I love the huge variety of flavors they have to offer. I have been enjoying anything I have tasted there. Specially Bionicos. ♥️

They try to up-charge on everything, the cups that are usually a medium at other locations are a large here while XL cups here are large at other locations. Lady helping did not know what a mangonada was and told us thay for a few pieces of candy in the drink it is $1 extra(which comes with the drink at other locations). Dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Walking in here gave me major nostalgia and made me feel as though I was back in Mexico, walking into the local Michoacana. Its not the same but its so close to the amazing paleterías in Mexico. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough and think everyone should visit this ice cream shop this summer!

Delicious ice creams, plenty of parking. The reason I didnt give a 5 start is because the employers wont know about the flavors. It will be a good idea to label the icecream flavor in English too. I had maracuya which is passion fruit. That was amazing delicious.

La Michoacana this location in particular has a good variety of ice cream, drinks, aguas and chatara (i.e snacks, nachos,chips) they have healthy meal options for everyone. Plenty of Mexican inspired Mexican food cocktails really good and light option. Plenty popsicles to choose at least over 20 flavors to choose from. Try the mangoniada dripping in sweet and sour Chile. So good!

The biggest problem is I cant make mi mind up with all the variety of items on the menu. All delicious.

Very good ice cream. Very delicious. 1 scoop is less than $4. What a great deal. They also have ice cream bars, and nachos and raspados, and shakes and all the mexican snack stuff, tostilocos. So if you dont feel like ice cream, theres other options too. 🍦🍧🍨

Awesome place to experience Mexican desserts. From abuelitas chocolate, to delicious elote cups. The fruit is fresh, very clean, nice workers and sweet desserts.

I went in to get some ice cream for my family and I dropped my cup on the way out. Considering the current situation I figured they’d give me a new one but they refused because I was already outside the store so I had to throw it away and leave without my ice cream. The quality is always good but their customer service is disappointing.

(Hand made fresh fruit bars, ice cream bars with fresh, real ingredients) Hand made sweet deserts, ice cream, sorbets, yogurt savory snacks and refreshing agua frescas. Great Service in English or Spanish. Great pick me up in the hot weather. Beautiful new creamery shoppe. Indoor or outdoor seating in a new strip mall. Try it you will not regret it.

Good traditional ice-cream. Has great selection and has more of a creamy smooth taste to their flavors. So far my favorite is their pistachio.

Delicious like always,but when I walk in to ANY Michoacana the first thing I smell is theirfabuloso/pinol cleaner. Never the sweet smell of ice cream or any other delicious treat. Why? Just because it smells like cleaner doesnt mean its necessary clean. Just saying.

If youre willing to shop into your 10% and splurge on conventional fare, this is the spot. Pineapple smoothie is damn refreshing; Ill be back for it.

The cashiers are rude, poorly trained, and seriously unprofessional. They spend their time visiting with friends, when theyre not making horrible mistakes. We decided to get an order of the tostilocos, worst decision ever. It was basically soup, because the girl had put so much hot sauce and chamoy. We ended up throwing away more than half because it had no flavors other than the hot sauce and chamoy. I wouldnt mind paying those prices if it didnt taste so terrible and you didnt have to stand in line for a week to wait for the girls to stop gossiping. The mangoneada my mom got was okay, but definately over priced, and took about 20 minutes to recieve l, after waiting an initial 15 minutes to get someones attention. Oh its cuz Im busy can you ask her -one of the cashiers, talking to her friend, while working, offering her free stuff. The extra star i gave is because the popsicle i had was amazing, but i guess those are delivered.I was excited when i saw this place was going to open, not anymore.Verdict: Just go to the one in Santa Ana on Bristol, way better service, night and day difference in product, employees are always ready to helping even though they are constantly packed.

I came here excited to enjoy some presumably authentic michoacan flavors okay everything seemed good BUT WHAT I GOT IS A DIABLITO AND IT SUCKED I TOOK A SLURP FIRST AND THE FLAVOR TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS NOTHING NATURAL AT ALL. THE MANGO CHUNKS WERE ARTIFICIAL LIKE THEY WERE DEHYDRATED BY SOME COMPANY AND JUST ADDED IN. THE CHAMOY HAD THAT WEIRD CHEMICAL AFTERTASTE THAT I KNOW IS HORRIBLE. THERE WAS NO LEMON AT ALL. NO PICO DE GALLO SEASONING SALT. THE SPICY TAMARINDO STICK WAS FAKE WITH NO FAT SEEDS. THE ICE WAS HORRIBLE TOO MANY ICE ROCKS SO ANNOYING. FOR PAYING $6.95 FOR A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IS TRULLY A BLINDSIDE.
