Overpriced clothing. They rip within a few days or weeks. For that price it should at least last a year. It’s also annoying that there’s always different employees you can’t really ask much because they’re always new. They need to set up more permanent employees not have so many of them.

Sold out of a lot of items and low stock of most of what they had left. There was VERY few items in my daughters size. I know its the start of school, but that is something that can be prepared for.

Visited this store on 12/13/20This store is only allowing 8 customers inside at a time so of course there is someone manning the entrance. The young lady working the entrance was super kind. She gave us disposable masks and told us we could enter as soon as the next person left. I showed her the sweater I was shopping for so she went and grabbed me the size we needed and put it on hold for us. It made our wait that much more tolerable and our trip inside that much faster since we didnt have to search around ourselves. Great experience especially with it not being my style of store!

My wife and kids love this store. Very eclectic variety of clothes and accessories. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly here. At one point I had a unique request which required following up with me, and while the representative did forget to follow up they also performed the task and was able to provide me with an answer the next day. I cant blame them for forgetting to contact me, it happens -- especially in the retail world. Other than that this location tends to get new releases on time, and they do well with knowing their store.

One of my favorite stores at Magic Valley Mall. The deals are always good and the selection of items are decent. LoVE the customer service. Alwayz greeted upon entering and offered the latest sales at checkout. I am always pleased with my visit.
