Great place, I have bought several guns from this place and sometimes I just go in when I am having a me day in Tulsa. love the atmosphere, staff and customers. The only complaint is their lack of Colts (but that is not limited to Sports World). Great people that will accommodate and go out of there way to find what you want if available on their end.

Just looking around but man do they have it all even in these times. Guns, ammo, targets (paper and steel), safes, hunting gear, just to name a few. Plenty of people working to help you!!! Its like a gigantic candy store for adults!!! Everything from handguns to rifles. Very impressive line of safes. Ive only been to maybe one other store ever that had a better selection of handguns. Almost a gun show in and of itself.

Where do I begin with this store. Ill start by saying, you can search the ends of the earth, and you will not find any better prices on firearms or ammo, without fail no exceptions. The staff is always nice, and they make sure that you are taken care of properly. So before you go anywhere, or purchase any firearm or ammo, check Sports World first. I guarantee itll be less expensive.

What a cool store!!! They have so much to look at that it will take several visits just to see it all. Every employee there was very friendly and helpful. Went to buy a rifle and found a scope to go with it. They offered to mount the scope. No problem, yes please! Given the current situation with ammo, they had some and I bought what I wanted. Will be back for sure... Probably more often than I should.

Great place to get some sticky holsters(highly recommend for those that carry). I love mine and plan to go back for another sticky holster. Sales help was awesome and they had ammo!! Hear that AMMO!!!!We picked up some 380 that has been hard to come by.

My family has used Sportsworld for years to purchase firearms and ammunition as a local dealer, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff they have been great. I recently used them as a FFL for something I ordered online and the process was so easy and safe. Plus they are one of the cheapest FFL in town. I just wish they stocked higher end AKs such as Zastava, WBP, and Arsenal instead of cheapo ones like Century VSKA and the likes but at least I can order a nicer one and have them be my FFL.

Ive bought quite a few things from them over the years. Guns, ammo, coolers, sunglasses, accessories.It doesnt matter if youre buying one box of shotgun shells, or the gun of a lifetime. You get the service you want.Or the service you dont want, if you just want to wander around a little bit, theyre happy to leave you alone.

Prior to my stepping into Sports World a couple years back for the first time, I frequented many other gun stores in the Tulsa area. I stopped in one day to locate a new every day carry handgun for my wife. Ashley was the associate that helped me out that day behind the counter and she helped me find just the right handgun for her. Ashley was an absolute delight to purchase from. She was very knowledgeable, patient, she listened to what my wifes needs were and she made a recommendation that suited her completely. Since that day, I have never stepped into another gun store. Sports World has everything I have ever needed for my gun enthusiast needs and Ashley has helped me make other purchases. I just havent ever found the quality of service anywhere else that I have found here. They treat you like family every time I walk in the door. I appreciate their genuine care as they treat us as if they know we could choose to take our business other places and they truly show their appreciation that we have chosen them.

Called this shop in the morning and asked if they could replace a muzzle device and they said it would be same day turn around. Took time off from work to run up there and then after they looked at my rifle they tried to refuse service, mocked my rifle, and then tried to tell me it would be a two week turn around.If you’re thinking about taking your gun to a gunsmith don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other shops in Tulsa that do not pick and choose what they want to work on. It seems like this is one of those gunsmiths that just specializes in changing basic parts on pistols and rifles that can easily be done from home with a few punches and an Allen wrench set.

I always enjoy going to Sports World. They are always courteous and helpful. Their inventory is impressive. Most of the time I cant buy, but this time was able to. As always, I received the same courteous assistance they always offer.

Dropped off a firearm and some sights to have them put on with the gunsmith. Dropped off Saturday right before close, got the call it was ready Monday morning. Flawless work, speedy, and very reasonably priced. This was my first experience here, I will be back.

Impossible to reach by phone. Tried calling for 3 days, never got a person. Finally had time to drive over from 20 minutes away. Of course they close at 4pm and I get there at 4:05. Like they reply to every post, AS I KNOW, they close at 4:00. I should know better. Well, AS YOU KNOW, phones are a 19th century invention. Anyway. Not ever gonna shop here and will make sure to tell all my hunting buddies not to either, so THEY KNOW!

Get your guns here. Gunsmith work is excellent. Custom glass bedding and trigger job on a 1957 Winchester Model 70 Featherweight in 270. Results speak for themselves. Two in one hole at 100 yards!

