Ive been here a couple of times. The first time I tried on some clothes, and they were just too worn looking and stretched out to be worth purchasing, especially for the price. Tonight I brought in some clothes to sell. Many of my items were things that Ive worn 1-3 times. The girl said Id get a text when they were done looking at them. No text. Instead I got a rude phone call telling me that if I didnt get there in the next half hour my clothes would be donated. They passedon EVERYTHING. When I got home I saw everything was exactly as I had placed it in my bags. They didnt even look at it!

Ive been buying clothes here for years. Took some of my teenage sons clothes in this weekend. Name brand, tags on them etc. Just for one pair of AE jeans I was offered $2 for them. I paid $80, and my kid grew out of them before he wore them. I understand you need to make a profit but really? I declined. I spent time looking through the clothes only to find the worst selection Ive ever seen. Most of the clothing was dirty, lost its shape, and was more than gently used. I did not find one thing I liked. Im very disappointed because the clothes I brought in were either undervalued or not wanted but the clothes in your store you are trying to sell I wouldnt even buy at a thrift store, and I love thrift stores!!!! At this point I would rather give away all these name brand clothes to someone who needs them instead of contributing to this business.

You can find the best stuff in this store! My husband probably wishes it wasn’t so amazing, because I always come out with something I couldn’t pass up on. They also do a great job of selling current styles for an amazing price.

Got vanity tops I could not pass up and maurice pants. Got driftwood pants and ambience top that was cute last time.

You can score some cute clothes but when you sell your clothes you almost get nothing out of it which is the definition of annoying

You get great deals if you’re buying clothes, but I don’t recommend selling clothes here, they pay almost nothing for good brand clothes...

Always a great place to shop...just seems like every time I go in, all the good stuff is already gone!

Used brand name and like new clothing at much less than retail. Great selection. Be prepared to spend an hour, its hard to get out of here

They bought more of my old clothes than I expected them too and I loved the option to get it in store credit.

I absolutely love runway! Great for trading the old for new. Not to mention great for moms on a budget. Totally understand they have to make a profit on the trades so I feel the payout is fair. Ill be back for sure!

Its got wonderful clothes and awesome prices. The only thing is for purchasing clothes they dont give much, almost nothing to be honest. But if youre buying clothes there its a great place to go.

Prices went up for a used clothing store and a lot of the clothes I was looking at had rips or holes that clearly were not trendy holes. If you have time to look through it all there is something good in there. I still like the store.

Love this store! I can always find what Im looking for, and it is always right on trend! Clothing is well organized, love that its by color as well as size, and the staff is always willing to help when I need it!

I enjoy shopping there and they have a good deal on some nice looking clothes and items. I understand that they are owned by previous people but I cant think of a great place to buy clothes with a good name to it and good quality and not be so expensive.

Great place to find almost new clothes. Im the kind of guy that hates to buy expensive new clothes. This is the place for me. The workers are always positive and friendly, the boss is a great guy, always remembers my name!

Quit going here a while ago because the employees were so rude every time and would offer me next to nothing for my clothes. Sold a $45 purse to them for a dollar and immediately regretted it. Definitely feel like they take advantage of you.

This place is crap! Almost all the clothes I brought in were brand new and they offered me 6.50.. They are cheap a****. Also hire some employees who arent stupid and are friendlier.

I was sceptical at first because Twin Falls is the antithesis of fashion, but I popped in and liked it immediately.The space and layout is clean, organized and cute; and they have space to add more racks and sections. Im excited to see it grow. It was a stress-free experience, since all the racks are organized, nothing is overcrowded and the clothes are colorcoded. And the dressing rooms are large, with benches and hooks. I found a bunch of quirky and unusual pieces, and the prices were great, lots of unworn department store garments with original price tags. Theres a method to thrifting, and at a place like this, go for the quirky stuff first; the things people are drawn to, but never sure how to wear them, so it sits in the closet and then gets donated for people like me to thrift. Win win win.

First off I did a clothing exchange and was offered $25 cash $30 in store credit, all the other places I have been have always made the in store credit near double, I could barely get a pair of jeans for the 2 pairs, shoes and 5 shirts I exchanged what a rip off, to top it off I misplaced my gift card and they have no way to look up that card, they can update the system to take money off it but cant use my number to locate it what a joke, I called other stores different town and they said it wouldnt be a problem doing this Cant Believe This.

Bought a pair of miss me pants for 45.00 not even an hour after putting them on they ripped . Waste of money ... Couldnt take them back
