A couple females that were running this establishment on September 2 at 7:30 in the morning went above and beyond to help me out with a print job that was placed late last night and wasn’t scheduled to be ready for pick up until later on today. Needing these documents ASAP they went out of their way to help me. I’m grateful for their courtesy and promptness to understand my time crunch. Today they are my heroes

Terrible customer service. FedEx failed to pick up a package from my house which was mistakenly shipped to us. FedEx’s mistake x 2. Tried to take it to FedEx store and of course the employee of the year told me they couldn’t accept it because package looked damaged (again fedex mistake) and because it was alcohol (which I didn’t order) they couldn’t help doing any repackaging even though it was shipped to us by mistake by FedEx. Unfortunately I got burned trying to be a Good Samaritan. Will let fedex’s insurance deal with it from here.

Ryan was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place for printing needs. Way cheaper then OfficeMax or staples

Stopped by to print some documents and ship a package in a pinch. Did not have a great experience so probably wont be back.

I come here multiple times a week, sometimes a day. I couldnt be happier with all the staff members, theyre so helpful, attentive, and all around pleasant people to interact with.I see comments stating that theyre lazy, Ive never seen that, ever. I have seen them overwhelmed and customers not acknowledging hat theyre humans as well.

I love this fed ex location. The team is very friendly. People see this place as a nuisance errand before even walking through the door; so theyre triggered to complain if the experience isnt the smoothest for them and hey, it wont be all the time especially during covid era. Ignore the bad reviews, Id come by again. Kuddos to the manager and team for their help!Note: If you package it yourself its cheaper. There are fees if you ask the employee to do the pre-shipping work for you.

Their fax machines dont work very well. So, I had them fax my docs and it was somewhat of a wait.

The staff at this store are very accommodating and efficient. I dropped a large job for next day pickup and got a call telling me that my order was ready that same day.

I’ve been to the Tustin location several times. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The only time I had an issue was when one of their 2 fax machines was down. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the other machine to become available. When I need to ship something, I go to UPS. So, I can’t comment on the shipping service at this location.

As i walked in with multiple big boxes, right away ryan an associate here anounced he was on lunch so he couldnt help. Within 2 mins, an old person walked in with questions and ran to his aid. Just lazy

You should look at the yelp reviews on this place as well before going to this location. I made the mistake of going there. I’m reposting my yelp review here so you save yourself the trouble:Dont bother going to this location, they dont care to help you. I came in yesterday because I didnt want to drive all the way to school and I was out of paper at home. They were not busy and I asked to print a document with cash at the register because Im a working law student who doesnt have money on her cards sometimes. Well, the lady, Gabby, who is sadly one of the stores managers, told me I had to use the machine to put my cash in and buy a prepaid card. I didnt want to do that because I know that when the machines dont work, you have to go to the counter for them to print it anyway. (Because its happened to me before!)I used their print-and-go service and even had a code ready that day. It would have taken her two seconds to print my homework assignment out and ring me up. She must have been busy with something else but failed to say anything to me instead asserting in a snarky tone, I can print your document at the register but it would be $.25 per page and you have to call it in to order it first. Please, I know when someone is giving me a cop-out so they dont have to do the work. She must be really good at whatever she does because her customer service skills have sent me away from here for good.I ended up waiting until STAPLES opened, where they were actually friendly, and they printed my documents with a smile. I also bought 2 reams of paper. At least they seem to appreciate my business.FedEx, take the print out of your name and change it to FedEx ship because it doesnt seem you listen or care for your customers needs anyway. And customers, do NOT, I repeat do NOT waste your time here. If you want FedEx services, go to the Irvine location where theyre willing to help you or ship through UPS. Avoid this location at all costs.

Self help printers and computers need to be updated or replaced all three units did not work. Staff seemed young and lazy didn’t have any sense off urgency to help out customers.

Its nice and clean... With a lot spots for working. The parking its big.

If you are in a hurry, don’t go in here! 4 people there, but only 1 person to help. The other ones take only shipping.Also, if the machine is not working, you are on your own.Unfortunately, only place around that offer those services.

Great employees with high customer service standards. The only bad thing that I see here is the very slow Wi-Fi connection which is taking me too long to access the information I need to print.

All this place is trying to do is get your money to repackage for you. Thats all theyre trying to do. This lady with a an Australian accent tells me my box isnt good enough and its gonna cost me $3.95 for her to fix it for me. I told her my box doesnt need fixing but maybe hers does. Then I went over to another FedEx office about a mile and a half away and they took it the box no problem figure that one out morons.

Convenient location in a safe area. Well stocked for late night office runs and deadlines.

I can’t believe this place! Horrible service! I had to send a vacuum back to receive a new one and they wanted to charge me $19.00 for a box. I paid $22.00 already for shipping and they wanted $19.00 for a 24 inch box.What I didn’t understand is they had boxes for $6.50 and quoted me $19.00. I went to ups and bought a box and tape for $6.00 and came back just to sit in a line so long I missed the 6:00 p.m. cut off. Victor went out of his way to tell me while I wait in line I missed the cut off.

Great little UPS Store

The staff is usually talking amongst themselves. When they are finally done talking about what they want to do for the weekend, they ask what you want in a very ride manner. This place needs some work

I went there to send a package and was greeted by a friendly staff. The other reviewers seemed to be terrible at giving directions. I had a few copies printed out a they came as expected. Hopefully some of the other satisfied customers post an honest review with their names not cower behind anonymity of the internet

Over half the machines were down, low on toner, out of paper or not working. The Staff here is improperly trained and rude. Service is is not available, until you yell. They damaged my original documents and charged me to do so. And to think Tom Hanks did all that effort in a movie. Ahh FedEX what a joke. Id use any other service if there was one close to me. Id give 1/4 star if it was available.

Although OfficeMax is closer to where I live now, so I called them first and they put me on hold for 5 mins. So I gave up and called ol reliable Fedex/Kinkos in Tustin. They answered immediately. A little farther, but worth it. Brillant service. Two gals there were very busy but they made sure to say they would help as soon as they could and they did. Super nice, professional people who really care. Ive been going to Fedex-Kinkos for many years and Im so grateful they are there. Best store ever. Great layout, great service, patient, professional and really try to make your project shine. Thank you.

Three stars borderline four stars...If I could go three and a half I would. I am on auto pilot when I go here (regularly) so when there is any confusion it is a little frustrating. Staff is usually warm, friendly and helpful. Bathroom could be cleaner.

How do you run out of 8x11 stock photo paper and not have a clue when a new shipment was coming in??? I had mothers day pics to create and I had to drive to three FedEx places to finally find one that could do the job and even then the machine had issues. Come on!

Rejects my packaging try to charge me for their box. Took it and Dropped it off in another location no questions asked.

Associates are unfriendly and make shipping FEDEX packages difficult. Its an unpleasant experience.

I was shipping out a package for the first time and the staff was very friendly and helped get everything packaged and ready to go.

This place has one of the worst customer service of all time. The employees payed no attention to me and kept replying with the same remark, “we’ll be right with you”. I waited for 12 minutes and still didn’t get my issue resolved. Many of the employees had a sarcastic tone.

I had my passport picture rejected for overexposure. The picture was taken at another FedEx location, but it was a FedEx location. When I brought the picture back in to get a new one, the team lead would not replace it so I had to pay for a new one. Poor customer service when it was a Few Ex picture that failed.
