I ended up getting a Dairy Queen gift card for Christmas, I decided to use it for my lunch... I ended up getting the 6pc chicken bites combo with a frozen hot chocolate peanut butter milk shake and sour cream and onion lays chips, with hidden valley ranch dipping sauce. The price came out to $9.69... I had $6 on the gift card and I paid the remaining balance of $3.69 cash... The cashier was very professional and so was the rest of the staff... They followed the COVID protocol, having us wear our mask and keep our distance as well. I just started eating my food and its fire meaning really good ... I am very happy with the way I was treated. Thank you Dairy Queen for standing up to my expectations...

I was SO happy to find a Diary Queen! I love them so much. It’s so hard now that my body decides to not like milk but I love ice cream. Dairy Queen to the rescue with Frozen Yogurt! 😋

Wicked fast service from this place. By the time the touch to pay transaction processed we had the blizzards we ordered. Friendly staff also made the process easy! Would go back in a heat beat

Some of the employees here are incredibly rude. You don’t yell at people when they are trying to ask basic questions about orders and trying to get their orders. That’s not cool.

Easy to order, quick, pretty sanitary, and the ice cream tasted good so 5 stars for me :)

Really great employees!! I accidentally dropped my cone and they readily gave me a new one! The customer service was awesome, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Went here and the employees don’t make you feel welcome. The customer service is slow. They gave me the incorrect order and when I asked them to correct my order they gave me attitude. I also ordered a shake and it was melted. After us, there was two more customers that complained about the customer service and we witnessed them getting the wrong order and the customers were too nice to say anything. Not only that but when the order was ready for the other customer he yelled at her to get her order. Bad customer service!

Its been a rough week and I really wanted to indulge in a tasty blizzard. Payday isnt until tomorrow and Im counting change to make this happen. I was short a little over 50 cents to get a small blizzard with an additional topping added. The gentleman at Dairy Queen offered to pay the difference out of his own pocket. I couldve gone without my extra topping, or gotten a smaller size but his generosity and kindness allowed me to not have to sacrifice any of that. Sometimes small acts of kindness really make a big difference in someones day. This really made my day and I appreciate it so much I started getting teary in the parking lot (rough week...lol). Thank you so much ❤️ I am a beyond satisfied customer and really appreciate you!!! And the seasonal Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard (with Heath Bar) is AMAZING and made me feel a lot better!!!!

Wanted to get some ice cream with husband and my child for Fathers day. Downloaded app and said free small blizzard. Went to the location that it has listed and they refused to honor it. Said they dont do promotions from the app...then why is their address on the coupon?? So disappointed! Not going to go back!

Counter workers were seated with people they knew, cockroach ran across the floor. Service was quick but wont be going back. Reminds me of Dairy Queens in Florida 🤢🐊

This was my first visit to this particular dairy Queen, and I was excited that they were open until 11 p.m. this evening. I ordered my old standby Oreo blizzard, its a nice treat and a lot cheaper than going to a frozen yogurt establishment.

DONT GO TO THIS DQ. I’ve lived in Irvine for all my life and I always knew this place is disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere and when I asked the worker she said it’s from the trash outside!!! The cockroach then climbed up and went into the order sign above the ice cream machine. The workers are slow and had about 15 people in line to witness this cockroach chaos. I will never be going back here. I’d advice everyone to stay away unless you like a cockroach blizzard. Go to another DQ stay away from the one in Irvine!!!

Dont go here if you want a Buster Bar. This locations owner has decided it isnt worth their time to sell you one Buster Bar, even if you drive 20 mins. out of your way and bring your whole family for ice cream after the game. Wont go back to this location again next time were in town.

Staff is constantly sitting on floor, eating food in the back, and not being trained into what to do. This often times lead to a 10+ minute wait for simple ice cream orders.

Beware: no fries or chicken tenders :(

So many bugs... Always an issue

Not a lot of DQs around, so this is our goto when we want tasty soft-serve desserts. Staff is usually cordial, but they are clearly busy most of the time. This particular location also has a grill, so they serve burgers and things as well. Love their Ice Cream Cakes!

Got a $15 gift card. Stood in line for 15min they could not get my gift card to work, wouldnt try again. Called still has a 15 dollar balance... had to walk away in front of alot of people,not being able to pay ..very embarrasing.
