No problem dropping off a package they just said put it on the belt and I was good to go.

Longest drop off ever!!!!! Usually fedex staff does great job at pushing things through, meaning if youre there just to drop off, theyll take it, print u receipt so u can walk away quick. This lady kathy had at least six people waiting n she told people just to drop off the package and she will give them receipt next time. I couldnt do that since this isnt my normal one. Then she started to chat with a lady whos shipping something for her work, minis cafe about how she used to work there and etc..... she need to learn how to work efficiently at 5:30pm and stop talking n asking cuatomers to review her with 5 star. Well, you aint getting it.
