I have read many of these reviews and can say without a doubt that they are NOT a reflection of the service provided by Apria Tulsa! I spoke with Corey and she was pleasant, active listener, compassionate, and definitely knowledgeable. I haven’t received any supplies since February and I had filled out the online account as instructed. She took that in stride and said that she would get it working for me. When it came to the financial information she asked me for a credit card NOT TIED TO A CHECKING ACCOUNT. Since I don’t use one that was the issue of why I hadn’t received my supplies. This WASN’T Aprias fault but rather mine. Had I read thoroughly I would have been informed to call the number to receive my supplies without problems. I know that most of these reviews were most likely the result of the same issues as mine and if the reviewers would take the same time to edit their reviews after contacting the customer care department I’d bet the rating would be changed. To Apria Supplies Tulsa; Corey is an ASSET to your organization! Thank you for quickly addressing my needs. Sleep Remedies NEVER would have done this and I was with them for 4 years spent thousands of dollars. I’ve only been a client with Apria since February. So again thank you and I will highly recommend all to take all the reviews in their context and see that each was addressed by the Apria team.

I thought for sure I would have a bad experience because of the ratings, but it’s the opposite. I’ve dealt with them many times recently with billing, orders and their respiratory therapist. I’ve had such a pleasant experience with them.I’ve worked with the local Apria and the national branch and I’ve had zero problems.

I have been harassed every 2 months by their collections department. My co-pay is automatically taken out of my account every month. I have their collections dept. call me to collect my insurances portion ($75) if the claim is 1 week late. My AARP insurance receives the claim on the 18th of each month. My co-pay is automatically withdrawn on the 15th of each month. The submitted claim is being received to UHC on 1/20 and now pending since 1/23. Today is 1/30 (only 7 days out).They will not even contact the insurance company, even after I gave them them all the information.! Have them call us. Worthless!!!

Apria used to be a great place to purchase my cpap equipment and the service was impeccable. WAS is the key term here....Now they dont have ANY customer service and their focus is not on the patient....The employees in this office do not have access to anything and cant assist anyone with any requests.DONT GO HERE! If I could give them a 0 rather than a 1 star, I would!

So, I have no idea what the previous reviews are about. My cpap mask broke in the night and I called and spoke to a woman names Jane. She was extremely helpful!!! Called me back when she said she would and had a replacement ready for me to pick up within an hour. When I arrived they were following all Covid safety protocols which I very much appreciated. The gentleman I spoke to took time to answer several questions I had. Extremely knowledgeable!!! Great experience!!!!!!

Returned a missed phone call about my insurance.He had no idea what MedicareGap insurance is. When I told the guy my doctor had sent my CPAP order to Sleep Remedies 3 weeks ago and was to pick up my machine tomorrow he copped up an attitude and wanted to argue. I hung up on him. I wouldnt buy a damn Q-Tip from anyone like that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dont use them unless you have to and if you are forced to because of insurance please please be ready to call and battle with them multiple times a day. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could select 0 stars I would. They have treated my mother like complete garbage. Being a supplier of healthcare needs you would think that they would have great customer service and prompt with their supplies but they are everything but that. My mother has spent hours on the phone with their employees with no definitive answers and has been accosted by their manager. Delays in service are a week or greater. DO NOT waste your time with this establishment it will get you nothing but anger.

Every month they schedule the oxygen delivery and dont show up after we have someone sit there all day. They never send bills timely. Horrible place.

I can only echo what the other reviewers have said. My wife got a CPAP from them and the problems began even before she got the machine. Their billing is impossible to understand, their reps are rude and their whole company cares nothing about their customers.After not doing any business with them for over a year, we got a bill the other day for $204. They can’t explain the charges but demanded payment. Do yourself a big favor and get your medical supplies somewhere else!

My god - the incompetence is overwhelming. I have been trying to get medical supplies from them for over 2 months. Each time I call they say they need another piece of paperwork or they say the hardware is not available. I have personally made 3 phone calls to my Dr. on their behalf because it is impossible for them to get that done. Truly a struggle beyond comprehensions.

I actually give Apria Healthcare ZERO stars because they are the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 55+ years of life. My claim for an oxygen concentrator was denied by Medicare and I called Apria (literally) dozens of times to get this issue resolved and they would not help me. I requested a meeting with the local office manager AND the district manager and they refused to call me to set up an appointment. Very soon after that they sent my information to a collection agency. I dont know ANY other companies dealing in the health care field that require a new client to give a credit card number and sign a document to authorize them to charge your credit card whenever they want to.

These people are THE MOST idiotic morons I have ever had to deal with period. The customer service is horrible. You are lucky to get through to anyone, and when you do you get passed from person to person. They send the wrong supplies. They cant answer simple billing questions. I would HIGHLY recommend you use another company if at all possible!

I have been wearing the same mask for 18 years. On my last reorder they talked me into trying a new mask saying if I didnt like it I could go back to the mask I was using. I didnt like the mask and now they tell me they dont make the mask I like any longer. I asked them when they stopped making the mask, they said years ago. I told them Ive been using it all these years. That doesnt seem to matter. Not happy

My opinion they get A big fat OOOOO.they will lie to you.i dott feel like putting down every thing i want to say but have your Doctor refer you to some body besides them.this is still the U.S they treat you like you are in a foreign country.IF ANY OF YOU FOLKS ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET SUPPLEIS.i JUST CHANGED TO LIFE CARE SOLUTIONS.CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR. Terrible terrible service, rude and more rude. When youre trying to explain a problem that you have with their service or some kind of misunderstanding they never let you talk they talk over you they raise her voice their loud or disrespectful

Zero stars. We have had problems with getting the 02 set up while at the cancer center. When we called they said it would be a $100 delivery fee even though they are located 3 miles away. When calling I had to call 6 times due to them hanging up as soon as someone would answer. I highly dont recommend this place for service.

If there was a ZERO rating Id give it.15 min on the phone to place and order for filters, didnt get the order placed!!!Arab Jonny couldnt receive my information clearly enough to put it into the computer, Jonny wouldnt let me speak to anyone else or his supervisor..... I hung up.

I havent heard from them or got a oxygen delivery in over 3 months... Now that Im trying to reorder Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes!
