Love the staff! Always helpful. And made a great environment for me to shop.
Came in to try to sell an old (but in incredible condition, mind) airsoft gun of mine. To be fair, they said they dont normally buy them, and they took the time to get into contact with the manager. However, during the solid hour I had to wait on this, I had time to look at their rental and purchasing prices. About $40-$50 to rent, and a gun just like mine but for the years going for $250 on the wall. Since I had all the accessories and it was in perfect, working order, they said the best they could do was $30. Thats maybe an eighth what I paid for it, and Im reasonably sure the charger cost more than that; hell, Im sure I could scrap it for parts and get more than $30 worth of materials and components. From this, I can either conclude that they were trying to rob me, or everyone else who comes in
All in all, it was a good experience. I almost left empty handed. I went there looking for a scope for my pellet rifle. I have a nice scope but it didnt have the proper mount. After both attendents couldnt help, I said thanks, and turned to leave. A manager in the back overheard and came out and said to use a mount adapter, that they happened to sell. It was a little pricey ($30) but allowed me to use my nice scope and not have to spend $150 on a good 1-4x or 2-7x scope. Id give them 5 stars but I think because they almost lost a $100 sale due to not knowing their own stores inventory. I also bought a new battery for my Airsoft rifle and a battery converter to go from tamiya to deans. I didnt plan on buying either of those things when I went to the store.
A decent Airsoft store. Good location and staff is fairly friendly. The prices are pretty steep and the products they carry in stock are “eh”. I try to support local but when they try to sell me something for $150 when I can get the same product online for $100, it’s hard to not save money and buy elsewhere.
Love this store. They have an enormous selection of well built reasonably priced airsoft weapons and accessories. Also they carry a number of other cool items. The employees are super knowledgeable and very helpful and clearly love what they do. They also have a indoor facility for cool weekly tournaments and different formatted games and its a cool place to meet new people that share your enthusiasm and will help you get better and build confidence in your abilities and yourself.I highly recommend checking out the new location on 41st and Sheridan just west of Sheridan on 41st. If you have been there then you know how awesome it is and you need to go back and support this buisness so it can keep bringing us all the cool gear and provide a fun hobby to keep our kids of the streets.👍👍👍 Airsoft of Tulsa
The staff are friendly and helpful its a family and fun atmosphere
Large collection of airsoft guns, parts, and other such items. i enjoyed their knife collection, first store ive seen to sell switchblades/spring powered knives
Bought airsoft gun for my kid only to find out they take the accessories that come with it to sell separately. Why?
If you do not know about airsoft do not come here because they will push bad and over priced products on you until you buy them.and the worst part is that they take advantage of someone’s lack of knowledge.they will also teach the incorrect of cleaning your guns.the only good thing that I remember about this place is the indoor field staff who where actaully pretty nice.however I do not recommend buying from here because off how expensive the things are like they sold me a 100$ gun for 140$ and then sold me an extra magazine which actaully costs 24$ but the gave it to me for 50$ and I had to waste about a month until they finally even gave it too me
I ordered a gun from the website and no tracking information was given to me. A month has passed and nothing. I emailed them 4 times and no response. I called them so many times but they usually say the same thing. “Try the other store” it’s been my 6th time calling them and I’m to the point of refunding my purchase.
Always friendly staff decently priced, 10 put of 10 would recommend
I needed a place to air up a pcp air rifle. They didnt have a compressor that could assist with this, but the young men working the counter were a big help getting me the information on a local business that took care of what I needed. The Airsoft store was clean and well lit. It appears they have an excellent selection of air soft equipment and are ready and happy to help.
The New ref at outdoor field clearly does not know how games work and power trips while he is there. Telling people they have to take a knee or everyone is going home with no refunds and playing gamemodes where people have to sit out for a majority of playtime. When being asked questions about game rules or how to play he becomes rude and hateful when new players (children) asked where spawn is he gave them the silent treatment then yelled Do you not know how to listen never answering the question before sending kids alone into the woods This used to be a community with wonderful people and massive games and now its a group 20 people who show up. Sad to see it go and never had anything but good to say for the company but with this new guy running outdoor all players agree why it is dying off.
