Everything was super great. I already had an idea about what car I wanted, and everyone made it super easy to get it checked out and test driven. Ryan was so wonderful and helped me get the best payment plan and answered any questions I had. David in finance was super wonderful and patient while we took care of some insurance issues. And the guy who helped me with my car and showed me how to work everything was great as well (sorry I can’t remember his name). I really appreciate how helpful everyone was and how helpful they will continue to be.

A bunch of great people and very polite as well,, come see them for the next service. While you wait you can talk to the employees and have free drinks and popcorn and they even have vending machines for a different snack. Charlie and Derek and on the service drive to welcome you into the service drive and go see and meet the parts dept as well!!

I consider myself to be a fairly patient person. Was having some issue with my car, AC not cooling well and intermittent popping in right front end when making sharp turns and occasionally when going over bumps. Called on a Friday morning and spoke with a gentleman in the service department. He did inform me that they were pretty busy as they had been waiting on an arrival of parts and that shipment just arrived, but they might be able to work me in. I told him I would just drop the car off and if they could get to it great, if not, that’s okay too. When I dropped the car off on Friday mid-morning I spoke to a gentleman named Mark. He told me that they would work it in and it would probably be Monday before they could check it out. I told him that was fine. Monday came and went and I received no word, okay no big deal. As of Tuesday afternoon I heard no news or updates, so I contacted Mark. He informed me that they couldn’t find any issues with the vehicle, but that they would be fixing 4 recalls on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes and again no word on the status of when I can expect my vehicle to be completed. I don’t think it’s a tough task to keep a customer in the loop or to confer with them as to if they would prefer the recalls be fixed ASAP or if they would like to schedule to bring the car in at a later date. Right now I am looking at almost a week without my car with no updates as to when I can expect it to be finished. Lately I have been getting my oil service done at a different shop as most times the wait for an oil charge is pretty steep. My suggestion, make an appointment with these guys if you have an issue with your car. Don’t just call and assume they’ll get to you in a timely fashion because chances are they won’t.

Probably the worst Nissan place I’ve ever taken my car to. I had some problems with the transmission so I took it in only to need a whole new transmission plus $3000 worth of other stuff fixed. I had no problem with that until the day I was supposed to pick it up. I got there and got in my car only for the steering wheel to be locked so tight i couldn’t even pull out of the parking lot. They messed up my Altima and then made me pay for the damage. Not only that, but they forgot to put a piece back and now i can hear my engine extremely loud when I’m just sitting in the drivers seat. These people seriously don’t know what they’re doing. It’s awful.

They are so nice!!! Always welcoming. I love how even without an appointment they will willingly take you in and do your routine maintenance. I also am SO EXCITED that now they do vaccumes, dusting, and leave the little mat on the ground. That made my day!!!

Great staff! I was in desperate need of a lug nut key for my tires. I went in and asked, they found one I gave one to me because it was used, treated me like an old friend. I got the Altima I have now from there and Ill be getting my next car from there as well. Thanks guys

The overall experience wasnt good. Upon Paying remaining balance I was given a receipt written on printer paper which indicated I had a remaining balance of $1500 (The balance should have reflected $0 which was corrected after bring attention to I believe the General Manager who was headed to meeting. I purchased the Vehicle May 17th But still havent received call from the lien holder I assume finalizing Contract. Today is May 20th and I dont have paperwork from dealership?? So cant purchase a Tag. To be Honest had I known it was going to be This MUCH HASSLE I would have NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Been going there for I dont know how long for oil change. Today I took an extra key fob to get programed, the lady came out and told me that they couldnt get it to program because it was out of market. I told her that the last one I had done was the exact same key and they program no problem. She informed me they could sell me one for 200 plus program fee. I said no that I would send mine back for a replacement. Then she tried to make me pay program fee even though it wouldnt program.

I had the worst experience at Clak’s Nissren in Tuploe ms I will never purchase vehicle from this car dealership again scam me 15.000 dollars insurance without talking to me. I find out wen I pick my pepper work .. one month later am still paying interest one 15.000 thuan dollars insurance

I just bought my second Titan here and had a great experience. No pressure sales, easy to negotiate with and everyone was straight forward and honest. Took over a hour and a half to get an oil change. They pulled my car in about 10 mins after I arrived. I was watching the technician through the glass and he plugged my oil pan before all the oil was even finished draining. Service rep tried to sell me an alignment asking if my car was pulling one way or another. He said it should be based on the alignment check. After getting the paper that showed the alignment it was the right rear that was out of line. Rear tires dont cause the front end to pull to one side. The only reason I went in the first place was I had a complimentary oil change. Didnt cost me anything. Ill never be back, even for a complimentary engine replacement.

