Their returns department constantly drops the ball in sending materials to return it. It has taken 4 months so far to try to return the CPAP and still no end in sight. They escalate your bill until they receive word from returns the unit has been received and you cant get a box or label to send it back.
This has got to be the worse oxygen company ever. Been trying to reach them since January 2020. No answer, no return calls. Im seeking a lawyer. This is ridiculous
My Dr. Has sent info for me oxygen about 2 weeks ago and I still have not got my oxygen
I’ve made 3 phone calls for them to come get their equipment. All I can do is leave voicemails, which are never answered. I plan to just show up at their office and dump everything at the receptionist’s desk - if I can ever find them open.
I have called several times and theres never anybody answering my calls. I have left messages and still they dont return my messages. So now Im writing them to please pick up my equipment. Maybe Ill get some response