Always good enjoy the indoor field
Edit: money was refunded.Ordered a rifle on their website 4 weeks ago. No tracking information given. Tried to contact through email 2 times and no response. I tried Facebook and no response. It was a $123 rifle. Id of at least like a refund if youre not gonna mail what i paid for . I dont even live in Oklahoma, but it seemed like the best option. Boy was i wrong.
Spent a lot of money on airsoft gun and drove home which is a hour and a half away and have had a lot of problems. They do not do cash refunds a n d they are pretty expensive
Dont ever buy anything from here, you can get everything on Amazon cheaper... bought my son a $200 gun it lasted for 4 games, and then charge me $30 to take it apart and not put it back together... there is absolutely no customer appreciation of the hundreds and hundreds of dollars that Ive spent there they just lost a very good customer over 230 bucks.......
Bought my son a gun there which he didnt like and didnt shoot properly - they failed to tell us that they didnt do refunds. Then I gave them the gun back and got a credit in the store because its the only option we have. they told me they would call me when a different gun came in and they never have yet, a month later. I called today to check up on it and this is the second time Ive called and been told they they dont know if their manager is in or not and wont put him on the phone. the guy that answered said that he would definitely get back with me today and didnt. Horrible customer service and dishonest employees!! I would never shop there again.
Do not expect them to be helpful if you dont know a lot about airsoft. Expect them to take advantage of that lack of knowledge. Do not go here. You would be better off going ANYWHERE else.
GoodHighly recommend
Tulsa Airsoft is a great place to go and enjoy the game or purchase new stuff. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place to take your kids with safe airsoft guns.Very common environment.A really good family activity.
Friendly people, very knowledgeable, respectful community, all about having fun!
Kaylee was a great help and i recommend you go to her for any service. She is extremely nice and helpful. The staff is nice and helped so much over all. I had a great experience and I plan on going again soon! Kaylee was especially helpful and kind to my kids!
Theyre pretty good theyre pretty good
Fun stuff!
It was great! The people there were so helpful. Wide variety of arms. I personally got the M&P 40 ts and It is very good, will go back some time again!
After realizing they closed the old location we were able to find their store and they had what we needed. Knowledgeable staff.
This is one of the two main airsoft stores in Oklahoma, and as they told me they could install R hop modifications into airsoft replicas, I decided to bring one of my guns there. While they took a short while to reply to emails, about a day or so, they were fairly polite, and the staff at their store were quite nice and happy to see me. Talkative too, it seemed obvious that they had a passion for airsoft. I brought one of my guns, a Wolverine MTW, along with several parts to be installed and modified. Its a very well documented procedure, and well known by everyone who has been an active part of the airsoft community. When I picked up my gun, it seemed to work fine at first. I fired a handful of shots at their store to test it, using their own ammo. It wasnt until I got to the first game I attempted to use it at that things went wrong. It kept jamming, and I couldnt even bring it on the field because it wouldnt even fire five shots without jamming, and would continue to jam every time I cleared it.I brought the airsoft rifle home and opened it up to see if one of the parts was faulty, and what I found was something entirely different. The internals they worked on consisted of a barrel, a hopup chamber, a bucking, an R hop patch, and a nub, all of which I provided. They threw away the high quality nub I provided and used a cheap piece of rubber instead of modifying part of the hopup chamber. Modifying the chamber for the nub I provided is an expected and integral part of the installation. They put the R hop patch on the barrel, but didnt sand it to fit as they were supposed to, nor did they seal it to the barrel. The bucking was not sanded smooth, which is another integral part of the installation, and is what likely caused the jamming. They also didnt glue the bucking down to the patch, which is also an important step, but not as much as properly fitting the patch and sanding the