My wife loves to come here and shop. This is the place we come to for pillows, sheets and my wifes favorite, candles! Everyone has always been so nice here. I actually get my high quality knives here as well. Definitely recommend!

Going downhill. First the coupons are sent out anymore and now you switched to nestwell for your in house bedding?? It feels like cheap quality material for being as expensive as it is.

I found a lot of great items here. The only suggestion I have is please clean the floors/increase ventilation.. when we walked through it smelled like poo and everything I brought home smelled like doo doo. Im sorry it had to be said. Great selection though 👌

The trip was uneventful and not completely fruitful. Although I found couple of items that I hadnt planned for, the desired merchandise wasnt there or the pickings were slim.

Loved this Tyler location team!!!Sooooo much fun. Havent been in one of these since starting college and my needs were totally different back then. I wanted everything I saw as soon as I walked in.They have a neat gift wrapping station so you can get it done right away and not worry when you will be able to make time after getting home.Multiple staff stopped to help and when I needed to completely scrap my gift idea they helped me brainstorm new solutions!!!

Fun place to shop! My only issue was when we asked about a family member ordering a glider for us online (because she lives an hour away) the woman in the baby section insisted that she would have to come in to order it... looked online after we left, no problem ordering it online in the exact color we desired. Not sure she knew what she was talking about.

It was a nice store. Had just about everything that a person would need in there. The only thing is its very pricey.

We were looking for an electric knife, and this was the only store in the area that had any in stock.The store is clean, well stocked, and organized with everything (really, everything) for the kitchen, bath, and bedroom. And plenty of choices -- brand, size, color. Prices may be a little high, but quality and availability make it worth it.

I have the 20% off entire order all the time. I have found them to consistently have good prices. If you dont find what you are looking for the staff will quickly, always see if it can be ordered for you. The staff are knowledgeable and REALLY want to help you.

So many little places of different things you can not find anywhere, especially if you live in the country!! From kitchen gadgets to bathroom towels to bedding to cookware to candles to outdoor furniture to weird food finds to trendy college accessories, you name it Bed Bath & Beyond either has it in the store or has it online. Great place to shop.

I went in not really knowing what to expect. I was blown away. They have merchandise almost all the way to the ceiling. It is so beautiful. I know now where to I go for gifts for weddings, new babies, anniversaries, cooks in the family, home decor . Room make overs.It made me wish I could have started here when I was 1st married. It is almost magical.While this is not the only place to buy from. It really made an impression.

I wish I could give BB&B 5 stars. I’m not sure why but customer service and availability of product is definitely not what it used to be.

I enjoy going in here just to walk around, but this place really does have everything. Appliances, pillows, bed spreads, etc. I even got myself a nice Thermos from here! Only ding: like the other stores around this new mall, it closes earlier than I would like.

Love the store, but am saddened by the new return policy on baby items. Its too bad Im not clairvoyant or I would not have purchased the baby play yard, as my baby girl didnt like it and it was broken upon opening the box. I appreciate the manager begrudgingly offering me an exchange (even though he made it a point that he really wasnt allowed to), but a new one defeated the point since it wouldnt have been used anyway.Please make a request to the main office to clarify the return policy online, so others dont drive 45 minutes to make a return that they arent permitted to make. I get some customers use items and then return them in gross condition, but not everyone does that. Please reconsider accepting baby item returns on a case to case basis.

Walking into this place is like walking into the general beyond. But not in a bad way, you could come here every day and still find a ton of new things each time for great prices. Couple of girls who are cashiers are snappy though. But the crew on the floor is so sweet.

Wont shop here anymore due to their political position. Dont know why a store like this would want to input this type of thing. Losing customers. They are WAY too expensive anyways.

Rude cashier. No greeting, no thank you. Not the first time. More interested in talking to the other cashiers on what theyre going to do after work. Will not shop there ever again. Too many other stores in Tyler to shop for the same type of merchandise.

