and had specific needs for my mattress and she found me a mattress almost immediately that fit them, and she helped me tie it down to the car. I was in and out in 15min with a new mattress that my kid loves sleeping on.

Our sleep consultant Shannon started out good but then walked away from us after a few beds and never came back. We left and purchased our bed from a different company.

My experience with the Mathis Sleep center today was quite satisfying. My wife and I arrived with a set of priorities which we conveyed. We were presented with a number of options which we discussed and came up with a pleasing selection. The delivery time and date will be quite satisfactory. Sales associates were courteous, informative, friendly, and flexible.

Bought Temperpedic. Used two months. Too hard. Called 800 number to set up exchange. Number did not work. Called direct line to set up exchange. Spoke to secretary. Never received call back from the man in charge. Called store where I bought mattress. They got him to return my call. He arranged the exchange. Charged me the $199.00 exchange fee and another $200.00 due to some price increase. Cost over $400.00 to exchange the mattress. Do not trust Mathis Brothers!

I went to Mathis and knew exactly what I wanted from looking online. The store associates were very high pressure and wanted me to buy something else. I guess maybe they get paid commission and wanted me to buy something more expensive. I don’t know. I bought what I came for and I am very happy with my purchase. I would suggest not letting the associates pressure you into purchasing something or making you feel bad if you buy something for less than what they try and sell you.

Bought a king INTELLIbed mattress and two level-5 Tempur-Pedic bases... a large purchase for me but well worth it. My wife and I are not small people and our old mattress had been with us for 18 years. Our lower backs were always hurting and neither one of us ever got a good nights sleep. Weve had the new setup now for less than a week and the change in the quality of our sleep is really incredible. I have no more lower back pain and my wifes is getting better by the night. My wife started dreaming again while sleeping while I sleep so hard that half the nights I dont even wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I wake up an hour before my alarm goes off and Im ready for the day. Its like a special treat to go to bed about 30 minutes early, position the bed, and turn on the head and foot massagers and let it just melt us into the bed.There have been a few setbacks, which is why its not a 5-star but Id give them 4.5 stars. Syncing both bases was impossible until I got a picture of the process (since we didnt get a sync cord); thats fixed now though. The only other thing is the zero-gravity button doesnt work on either remote control (a major feature of the base) but we are going to have a service person out to resolve that issue. We can use the remote to adjust the different positions to simulate what we think is zero-gravity until the button preset is fixed. Part of what sold us on this purchase was knowing how the company will stand behind their product. Overall, I would recommend this bed, base, company, store, and our salesman (Shannon Ortman).Id say the bed does sleep a little warm but not bad, I wouldnt shy away over it. I do NOT wake up sleeping in a gully because the bed heated up and sank in. Originally we were interested in a Purple mattress. Purple came out of INTELLIbed, the original is far better so if you like Purple, youll really like INTELLIbed. The medical-grade materials used to make this hybrid mattress do not smell either; that was a major concern for my wife because she has a very sensitive sniffer. If you can afford to finance or outright buy this setup, I recommend investing in your sleep quality and comfort. We added the 10-year 100% covered warranty on the bases. I dont remember how long the mattress is rated for (15, 20, 25 years?) but whatever it is, Ill be very happy with it.

Went in, bought a mattress and adjustable bed frame on a Saturday. On Tuesday, the delivery guys showed up with a mattress but no frame. They said something must have been input incorrectly on the order and we needed to call the store. Weve called numerous times...no one picks up. We leave messages...no one calls us back. We call the Mathis Brothers Customer Service Center and they call the store...no one answers. The Customer Service Center emails the store to call us...no one calls us. It shouldnt be this difficult to reach an employee who can be helpful.Should have just bought something on Amazon. When you contact their customer service, action is immediate and overwhelmingly in the favor of the customer.~~Update: As you can see below, the Sleep Center responded. I did as they asked and surprise, surprise...NO ONE HAS CALLED. So, I went back to the store. They claimed the volume levels on the phones must have been turned down as the reason for not answering my calls. I scheduled the delivery for the frame and was assured a manager would be contacting me to make things right. I have received no phone call. On the frame delivery, I emphasized a 15 minute before arrival phone call. We were told that would happen on the first delivery and they showed up an hour early without a phone call. Well, in truly consistent fashion... an hour early on the re-delivery and no phone call. It was pure luck anyone was home.Honestly, I am dumbfounded by this company. I cant understand why they wont communicate with customers.

I had reviewed the products online before entering the store, so I knew exactly what I wanted. When I walked in, I was quickly approached by DC who was very helpful and pleasant. He helped me load the mattress set in the back of my truck and the whole process was complete in less than an hour. I am very pleased and would recommend anyone to shop here!

The salesman knew nothing about the products. Every question I asked he was giving wrong answers and couldn’t explain anything. Luckily I was able to use my phone and google some of the stuff I wanted to buy.

We worked with DJ to get a twin mattress for my 2 year old. He was awesome! He made the process completely painless. We had a physical problem and needed a mattress that would help coping with that problem. However we chose the wrong mattress, and needed to trade the one we chose for another. We were able to up grade with no problems and very understanding customer service. D.C.Sellers was our salesman and a wonderful person to deal with. We are very, very happy with our new mattress and happy with the way we were treated. Or physical problems remain but our comfort has greatly improved.

We bought a new mattress and box springs in January of this year, we were unsure about how firm of a mattress that we wanted. The sales person told us that was no problem that if we were not satisfied with the firmness of the mattress that we could exchange it at no cost, we were ask to at least try the mattress for 30 days before we ask for an exchange. We went in on Sunday the 23rd of February and ask to exchange the mattress for a softer one, we were told that they would exchange it but that it would cost us and additional $199.00 to do so. To say the least we are upset about this after spending over $2100.00 on a mattress and box springs. We also were to get a free pillow with the mattress purchase, but were told that they were out of stock and that they would be in in a few days, more than four weeks later we were notified that the pillow was in.

They showed up in the window time frame they said they would & QUICKLY put our bed together. They were nice & even offered to help move the old bed upstairs.

Professional, and exceptional quality as well with very educated crew on their mattresses.

Dc was great so were the delivery guys. The bed we ordered was on back order and DC had options and was prompt and efficient in communicating with us.

Impressed by our experience here. We haven’t had our bed delivered just yet but I know we will be happy with it. Steve was great, did not pressure us at all and had answers for any question. We had done our research before hand and tried out different mattresses at a few other places so we knew what we were looking for, wanted to stop here and be sure and try them out again and ended up purchasing the Tempurpedic Contour Elite Breeze plus adjustable base. 20 year warranty, free delivery and they are taking away our old worn out set.Much happier with the Tulsa Hills store than what we ran into at the other Sleep Center at 71st and 169

0 stars. I will never shop at Mathis Brothers again. The mattress is so uncomfortable I can’t sleep on it. Customer service is rude and they won’t stand behind their products. So I am stuck with an expensive mattress I can’t sleep on, and I have to fix my front door because the delivery guy broke the handle bringing in the mattress that I hate. Just go somewhere else.