bucking. The work they did even cause a small chunk to be torn out of the R hop patch, destroying it.I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking I may have gotten an inexperienced technician, and politely messaged the store about my complaint. While their responses were polite and professional, they refused to refund the work, which anyone who has even read about the procedure would instantly see that something was horribly wrong with. They then either lied, or were mistaken, saying that the tech installed all of the parts provided. This was clearly not the case, as they threw away the hopup nub and substituted their own instead of modifying the hopup to fit the nub, as is standard in the procedure.I then began asking around, and reading reviews from others. It turns out that Airsoft Tulsa is notorious for refusing refunds of any kind for incomplete, shoddy, or broken work, and according to many, will go as far as banning anyone who speaks poorly of them or voices their concern from participating at their field or visiting their store. While Im not interested in playing at their field again after the way I was treated, it goes to show what their state of mind is.I feel cheated and deceived. I trusted them as professionals, and they failed to uphold their end of the deal, and breached contract with me. Airsoft Tulsa took advantage of me, thinking that they could get by with work that wasnt even half finished and that I would never know. I saw what they did to the internals of my gun, and it makes me sick to know that not only did they scam $50 off of me, theyre doing it every day to other customers, often children who saved up their pennies for something fun and dont know any better, or their parents who get a smile from watching their kids have fun. They got me, and its pretty clear Im not getting my money back since I paid in cash instead of using a credit card. I dont want anyone else to be hurt by them, so I implore you, take your business somewhere else.
I’ve gone here for quite a while . The people are very professional, very knowledgeable . The store prices are fair. Highly !!! recommend to anybody looking for their products.
Great place only problem is the new people that dont call there hits
The Staff where firing bbs in the store front keeping mags in and sweeping unprotected eyes. Staff was over bearing watching every move. Saw a $20 Springer for sale for $65. Got yelled at for dry firing a gun when all I did was look at the hop up. Unfriendly staff, lack of quality merchandise, and the over priced half day price makes this place a no go.
Prices are fair when looking at it from the perspective of a business. Shane is the big dog in the house doing upgrades whenever needed to my collection, give that man a raise. Flawless work on all of my guns, never had any issues once said upgrade(s) were completed. Have also never had any issues playing at the indoor, that being said Im there every Saturday crowds are nice but have a tendency to get put on semi only. Notably a very well kept facility with good players, good employees, and a good selection of items.
Order wrong seemed to be bothering the manager when I called to complain.
This store is amazing the guys are really nice.I was at the store with my step dad I bought a colt m1911 the gun is amazing. Also the indoor field is amazing I was watching these gameplays on youtube, but the gameplay in person is cool I am going to sign up some day probably in October
One of my favorite ❤ places to go to reasonably priced and convenient so much fun, people come all the time continuously and new people all the time!!!😁
Very knowledgeable staff and enjoyable and engaging.
So much fun. Plus everyone was very polite and friendly. We loved it. Cant wait to go back.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very good customer service and patient with rookie questions.
Love it great staff they were very helpful
Great time!
Wonderful stuff and nice people who know there stuff.
People there are friendly.. Tech Master Shane is extremely well experience in Airsoft stuffs. Do check them out!
People are nice but prices are marked up absurdly, Charged me $54 for a battery that i can get for $22 online, gun was $100 more expensive compared to online. I understand its a business but the markups are just....no thanks.
Great place and great staff! I feel like this place is really under appreciated its not expensive and its a lot of fun for all ages parents included! Just imagine shooting hurtful bbs at your children instead of imagining strangle them at night. Great stress reliever!