I loved bed bath and beyond until ok made a wedding registry there 2 years ago. There was so much that people bought and shipped to me from the online store that we never received and because I wasnt the person that purchased them they told me there was nothing in could do. I had to call all 150 of my wedding guests and ask what they sent me because they were paying for things in never got. (This was humiliating) The few people that did call them were told that the problem was fixed and I still never got their gifts and they didnt get refunds. Seemed like a scam to me. But hey, youre welcome for all the money I made you for nothing.

If you need kitchen items or household items, you can usually find them here. Ive never had a bad experience at any Bed, Bath, and Beyond store. They are always very helpful and carry good quality. Its one of my favorite places to go.

Was very helpful got what I went for plus some. Employee rust to cash register if there is a line they open up more. You do not stand in line very long.and they were busy. Opened up 4 register to get people out fast.

Store was clean but out of stock on a few products I was looking to buy. There was a lot of staff present and one did ask if I needed help. Good experience overall.

My favorite thing about this place is access to the nursing room. It was clean, quiet, and the lighting was dim. There was a clean changing table, glider, and noise machine. It all around made my experience there wonderful.

We came here for BuyBuy Baby store and realized its a corner inside Bed Bath Beyond, we were a little disappointed, thinking it was a full baby store. Nevertheless, the young lady Allison, that helped us with a baby registry, was very helpful, and delightful. We will look to go to a different buy buy baby, thats a full store for next time.

I did find a tablecloth in the size I needed but I had to look hard to find it. A lot of the shelves were empty throughout the store. The cashier didnt say, but it really looks the store is getting ready to go out of business.

Not much to say about this place. If you been to one BB&B they are pretty much the same. Sadly this one does not have a coffee station were you can test and try different coffees. Also it feels a little cramped. Having beening the only one in Tyler the could do better. I do believe it needs to be updated because it feels to cluttered.

I am giving a 5 star rating to Bed Bath and Beyond for their wonderful customer service!But I am extremely unhappy with the items that I went in looking for that are no longer in stock and will not be carried by BB&B any longer.So I am not a happy camper about this and buying these items online is extremely costly, so I am just going to have to adjust to something else.Hopefully I will find something that will not upset my stomach, as it took me a while to find these items and now they will not be carrying them anymore.I only hope that they reconsider, as I order these every single month and several of them.Cancer treatments take a toll on your health and body, so thats why it took me so long to find something to not upset my stomach.Again, I hope BB&B reconsiders and carries the Indulgio Cappuccino K Cups again.

Who doesnt like BB&B? I love walking around this store and looking for things I didnt know I needed! I recently bought the display model of a Shark Vacuum for super cheap! and It works perfect too, so im a happy camper! Highly recommend browsing this store! (bonus, they usually have shopkicks too!)

Also, I receive 20% off coupons what seems like DAILY from BBB and they couldn’t even confirm that, stating I need to register. So I was unable to even use my coupon. Awful service

They have a Large..!! Verity if so much. It could take all day, but LOVE it.. I also enjoy shopping on line quick service and fast shipping if any issues and you have to call they are very helpful and get issue resolved fast

Just purchased 8 place mats and 8 napkins, roughly $70. Applied 20 percent coupon, on line purchase, it was applied to $3.00 napkins. Reasonable customer would assume the discount would be applied on the SET of placemats. I fell robbed. I will shop somewhere else.Not a happy customer.

I will no longer spend my money in a bed bath and beyond store because they have chosen to be politically motivated to get rid of their customers that support the trump movement. It is very sad that they have to separate themselves from the good customers.

I’m a frequent customer. I love the store and usually love the helpfulness of the staff. Recently a member of the staff was extremely rude to me when I asked for assistance. When I asked to speak to a manager, he defended her behavior and denied that it happened. No apologies, but plenty of arguing. I even asked if he would check the video to verify the incident. I guess Amazon will get even more of my money.