They seem to be getting better in the service department. I use to take my car and get it back and something else would be messed up. Now since they have removed certain people it seems to be coming back around. I hope Nissan continues to improve.

Had an emergency with my Altima around 7 am...called service center and was put in touch with Mark...Mark was able to work me in on a Monday morning, and got me fixed and on the road in quick fashion...Mark checked in with me often while I was in the waiting area to let me know the status of my repair...great group there at Carlock Tupelo

The customer service reps are excellent, but the service tech needs to step it up a notch. Im saying this because Ive paid for tire rotation twice in the past and it wasnt preformed. And either I had to wait for them to correct this issue or they had to pick my car back up to complete this task that could of been done correctly the first time.

I was quite disappointed with the technicians professional competence, this is the second time that I have received service, and not gotten a mileage and date sticker on my windshield, the inside of the vehicle was dirty. Even after the vehicle was washed, the dashboard was left dusty, the mat on the floor behind the front seat was dirty, I had to send the vehicle back for them to vacuum the rear cargo bay. I am definitely not pleased with the service I received this visit, I am hoping that this will not be a continual issue.

In the past I have not had a good experience with Carlock Nissan and honestly didnt care if I stepped foot back in this place again, but this past time was incredible. My service adviser kept me in the loop about how the cost had changed since I last got my car serviced there. He also physically brought two filters to me that needed to be replaced and showed me that they needed to be replaced instead of just saying they needed to be replaced. He kept me updated on the status of my car and also make sure I knew the cost of everything. He was very knowledgeable and as long as he is employed there, I will continue to bring my vehicle back to be serviced there. It is amazing what good employees can do to a business!!!

Outstanding service! While on vacation, we took our 2010 Infiniti in for service because the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Although it was late in the day and the service dept was very busy, they fit us in and determined the battery had a bad cell. The didn’t carry a battery for my car but located one at a nearby parts store, got it, installed it and tested the charging system in about 60minutes. Everyone in service was pleasant, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

My vehicle has been in the service department for over a week waiting on a technician to install a part (quoted 2 hours to install the part). You cannot ever get anyone on the phone when you call and have to either wait on hold forever or hang up and call back. I will not take my vehicle back to them for service.

My Pathfinder was brought in because of a terrible metal scraping noise everytime the a/c was turned on. And of course, the moment it was taken in, the sound disappeared. Candice Gullick was determined above and beyond, to find out what the noise was. She stayed with my vehicle for over and hour and finally the noise reappeared and she and the mechanic were able to determine the problem and fix it. I will say it again, your service department is wonderful!

First of all.... Lance was great. Very professional, helpful nice guy. He gets 5 stars!! The process of buying my car went well but then...A couple months later At 5:27 pm on february 2, 2019, We took our car for a oil change and to get it looked at because it was making an odd noise. Once we picked it up they said the heat shield was loose so they tighten it. A couple hours later it was making the noise again so I called to see if the service department was still open so we could swing by there before heading back home (over an hour away).. The man who answered informed me the service side was closed and I said ok so we just need to bring it back when the service department is opened? His response was yes mam unless you wanna come back and trade it in.. the sales side is still open. Um can you say rude?!?!?! My response was no sir not unless its free because I just bought this car 2 months ago!!! He then chuckled hesitantly. How professional is that? No questions were asked. No other advice was given..... No he didnt know I have only had this car a couple months but he didnt ask either. Its making a noise so I will just trade it in to pad your pocket. Seriously?

I cannot thank our car salesman Myles Harden enough!! He was fantastic he was the complete opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. He did not pressure us, he answered all of our questions and even after telling him we were going to continue to look around he didnt make us feel obligated to come back. Because of his service I did decide to come back and he got us into our brand new car that we love and it has everything we wanted in it!! I recommend Carlock Nissan in Tupelo, but most of all I recommend Myles! Thank you again!! :)
