Is this place even a Circle K? They claim they have never seen the Circle K app. There is something very fishy about this place. I can not be the only one to come in and try to use the app. What do they get out of not scanning my rewards card?

I used to not mind the crowded shelves in the crowded store and even the nasty attitude from the store manager and most of his team. This was my third day in a row to come in and buy a drink. I mentioned the higher price and the man chewed me out that he doesn’t make any money on the drink (foam cup, ice, and equivalent of two cans of soda). He argued that he makes NO MONEY on fountain drinks or lottery — that “he” is a “market” and I should be buying more than just my soda and lottery.I understand what a loss leader is but don’t piss off your customers because you might find the only people visiting your “market” the ghosts of old happy days gone past!!Don’t worry buddy. I’ll not waste your time coming back. I will start making my own cold soda in my office, and the lottery? When I win, the Smart & Final machine will get its cut. The beauty is no more negativity from Mr Circle Angry K!

This is a small store with limited parking, but is always well stocked, clean, and organized.The staff are not only friendly, but also helpful and trustworthy. A special thanks to Amir, who found my passport and carefully stored it away until I returned 4 days later in search of it. As soon as I mentioned it, his face lit up and he, so kindly, returned it intact with no cash or cards missing. Now thats what I call EXEMPLARY SERVICE!

Very RUDE & wont take part in Circle K game promotions/rewards...

This is hands down the worst convenience store experience Ive ever had. I used to live down the street and its been the way for years. Its the same Arab brother & sister (or husband & wife? both, likely?) team, neither of whom speaks nor comprehends a word of English, nor possesses a single ounce of interpersonal communications skills.The female had never seen a $2 bill until today, and rather than accept it, she threw it back at me, canceling my sale in a fit of rage when i explained to her that it is, in fact, legal tender - preferring to lose sales over losing face. Stupid.

Horrible service, clerks are all rude. Dont take manufacturer coupons and look at you like youre an idiot for trying... Wont ever go back again...
