We’ve had our business mail transferred to this mailbox location since COVID and the staff that run this place have always been helpful and they give great service. Highly recommend.

Reliable and trustworthy - What a great store to do business with! At this store, I have done notary for my Asia job, got a mailbox for my move, and made copies. The owner is an awesome guy! Reliable and trustworthy. I was happy to fully pay for my annual mailbox and other things. I told him I would arrive at 6pm for notary, and he was waiting for me at the counter at 6pm when I walked in. The owner has this store for more than 10 years, very reliable. You should not come into this store to try and get free envelopes, etc. This is a business, theres no free lunch. An envelope may cost $0.50, but the cost to stocking, having it available for the customers at location, etc. needs to be factored into the price to the public. This is a UPS postal service store, not an office supply store, wake up. It’s Econ 101 from the university.

The worst UPS store ever. They mistyped my phone number and tell me there is no profile. After check it correctly 5 times, they finally find me. And today when I go there, they type in the phone number, it shows it’s only linked to my wife account, no more my name😹😹, I think the person last time delete my account afterwards. Irvine deserve better quality of services.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Bring you own label you’ll wait for their ancient computer to load for 20 min and the clerk will have you wait and not tell you it’ll cost you a minimum of $3 to print the single label

Was very impressed with the professionalism of the two employees at this store location. This was the first visit using this UPS Store for the wife and myself. We stopped by to drop off a package that we prepared at home using the UPS online website that allowed us to prepay and print our own label out. Such an easy process and costing much less then using the U.S. postal system, not to mention the lines you have to put up with when using the USPS. The UPS store here on Park Ave is very clean and contains all the products anyone might need to mail something or make copies of documents at a fair price. Well be back!

Bad service here. they wanted me to Pay to use there in store computer to print label and before i start using they did not tell me they would charge me for more than 1$ for each minute. I wont be going back there.

Dont go to this UPS store, this chinese owner is rude and lazy to help u. They will not print out the label and they will charge you every penny. Never go to this store.

Amazon returns beware this location is not friendly. They Didnt want to send my boxes out. UPS parks in 30min car spot and u cant get out easy.

The food here is excellent. The staff are very friendly. Definitely worth the money.

They wont provide me with a ups envelope. Instead they want to charge me $.45 for a regular envelope to mail out a letter with prepaid UPS label. How is it possible for a UPS store to not give out supplies for their own service?

Would not box Amazon return like the other location I usually go to. The guy who worked there said I need to buy a box for $10 because of the way the code shows up where it clearly says on Amazon that UPS store would box and ship my return for free.

Toru and the team at The UPS Store in the District and professional and quick to take care of their customers. Ive had a box there since they opened and theyre great.

I had the similar experience as the last person who left the comment here. This location seriously needs customer service training. The employee Justin was unhelpful and had an attitude, if this UPS location is not willing to accept amazon returns, then make it clear so people will not come to this location.

They ship stuff and thats about it.

Their customer services are too bad. They dont even print the label. They charge you for every little things. Even they charge you for the stuff they dont have to charge you. Dont go there.