We just Love looking, and holding the different guns and, learning more of the History behind each gun!!!Each Salesman are Extremely Knowledgeable, and Very Committed to their Positions!! The Fellas are very easy to speak and interact with!!If you have not been to Airsoft Tulsa, take the time, and just relax, Learning!!! ;).It IS Definitely a place to hang out with your daughter or son, who is interested in Airsoft Guns. These Replicas ARE Original. You have the opportunity to shoot the guns of your choice; right in their Store....Airsoft also has acreage, wherein you play your Airsoft Game(s). At the Field, you may also Rent your Protective Gear. Not expensive.
Johnny the manager is a terrible manager very rude with employees that I noticed. Will not bring back our corporate managers again. Sales guys were awesome. Guns were old and clogged all the time. Would not recommend this place. There are 2 other places to choose from
Good people, great place, ok prices.
Extremely helpful salesmen. Really know what they are talking about, personal experience. won’t try to gouge money out of you, actually trying to increase interest in sport. Salesman Shane W. is very helpful. Great experience, thanks guys. “See you in the wasteland, Shane”
If I wanted to have neckbeards breathing over me as I look at merchandise I would go to an anime convention
Given this field and this staff multiple chances but I cannot say stay away enough. Wouldnt recommend this field though. They price gouge bad on both field time and products. Also never use their tech service they never bothered to align the motor when putting my AEG back together and it ruined the gearbox. Seriously the guns and gear here are way overpriced. I understand some price increases to stay in business as a local business but they actively screw over new players and those who dont know what theyre buying. They obscure and try to hide what brand the guns are and say the guns are upgraded when they are not. Their techs dont understand how to properly align a V2 gearbox motor and claim to shim your gears and they dont. One of the worst airsoft businesses in the industry. They also ban players who are critical of them from the field instead of making improvements.
This review covers both Airsoft Tulsa and Airsoft Tulsa indoor arena. I will first go in detail about the Arena first. Ive played at the Arena for quite some time know, and I can say that the field has always been well setup but there have been times where the rules that are in play arent enforced on the field all the time. Most of the employees try their hardest to enforce them but there are a few that just dont care or pick favorites.Next I will go over the store. One of my first experiences at the store was wonder and excitment at everything they had, and I had bought a G36C that may have been a bit pricey. I later found out that I could have purchased the same gun for 100 dollars less and the same can be said about most of thier products. On the plus side the employees/management there have always been very kind and willing to work with whatever problem you have but when dealing with getting something fixed it has always been a downward slope. One experience is that I had bought a gun from their store and later in the week the gun wouldnt shoot at all. So when I had time I went to the store to try to get it fixed. When I arrived there it worked fine, but this went back and forth for three more times. Every time they worked on it I had to pay for it to be fixed when the store had shot the gun more then I did.As a whole I can say that the employees are very nice and the field is a great place to do pick up games, but there definitely needs to be some work done on the prices and how the staff deals with cheaters at the arena.
Extremely pleasent experience all the way around. Helpful friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Left completely satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely shop there again. Thanks guys!!
Awesome staff super helpful first time ever purchasing an airsoft gun went through them and it was an amazing time. Im extremely picky but they were patient and helped me along with being very generous most stores you dont get that. Prices are beyond fair. Remember purchase local so they can upgrade the fields and make them awesome.
Good guys super friendly they know there stuff
Very friendly and helpful staff! The inventory is incredible! Theyve got everything you could think of for airsoft and more!
So the thing is that The store is a great place great people great guns (very durable) it is just that they are very over priced. I only go here for must need items in a hurry and for there outdoor arena and indoor arena
I like it
Extensive inventory. Awesome store. Great staff. Highly recommended. Lowell and John were very helpful!
I just needed a mab and got guns too
Always something new in stock. Friendly staff that can help you with any questions you have about Airsoft to outdoor sports. Reasonable prices. Love shopping here. They have anything from weapons and gear to clothing and armour, patches etc.... Check out their instagram page to get gun and clothing reviews and new stock.
Really fun time!!
Great selection, but I was not a fan of how the employees try to push products on you.