I always purchase all of my firearms at Sports World at 6841 E 41st St, Tulsa, OK. The main three reasons are excellent customer service, outstanding overall selection, and very competitive pricing. The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about hand guns, shotguns, and riffles. Sports World is best gun store in Tulsa. Sports World is the hunting headquarters of Tulsa! They also have an excellent deli open for breakfast and lunch. There is also a very experienced gun smith on site everyday. Sports World is the absolute best store to view and purchase Sig Sauer, Smith and Wesson, Colt, Springfield Armory, Beretta, Benelli, Kimber, Glock and many other firearm manufacturers.

Sports World called to inform us that a transfer was ready for pickup 9/25/2020. This transfer is for my father an 84-year old 100% disabled veteran. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and his susceptibility I requested the store handle the transfer from his vehicle. I was told “NO” the store could not accommodate in this manner. I have purchased many items and guns from Sport World over the years noting they are great place to shop. Upon arrival they were very helpful with our Acquisition Into the store and expedited our transfer paperwork Minimizing our exposure time.

Family owned and a very good gun shop. They have everything. The best gun store in Tulsa/BA.

Great place. I bought my first gun here. Staff was very helpful, and I never felt judged for my lack of knowledge. Really good priced, great condition used guns. I got a Remington 870 for about half the MSRP and in like new condition.

Ive heard good things about Sports World but was not impressed with their service over the phone. Called to ask about a couple guns in stock, the man who answered seemed very rushed and impatient. Apparently his phone or my phone was having difficulties and he was pretty rude about it saying I cant hear you if you dont talk in the phone. Good customer service would have said, Sorry sir, Im having trouble hearing you. I just talked to multiple other stores same phone and volume and they had no issue hearing.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy guns. They have just about everything! They always keep good stock. I’ve bought my last 6 guns from here, and I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

Rude, Rude, Rude ... The dad, the mom and the son! Don’t allow them to mount a scope for you or touch your firearm in anyway. I paid for new rings and mounts and received used parts. Terrible! During all of this they managed to scratch the new scope I just purchased in the process. If your looking for great customer service then shop elsewhere. Your lucky if they even greet you in any way while your visiting. I’ll never shop there again. Beware folks! You Deserve Better Service! Spend your hard earned dollars with people who give a hoot about you. Do yourself a favor and read on down to the other low star reviews posted from paying customers. You’ll see for yourself. I don’t care how big your inventory is ... you’ll fail without your customers. Better learn to greet them with a smile and treat them right or they’ll be buying guns other places. Like I do.

I have been to sports world once and called once. My first bad experience was about 8 years ago, my buddy and I had saved up money from working all summer and we were wanting to buy a couple of AR-15’s. We went to Sports World and being new buyers we had several questions about different features, accessories, etc. after about 30 minutes of comparing firearms and asking questions, the guy behind the counter said “are you all buying or wasting my time?” I pulled out the stack of cash I had saved up and told him that we were going to buy elsewhere. Fast forward 10 years to yesterday, I figured after 8 years their customer service had to have improved. I was wrong. I called them yesterday to find out if they had some accessories for my handgun. I told the guy what I was wanting and asked how we could make it happen and he responded with “man we are really busy, just come in and we will get to you when we can.” I will never set foot in their store again and I will make sure none of my friends do business with these rude people ever again.

Large selection, new and used. One of my favorite gun,ammo, reloading, and hunting stores. When no one else had. 22 ammo these guys did. Compliments on staying ahead of demand.

Great selection but horrible service. One of my biggest pet peaves is when customers are ignored to answer the phone. I walked in to purchase two shotguns and stood at the counter for, literally, ten minutes while employees walked by but completely ignored me. After ten minutes I called the store, while standing at the counter, and they answered my call right away. After 12 minutes on hold they didnt have the guns that I wanted in stock but told me they could order for me.

I called them about a product that i found on there Facebook page that was not on the website (due to them just receiving it). Told them I wanted two of them but didnt know how to purchase. (Im several hours away) they immediately took care of it. Purchased on Monday and product arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday. Top notch service! Thanks guys

Helpful, attentive staff. They politely asked if I needed help with anything but didnt push or try to act like they wanted to sell me something I didnt need. I picked up a shotgun and wanted to try some mini shells. The person helping me knew what I was talking about and let me know they had the small conversion part that helps the shells cycle without issue that I was already going to buy but didnt realize they would have it. Very good experience that makes me wish there was a location in Bartlesville.
