Wow what a wonderful experience! Ive visited many mattress stores in many states and purchased many mattresses over my life, and that was by far my best experience ever! It started off on the right foot when I visited the restroom and it was really, really clean and smelled good! That never happens anywhere except maybe my own house! Next came the best salesperson ever--Alex. I wish he could sell me all things in life, not just a mattress! Gentle and knowledgeable, he just wins! He listened to my needs, considered my price point, and made suggestions. He even gave me a fabulous deal on my selection! Yay Mattress Firm!!! 👍👍👍

Jake was a tremendous help, he answered every question & was specific as to why. Medium over firm bc Im a side sleeper, etc... Made sure I was aware of changes in gel mattresses & showed me options. But he stayed sensitive to my personal needs & budget & zero pressure. I highly highly highly recommend this store and Jake!!

I just recently bought a King sized mattress from Kelci Clark at the Mattress Firm by Barnes and Noble at 41st and Yale. Not only was she super friendly and happy to help, but she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on what made for a good mattress and why. After simply asking me a few quick questions about how I sleep and my price range, Kelci immediately had 4 options that she thought would work best for me. I tried them all and a couple others but the first one Kelci suggested ended up being the PERFECT fit for me. She was not overly pushy, (I hate when sales people are overly pushy) and made the entire process from testing, buying, and setting up a delivery date/time a very quick and pleasant experience. Mattress Firm was the first store we went in to look at mattresses, ready to fight off salespeople, but had an amazing experience with our salesperson, Hudson. There was no pressure, no hard upselling, just great customer service. We told him that we wanted to think/sleep on it and he never tried to get us to buy that day, only gave us a quote in writing for a GREAT deal so that of we came back and got another salesperson or went to another location, that price would be honored. Needless to say, it was such a great deal and their financing was so easy we came back 30 minutes later and bought the mattress we wanted. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

Terrible service. Even though thete is a bathroomthey refused to let us use it. My sister fell on the uneven sidewalk walking elsewhere to use the bathroom. Afterwards the sales person, Josh was rude and unhelpful. There was also a man fixing the door who smoked right at the entrance causing it to smell like cigarettes in the store during our visit.

Darcel was very knowledgeable and anwered all our questions and was not at all pushy or hovering over us she allowed us to look around... we looked at other stores and did not receive the level of service and respect that we did at mattress firm.. i will recommend this store to all of my friends and family... thank you matress firm for having such friendly and knowledgeable staff.. i will shop with mattress firm again..
