Simply wonderful service, Jason the owner is a very knowledgeable and professional individual. After traveling around Tupelo and having trouble finding the perfect sectional we decided to stop in. Dont let the wood panel walls turn you away, the selection was reasonable and the prices on par to what we were looking for.

I went to the Ugly Chair for the first time last Friday morning. We were greeted by Gage. Gage was dry helpful, polite, and showed us around. I forgot my tape measure at home & Gage didn’t mind going to the front office to let me borrow their tape measure. We found a couch we loved. They gave us a great cash price. We paid and they tried to deliver it today. We purchased it to go in our playroom at our house. Unfortunately, it would not fit down the hall and through the door area. They did just get in a shipment of couches and another load this week & we will go pick out something else. Gage & Jason have gone over and beyond so far to help us!

We love stopping by to visit and see the new furniture. Always helpful. We buy all our furniture from them ^_^

They are such a kind family business. Had a small issue with the original purpose and they were more than wonderful to work with getting a replacement. I highly recommend giving them a look when furniture shopping. Also, the value cannot be beat!

Got twice the furniture for half the price of most other places. Many cool and unusual pieces. Employees are very helpful but dont hover. I love my new furniture!

Ive had two really good experiences at this store. I found the employees there incredibly helpful. I was also able to find furniture Im really excited about at much cheaper prices than other stores. They told me when I first came in that they were willing to negotiate price and they stood by that. I paid less than I expected on everything I bought there. This will be my first stop for all future furniture shopping.
