Located inside the lafayette shopping center whereby all the shops are built humm different 🤔 nice. Ordered a flat white (paid extra $1 for oat milk) and a breakfast sandwich which was super delicious (heavy pepper flavor on the meat which I like). Will likely try other locations as well.

The Lost Bean is my favorite coffee shop in OC. Ive been going there for years and the service is always exceptional and the coffee is delicious. My favorite drink they offer is the cortado.

Baristas are the greatest since they can produce a variety of delicious coffee tastes in a single day. We all like it because we had three different tastes. Everything has been very wonderful and delightful. As a result, I became a coffee enthusiast! They also serve delicious sweets at reasonable costs. The employees are really kind and inviting. I hope they will open a second location considerably closer to me!

First time here. They have great coffee and the food is good too. Super crowded and it seems like a popular place with the locals. Very pet friendly too. Made a lot of furry friends!

Visiting this Coffee Shop was an excellent choice. With their support, I am able to relax and feel at ease. I did not make a mistake in selecting this Coffee Shop as a place to unwind. It was extremely difficult to find a qualified location that matched my preferences. Im blown away by how professionally they treated their operation with no hassles.

We pretty much always go to Lost Bean whenever we visit Orange County. Its a small coffee shop with quality coffee, yummy food and a great atmosphere. Ive never stayed for the evening wine service but hopefully one day Ill get to.

Lovely!My better than bulletproof coffee was the exact replacement that I cant usually find while traveling.Staff was friendly and speedy putting together my drink.Will have to return visit to sample the food and pastries!

Really yummy breakfast burritos and coffee. This place is close to our apartment in Tustin and I love coming here lots of room inside too so seating is something you can find even on a busy Saturday or Sunday.

After reading some google reviews, I checked out this coffee shop. This coffee shop is cute. I like the cafes atmosphere. I had a cup of vanilla latte with whole milk. It was very good. My friends coffee was good, too. Better than Starbucks, of course. Lets cheer up our communitys small shops during COVID19!

Funky little place - I dont get the rave reviews on google. Coffee is quite good and strong. But I dont think I would enjoy hanging out here.

Prior to COVID times, I used to come here often. For the first time in a long time I paid them a visit. Unfortunately, there were multiple patrons that entered this establishment not wearing their face coverings and were not instructed by staff to mask up. For that reason, I will never visit any of The Lost Bean locations again. I have lost loved ones to COVID, and I plan on giving my money to businesses that aim to keep their customers and their staff safe.

Super-smooth lattes and Americanos!

Love the flat white with oat milk, and the breakfast sandwich (brioche) is very good too.

I like the quiche on this place, they have different flavors and delicious coffee’s, very nice place to get breakfast.

You had me at ORGANIC. Most people know that coffee is heavily treated with pesticides and herbicides, etc., so knowing that the beans are organic is absolutely comforting and something I like to support. I like going here when I am also hungry as their breakfast and lunch offerings are quite delicious. My favorite is the pasta salad! The only downside is that many folks come to this coffee shop for study which is great but I have been disappointed on more than 1 occasion when I come with my 2 kids and there is nowhere for us to sit as multiple tables intended to fit 4 people are occupied by only 1 person studying.

Great neighborhood coffee place that also doubles as a wine tasting room, and apparently has entertainment a few nights per week. Very good, non big-time chain coffee, nice selection of bread, pastries and muffins; they also have breakfast and selection of homemade quiches.Small but cozy environment, seating inside, outside and overflow into the wine bar as well.The staff is always super friendly and helpful.Cant miss.

Very cool atmosphere and staff but everything else was disgusting. The coffee tasted extremely burnt (I had a mocha and my wife had a latte). The 2 pastries that were recommended were the chocolate chip banana muffin and the nutella filled croissant. They had a certain flavor to them which was off.Great staff though

One of our local favorites. Great coffee. Nice family atmosphere. Lots of places to sit. Nice brunch offerings. Unique and tasty coffee creations. Friendly staff behind the counter. A Santa Ana gem. Much prefer to chain coffee shops like Starbucks. Easy to bring kids with you. Sometimes parking is z little tough, but you can always find a space.

Too hot for working at, needs to up the air conditioning during the hot summer months. Otherwise, coffee is delicious and very well made. Would be a 4 star in colder months. I hesitate to give five stars so a 4 is a damn good score (personally).

Great coffee, great environment, many open working space. It is almost a perfect coffee shop except for 3 small complaints: 1) The chair is not very comfortable for working at the table - it falls back a bit too much. If I was reading Id like it more, but for working on the table Id rather have a flat chair. It is also a bit too low for the table. 2) This place has a big center space, but the power plugs are all on the wall. Although they have 6 big tables, half of them are not closed to a wall. 3) There is only 1 M/F mixed restroom. Wish there were more.Otherwise, great place!

Shared with barista that I didnt care for my tea infusion.... Barista gave a dirty look and did not offer to recover my experience. I wanted another beverage as it was my first time visiting and I am a big coffee drinker myself. Ive been in the coffee industry over 10 years and was extremely disappointed in the lack of effort made to save the experience. Great coffee, poor service.b

A simple nice coffee shop surrounded by a classy marketplace.

Good coffee, friendly service, a little exuberant. Pastries not that good though. Sitting is poor: hard chairs and old sofas that are too soft. Outside seating, too close to parked cars. And parking is challenging. The place is noisy. But I keep coming back.

Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that Ive never been very impressed with their espresso drinks. Last time I was unsatisfied though, they gave a free drink.They have a great selection of food made to order, as well as prepared items & quiches. Also a large selection of coffee drinks.They get pretty busy on weekend mornings, but Ive always been extremely impressed with their service, including speed and general helpfulness with a smile. Speed especially - I went from being 10th in like to getting my pour over and breakfast burrito in just over 10 minutes

I originally gave The Lost Bean a 4 when I first visited. After going a few more times, this place became a 5 in my book. Coffee and coffee drinks are solid. The food was amazing every time, with a good selection of breakfast options and brunch. Atmosphere is unique, nice and a good place to chill indoors and out.

I would have to say this place is a step above Starbucks, but not quite at the next level. Their Mocha is sweet and doesnt have that cacao taste, so its more of a syrup.I did enjoy the Banana Mocha I had.

Very comfortable place for a quick meeting and the staff is usually quite courteous. Don’t ask for a receipt though. They might bite your head off.

Wonderful Coffee. Its rare when you find coffee that you can enjoy without cream or sugar, this is one of those coffee. I recently found myself sitting in traffic just so I can enjoy a cup.

Staff was friendly but the food was lackluster. Took my mom here during her recent visit and was sad the experience wasnt better (it was the least interesting meal she had during her entire 10 day visit). I would not go back.

This place has very good coffee and espresso. If youre one of those that likes organic products, I believe that all of their coffee is certified organic. They also have spectacular quiche.

Our friend took us here and the food was very good, I would definitely recommend the chicken sandwich for a nice lunch. I wasnt too happy with my horchata latte but I dont hold it against them, I really like the tea my friend ordered. All in all I would definitely go again.

Great, relaxing place to grab a coffee and do some work or study. They have some good pastries, pies and frittatas if you need a snack. I recommend the Cafe La Paz Latte. However, this location (unlike their other locations) uses smaller ice cubes. This unfortunately waters down the drink more and smaller pieces of ice can slip through the sip lids. Overall though, this is one of the best places in Orange County to grab a coffee. You can also check them out at their other locations in Costa Mesa, Irvine and the new location in the Mess Hall at Tustin Legacy.

Unpretentious coffee house and wine bar. Friendly staff. The new chairs are more safe and more comfortable than the previous ones. Ive been coming here since the week they opened, over fifteen years ago.

I like this place, but dont love it. The coffee is pretty good, though not top-notch. The baristas are friendly, but not all know their stuff.Seating is limited, not because of a lack of space, but because of selfish customers hoarding table space with their belongings. I suggest that the owner puts up a sign with public service announcements such as: Please share your tables. Otherwise, new customers will stop coming.

I went to this place and ordered some coffee and brunch. The staff was very friendly. In addition, I accidentally knocked over my cup of coffee and spilled it all over the table. The staff came out, kindly told me it was no problem and they cleaned it up. What really impressed me is that they even offered me a free refill on my coffee even though it wasnt their fault. Truly I have to say this is an amazing establishment with amazing people there. When I am in the area, I will definitely be going there.

I accidentally left my purse on the back of my chair 3 times and after calling the next day they had it for me each time. The food is made on the premises. Really tasty treats.

I go here more than weekly. They make my favorite tea latte. They also have a couple options for gluten free(not sure if its completely gluten free or if its made in the same area as gluten pastries) They do make food hot off the grill as well.

Well truth in advertising...this is where you get a coffee if you want to see the lost souls of foothill...this is where the ‘organic’ crowd goes to buy coffee and muffins...not great but good...one trick that makes this place busy? Location! Most people stop here because it’s on the way to their destination...parking however is not great!Can’t go wrong! If a coffee and muffin is all you need and time is short!

A bit expensive, but the food and drinks taste great and the staff are pleasant. The line is always very long in the mornings, sometimes a lack of seating, as it is a small location. But a very enjoyable experience and pleasantly cozy coffee shop.

Great place! It has a very nice interior and the staff is knowledgeable. I mentioned to them that I have never been there and the cashier at the time was kind enough to go through what they had and what was considered the best. They do have main to order items like pastries and what not, but I did not try it this time around.They also have wine nights and open mic nights, I am not sure when these take place but the wine night section of the cafe is very nice. One thing that I do like is that they have art on their walls that was created by local artists. It does seem like they get very busy at times, so mind the wait, and be ready to pay those organic foods prices.

Great coffee. Food is good, but service can be iffy (especially when theyre busy). Weve had to wait way too long for the kitchen on multiple occasions, but if you stick to coffee drinks & pastries youll have a good time.

The quiche was amazing. Custard texture to the perfectly seasoned eggs, and a delicious crust. I also ordered a Bulletproof coffee, that was sublime.

This place has an open mic night every Monday, a great selection at the wine bar. And good tea. Its a great place to go and relax.

Cute little coffee shop!! They have local artists perform there while you drink your coffee. Havent tried the food, but Ive seen pictures of it on their instagram and it looks great! Have yet to check out The Lost Vine, which is connected to the coffee shop

One of the great coffee houses in OC. Great vibe, good coffee, plus its one of the few places to have frittatas and quiche instead of just pastries and bagels. Bonus points for Real Food!Its nice for working because there are standing options, too.The wine bar opens at night, and some nights have live music!

Ill check out their open mic night and enjoy a good pastrie and hot chocolate. For a better cup of coffee, tea or espresso beverage, I recommend going across the street to Peets. But you wont find the same atmosphere there.
