My experience was great. The older gentleman who helped me was just who I needed to talk with. He heard what said, showed me what I wanted answered my questions and was the reason I came back to your store to buy. He was not pushy and was honest about the fact that it may take a little longer then two weeks to be delivered. I understand delivers can take a while longer than it used to take. He explained about the different home delivery prices and was very nice. After talking to him and looking at other mattress stores I came back to your store for my purchase. I would tell others to make sure to check out Mattress Firm if they need help choosing a new mattress. Thank you.

Todd was very helpful and informative. He listened to us and was able to guide us through making a decision with which we are very satisfied. This was the third store that we visited today and we’re certainly happy that we did. The service was superior, the selection was better and the pricing was more attractive. Mr. Todd Galli is a very nice gentleman. I went in looking for an adjustable mattress as the one Id been sleeping on for 5 years the adjustable control had stopped working. I asked him lots and lots of questions about the mattresses I looked at and he kindly answered every single one of them. I appreciate being treated with courtesy.