Attended the elite force sponsored game on may 20, 2018. FANTASTIC! Great AO and games for all ages and experience levels! Admins were very mobile and were quickly addressing safety/cheating concerns. Go check out them boys!!!-cake
The worst customer service period! The Shady management is unbelievable.. Save yourself the headache and order it for a cheaper price off Amazon.
Seriously, this is the best place hands down!! Great store with great staff and awesome prices. I took my boys in there and the staff spent hours patiently and thoroughly explaining everything about airsoft. Even talking anime and ancient swords, all with a friendly smile. Shane also went through the same teaching process with my wife 2 days later without batting an eye.Totally recommend this place for anyone looking to learn about Airsoft or getting involved with the sport
This is a review of the Indoor Airsoft Field. Note: Its not at the same location as the store (almost missed this fact). Wife gave me a groupon gift for this, even though I had never done it before. Sounded fun, so I invited a friend along. Went on a Friday night. Place was crowded when I arrived, even though guy on the phone said they always have extra space. So, didnt feel the need to show up early. Was right on time at 6. Waited 15-20 minutes for a big group to get their guns. They were having a very hard time even providing decent guns to the people in front of us. There were tons of issues with dead batteries, mags not working properly, etc. By the time they got to us, all that was left was one semi-auto gun and a shotgun, which was terrible because you can only do one shot at a time. And, the semi-auto gun wouldnt work, so I kept having to go back out to get it fixed, missing the game. Finally, after they tried virtually everything, I got a shotgun, which was lame. My friend and I didnt feel really part of the action, because everyone else had better guns. We still had some fun, but they really need to get better organized. They clearly werent prepared for that many people to show up and their attitude was like, sorry, you came on the wrong night. Come on Wednesdays. Well, after spending $40 and having a poor experience, I dont think I will. Normally, it would be about $64 for 2 people to play that dont have their own equipment. No money back or voucher was given to me for my poor experience, even though they knew it was and I even told them so at the end (they asked and I was honest). They were nice people, but I dont think this is the right way to do business. On top of all of this, things were pretty unclear throughout and I was often confused about what was going on during the game. Im sure some of those things would be learned through experience, of course. I think that they need to limit the number of players to the amount of decent guns they have, or simply ensure that 50-60 rental guns are working properly before they let people pay and enter. There was a massive amount of time wasted for everyone while they were just trying to patch up enough rental guns to get the game started. Anyway, could have and should have been good, but disorganization and unpreparedness on their part led to a below average experience for my friend and me. They really need to get a better sign, too. I have driven past it so many times and it just blends into the area like its not even there.
Great service!!!!! They made me feel welcomed even though I dont know that much about airsoft guns and how they function on the inside. Also, they even gave me a discount! Go check the store out its worth it.
Shane and Lowell got me hooked up with a good and reliable AK all within a small budget that I had, they had extensive knowledge and knew exactly what I was looking for. This is definitely the go to store for first timer and veteran airsoft players.
Awesome store and great place to start airsoft I got my first airsoft gun a little while back nd it has yet to fail me
Enjoyed this...
Shane was awesome. Customer service top notch.
This was possibly the worst service I ever received. If you decide to make a purchase here, make sure you use a credit card so you can dispute the charges if needed. Their management will refuse any returns even if the product you purchased doesnt fit correctly. I purchased a weaver rail for my Remington 870 shotgun to mount a red dot sight. The hunk of metal had a sticker that said 870 on it and I was assured by sales staff it would fit over the receiver. Well it did not fit, the screw holes did not align properly with the receiver pins and were about 1/8 an inch too wide. They refused to refund my money and said I would need to bring my gun in so a tech can install. Im sorry, but I dont want them touching my gun and attempting to force a screw through a whole which doesnt align. They then told me to come back during the week when the General Manager is there. Im sorry, but Im not ever stepping foot in that store again and will ensure none of my friends do.
