Sales professional Todd was what made the dreaded mattress shopping a success for us. The only pro working at the time, he efficiently worked the showroom handling three separate customer groups and none of us felt hurried nor ignored. Perfect temperament for handling varied customer needs and timing. Clean store. Mattress was in stock and scheduled for delivery with previous mattress pickup. Delivery/pickup fee was a little pricey but we did get a fair price on our new mattress.

Our experience with this mattress firm was amazing. Todd helped us pick the perfect bed and made sure it was in our price range & let us do our own thing. Usually I don’t like mattress firms, but this location is an exception!

We went in really not knowing exactly what kind of mattress we needed and Todd showed us all the manufactures and various firmness . He explained the differences between all of them . We settled on a hybrid firm Beauty Rest with the adjustable base . They delivered, set up and took the old mattress away . We are extremely pleased with our purchase . Todd is awesome salesperson .

Keith was so helpful! We shared our needs and he guided us to multiple options and was so patient while we changed our minds multiple times. We even left to think about it for a week and came back to pull the trigger. We definitely could have gotten a cheaper bed in a box online, but we value the investment and will always choose to do business with good people instead of what’s cheapest. Outstanding customer service, you can tell they really value their clients.

They preferred me wearing a mask more than they wanted to sell a mattress. No problem 15min later and I’m loading a mattress from Denver mattress. They must like money more. lol

Todd was SO helpful, not pushy in the least and made sure that we were getting what we truly needed. These are not your normal furniture store people. So happy with the purchase! Bought the mattress and base at 2pm and it was delivered, set up white glove by 7:30pm same day. THANK YOU!

My fiance’ And I were at the end of a long Sunday and looking forward to dinner and a quiet event resting from our fun. On the way to dinner it crossed my mind we had not looked at beds and in fact this would be the 3rd or 4th week we let it slip by AGAIN.I asked Jeanie to look up the nearest mattress store. It was 5:30 and we were hoping there was 30 minutes to knock out a bed decision. We drove over arriving with 15 minutes before the close of business.Jeanie and I (I’m Jeff by the way) walked in the store and there sat 2, 40+ yr old men greeting us happily to have stopped into the store. There are many occasions when I walk into a business and the staff stiffens up and the sales hats are put on. These 2 guys were obviously very confident and knowledgeable about their products because the sequei into how they could help was seamless. Keith got the lucky draw to have us as his customer. I knew pretty much what I wanted and I have purchased far more mattresses than the average person over the last 3 years. Keith was my salesman. He presented products along with benefits. He made comparisons between packages and the advantage/ disadvantages. Keith spoke about warranties and even used an old familiar tool ( cost per use averages) averaging dollars per year spent on the different choices based on warranty and total cost. Keith was aggressive when he needed to be and was quiet when we needed to think. Bottom line. Keith was a very comfortable professional and our buying experience was very nice.The significance of this review. I was 30 minutes from starving to death and Keith made this sale to a hungry, tired, critical professional sales man. I should never have agreed to stop for this purchase but we did and it was worth me telling someone else about it.
