It made me give them a star. No stars for them, except neg stars This is by far one of the most difficult companies i have ever dealt with. We got an oxygen concentrator at the ER and was sent home. We are trying to return it, but they do not answer their phone. I called both numbers and was on hold at least 15 minutes each. My husband called yesterday and sat on hold for over an hour. No one ever answered, but it finally asked to call back today. No return call. Nor do they seem capable of sending us an invoice so we can pay our bill. Seems pretty sketchy

Extremely long hold times. Still waiting for them to pick up equipment from prior to going on hospice. Hospice oxygen provider was Caresoure and they were marvelous.

I have waited 2 years for a new portable oxygen concentrator. Been promised one. They call sometimes and say its on its way but never shows up. This company is a sad thing!! If I dont get it soon I will be looking for a new company!!!

Fathers bipap not working correctly. Called first thing this morning, during business hours, and they said a person would be out this afternoon to check it. Called just now (2pm) and the gentleman said no one’s coming out. We can bring the equipment to the person who does this tomorrow afternoon.He blamed the scheduled service call on their “-answering service” despite the fact that my call went through their main phone menu system. I asked him who I could complain to about their answering service and he only said that they complain themselves all the time.FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!!

Horrible billing and horrible customer service I returned their equipment received another bill called customer service they dont prorated. Paid a bill for time I didnt even have their equipment. Then was told that was all I owed. Yesterday I get yet another bill. Called again they said my bill went out same day I returned the equipment and they would check and see if any adjustment could be made. What. I am not paying another dime

I dont understand the bad reviews. I have been dealing with Lincare now for about 10 years and everytime I have an issue, which are few and far between, they have been nothing but curtious and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. I have nothing but good to say about these folks.

I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES with the Tulsa office, concerning my mothers oxygen needs! Mom has been considered a traveler by the St. Louis office since September, 2019 when she moved from OK to St. Louis. The Tulsa office has had excuse after excuse as to why they havent transferred her account to STL. We cant go to a different oxygen company until this issue is resolved. So ... we are at Lincares mercy to get this resolved! It is ridiculous - do NOT do business with them!!

Do not go here! We have been waiting for over 3 hours for Oxygen and still havent received it. All we are told is its on the truck after calling several times to find out whats going on. And then they argued about insurance. Very poor management.

My doctor approved and signed for CPAP equipment in March. This is August. Still have not heard a word from them about receiving it.Nurse says we are locked into this company because of Medicare coverage.Medicare should find a better company to represent them.

They suck on delivery my dad has set at hospital for 2 hours called them said driver had it and paperwork said they didnt no when hell be there going on 2 hours and still on oxygen and still at hospital

Been trying for 6 months to get mom a portable concentrator. They keep telling me their waiting on Doctors paper work. That is BS, Doctor has sent them paperwork at least 5 times. Today I called and they said there waiting on insurance approval, and Doctor!!! 😡😡😡. They are not professional, rarely answer phones.

Late on delivery of oxinator, not delivered until 12:30 in the morning with a very bad attitude. He was not happy at all having to deliver. Also over the weekend my regulator went bad to where I couldnt go anywhere, said they dont deliver the as an emergency and would not deliver one until Tuesday. My husband was willing to meet him and that was not a option. Here we are on vacation and couldnt go anywhere. My husband decided first thing Monday to go there. This is very unsatisfactory and poor service. If I had a choice I would not use them at all. Corporate letter here I come!!Barbara

This company is horrible. They dont answer the phone at the locations. They leave you on hold at the corporate offices for at least 15 minutes. The continually sent me the wrong supplies for my CPAP. They tell you one thing and do another. I honestly dont know how they stay in business.

If I could give negative Stars I would... -5. Ive used Lincare for the past four years with my mother whos on oxygen 24/7 and also now has a CPAP as of October of 2018. I have ordered her CPAP supplies twice and never received them. I called in her oxygen supplies twice in Febuary and still havent received her supplies she gotten any supplies since December. They cant put a recurrent order in their system to automatically order what she requests (same order each month). Customer service means NOTHING to this company. In the process of finding a better DME oxygen/CPAP company. The only thing they are good at is replacing equipment when it breaks down.

My stepdad has oxygen therapy there. BAD mistake! They only deliver once a week! If he runs out, too bad. Hes old and ill so he cant always get a way to go all the way to them. I wanted him to change companies but was told he was locked in a contract thru Medicare. Calling Medicare to complain. Warning not to choose this company! Tell your doctor about all the bad reviews. Cheap does not equal good.

This agency got the Rx from my dr.. last fsll. I never received a call. My Dr. Sent another referral this week. I was told, there was no time frame to know when they could read my paperwork even though I stressed my current equipment was brokenThere were multiple calls that were not returned after promising to return calls with an answer. They were extremely non caring and 5he attitude is there is nothing I can do about it. My Dr.s office has expressed disappointment with the services as well. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!

I have been attempting to get supplies since 22Dec2017 without success. I keep getting excuses and lincare Tulsa does not follow up on promises. I have had to make all phone calls to other states, corporate, 10 calls to Tulsa and I am no closer to getting supplies than in December.

I have not been able to have Lincare help with Cpap supplies. Multiple calls to the Tulsa Lincare and I get the Okc office and they say only 2 people in Tulsa office and they are busy. No excuse. I will be finding another supply company.

I have been calling and calling since last week and I get the call center each time. They say someone will call me back and no one does. My doctor sent my script there and I cant even get my cpap set up because no one will call me back. I am so frustrated.