Awesome! Lowell and Shane are amazing and helpful!!! Stayed open late just for my kiddo! Always nice and always patient! Thank you!!! The ONLY place to go, shop, learn, and play Airsoft in TULSA!
Guys down airsoft of Tulsa always treat me good. They have great accessories for any types of weapons.
Got a G36 kit with mods Christmas eve. Had a small plastic piece fall out. Turns out the hop up was stress cracked. They were really busy being just after Christmas. Took a little talking but they pulled a new gun out of the box and replaced my broken hop up. I was wondering how this was going to go. I am pleasantly impressed. Thanks guys! Justin (I believe was his name) was a great help.Well its been almost a year, I am sad to say that this place will get ZERO business from me. Had some major issues and got in return? A lot of excuses. Their poor customer service has driven me to the competitor. Which I am happy to report has given me great service and has gotten a lot of business from me.Johnny and his band of little boys can go fly a kite as far as I am concerned.I have even had to listen to them bad mouth other people and their stores. This is very unprofessional.
Had a blast at the Halloween event. Super great staff and friendly other players!
I have been airsofting for 8 years now. And these guys are pretty good at what they do. I bought a gun from them 4 years ago and it still is one of the best I have. The guys also installed a new gear box for me because I used a bigger battery and burnt out my old one. I give them 3 stars because even thought there good at what they do there are a few times I have been in there and I have gotten less than satisfactory customer service. Also I notice the refs at the Indoor place SOME times pick favorites with people they know. Airsoft is more like a game to me and I feel if anyone should invest 100s of dollars into it then they should be treated like everyone else. But overall they are OK at what they do.
Brought my p90 in to get it serviced, had the compressor replaced then decided to take it too the indoor facility later that night to have some fun with it, well about half way through the games my gun locked up and wouldnt fire anymore, the people at the indoor facility were knowledgeable and attempted everything short of rebuilding my gun on the spot. they told me it was under warranty since i had it serviced just that day. so I took it back and they were just as upset as i was, they took it apart and the fixed it at no additional cost. these guys really treat you like a human being.
Had a wonderful experience here. Lowell was an absolute sweetheart.A man of good stature
Being there was like a kid in a candy store. I was surprised by there enthusiasm to help a 13 trying to figure out what to buy if youre looking to start airsoft this is the place
Great people
Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great customer service and repair technicians. They have the biggest selection of airsoft guns with great prices and their indoor field is great for private parties.
I dealt with Shane he explained everything before in detail my purchuse was very nice experience very happy with the service here thanks guys
Best place to buy all the airsoft stuff you need
Prices are bad they take used items from there field that people leave there clean them up slightly and resale them rude management the tech service is terrible and they always lie openly to there customers they do not care about there customers stay away.
The service isnt bad until I look back at it. The staff was very friendly. I bought a jg ak for 190$ because I was told it had been made of full metal besides the polymer furniture. I also bought a lancer tactical flash mag but it broke the first time I used it. I was Very angry because I paid 40$ for a mag that was only 18$on evike and then it didnt even work so I took it back to the store and they replaced it. I headed home and was busy for the next week and a half but when I finally got to try my new flash mag it shot 3 rounds and stopped working so I tried to call the store but they were close ok and so I texted them The hole story but never received a response. I went to the store the next week and they wanted to charge me 15$ to have it fixed even though it still had all the parts and would take 2 minutes to fix. So instead I was an idiot and didnt learn a lesson and bought a 100$ drumb mag that was 55$ on evike . I went to the outdoor game at spring break and 2 parts fell off the ak and it stopped working so I took it apart and fixed it only to find out it was mostly plastic inside Quite contrary to what I was told by the staff. I am going to try to get a partial refund and if I succeed I may change my review.
This place doesnt care about their customers at all. Weve spent hundreds of dollars here and they would rather throw away a customer than do what is right. Their equipment sucks and breaks and they do not stand by it at all. My sons $160 gun that he played 5 games with broke. They had the nerve to not only say it cant we fixed but charge a repair fee of $30. He is a member and since we didnt have the card, wouldnt honor his discount either. Hope that $30 was worth it because we will never be back. We will tell everyone we know not to shop with you.
I think they have excellent service. Even after two hours of browsing, they answered all of my questions. I was very happy with their service.
I started Getting into airsoft about a month ago and the Staff up at AirSoft tulsa has been awesome! I was that customer that had like 1000 questions and they answered every one of them and went over and beyond to help. Highly recommend this place!
Great salesmen very knowledgeable, spent time to explain all my options.
Lowell is awesome. He helped me pre order a new 11.1v lipo after mine was destroyed. Also friendly and helpful. Even helped with ordering a discontinued VFC Mk16 (scar-L)
Great service fun to talk with and talk about airsoft guns great help from the Minnesotan
I recently went in to here and it was a great place. I want to get into airsoft and the employees answered my questions. They had reasonable prices and a good selection of of airsoft sniper rifles.
Kind staff, willing to take the time to explain and pretty decent guns compared to others.
A review of my experience with Tulsa Airsoft. Summary at the end for the lazy.I have uploaded several pictures, the first one of the advertised product, the second of what I pulled out of the box; a bit of a difference to the sharp eyed.Feel: Feels like a real gun. I own an a real AK and while the VSS is lighter (obviously), its heavy enough to feel like you have a kick ass rifle in your hands. The stock is great (minus a slight crack around a rivet), the top cover is a solid metal, the barrel looks quite like a VSS integrally suppressed tube and even has the little rough bit at the end. Feels good.Looks: Yeah, looks like a VSS minus the orange tip. Maybe its because it came from California, maybe not. However, not what they advertised in the picture on their site. I scoured the internet for a VSS not out of stock that had a black barrel. Sadly, this one does not and ruins the immersion.Internals: Battery connector is in the rear after you unscrew the shoulder brace. VFG and scope mount was easy to attach once you realize that you can adjust the screw (for the mount) in the bottom, and to simply place the VFG on the lower picatinny rail and then flick the switch to tighten it.Shipping: I ordered it a little before New Years so they shipped it a little later than I would have liked. Not TAs fault, thats on me. Also came from California. Conclusion: Dont have a battery so I havent fired it. Probably works great and I really like the firing selector as thats how it is on a real military AK pattern rifle. Docked two stars because the gun they advertised is not what you get. Its a bit deceptive since if you google the model name Full Metal Constructed Ultimate AEG (I added VSS at the end), the first result is a King Arms that matches the picture on their site. It also matches the price theyre selling it at but if you go another retailer like Airsoft Megastore, you can get this rifle for almost half price at $160.00. Maybe AT didnt have the exact rifle in stock and they made some good profit off me for overpricing the rifle.TL:DR: A good looking and feeling rifle. Semi deceptive ad on Airsoft Tulsas site as no scope or sling is included and is not the same rifle advertised. Would I buy another rifle from TA? Probably not, especially if they are jacking their prices and other retailers are selling it cheaper.
Took my VFC 417 in for a trigger spring replaced and they gave me back a 417 with a broken lower. Contacted them about fixing it after realizing the error, was told that they would not do anything about it.They will ban anyone for leaving any sort of negative feedback. The indoor field allows full auto, which is ridiculous for such a tiny area. No HPA unless its on Wednesday, I think.Seriously, just make the trip to OKC and play at T1s indoor field. Longer game time, its ran 10x more professionally, SO much larger a playing area, semi only, I can go on and on.I havent been there in a year or so. The only reason I havent left this review sooner is fear of the ban just in case I feel like playing a quick round in my hometown, but honestly Ill never step foot in this poorly ran field and business again.
Amazing service. Not just professional service but open and personal to make the customer feel like youre their friend. Not to mention they truly know theyre equipment.
